Tropic Winds 1401 is a beautifully decorated, corner unit, beach-front condo with 20+ mile views of the beautiful Emerald Coast!. The property includes custom flooring, custom paint, leather furnishings, comfortable beds, a fully equipped full-size kitchen, laundry room, massive oversized balcony, etc.. Enjoy your beach vacation in one of the nicest condos at Tropic Winds. Our condo offers FREE Beach Chair Service from March 1st to October 31st (2 free chairs and 1 umbrella).

The living room provides gulf views, balcony access, and leather furnishings including a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features beautiful wrap-around, cherry-stained, cabinetry. Appliances include stainless refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, combination stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal. A coffee maker is provided, for our java lovers, as well as a blender, toaster, etc.. The dining table seats 6.

The master suite includes king-size bed, ensuite bath with combination shower/tub, flat-screen tv, and balcony access! Enjoy the beautiful gulf views from the bedroom or sleep to the sound of the waves.

The guest bedroom includes a king-size bed with private access to the guest bath. Watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen tv. The bath includes a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom is spacious and large with plenty of space (not your typical small bedroom that other condominiums have).

An oversized, spacious, gulf-front, balcony, with a 20-mile+ coastal view, is provided for your complete enjoyment. Have a sunset dinner with views of the gulf or take a much-needed nap complete with the sounds of the waves. The balcony is to die for and everyone's favorite feature of this property.

You'll also enjoy the convenience of an included laundry room with stacked, large front-loading, washer, and dryer.

Tropic Winds is perfectly located on the quieter, west-end, of Panama City Beach and is also only 2 miles from the popular Pier Park restaurant, shopping, and entertainment district.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Great Stay

Had a great time here at Greta’s beachfront rental. Steps to the beach and nice and clean when we arrived. Close to anywhere we needed to go. The balcony is huge and one of the best we have been on. The furniture was lovely on the balcony. Our whole group of 6 stayed long hrs on the balcony in comfort and still had plenty of space. The free beach chairs and umbrella was a major plus! Highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to come to PCB. Great experience our 9 day stay! The owner was very friendly and helped ASAP with our extra parking needs. Will return soon.

Beautiful clean condo with excellent views! Once we arrived, we had reached out to management about something in the condo and “Riley” provided excellent customer service. He was a pleasure to work with and ensured it was handled quickly. The kitchen had more than enough cookware for our needs that were in excellent condition and practically brand new. The beds were ABSOLUTELY comfortable!!! The best sleep! The views from our room and the condo as a whole were lovely. The condo feels so at home and the bathrooms had more than enough towels and face cloths. Overall we were very pleased and will come again. I will advise if you have a large oversized SUV, you may need to double check as the garage below ceilings with low. Other than that we no issues parking which I truly enjoyed the convenience. Stay at this condo! You will be happy!!!!

Iverall, a good experience. The cleanliness was surely lacking, as someone else had also commented in the past especially with a smelly refrigerator. Felt like the cleaners need to be taken to task for that. Owners took the time to decorate the apartment well. Spacious place too. We did have an inconvenience with couple of boxes being delivered at the doorstep, which did not get removed even after communicating with the property Manager, not sure why. They kept lying there all the time at the door itself. Also, they were spot on when the listing said about bringing your own supplies. They have absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper or a dishwashing tab. So, make sure to bring your own stuff for the kitchen especially if you have children.

Lovely Condo with Fabulous views

Overall we were extremely pleased with the condo! The furnishings and views were awesome! The location was not too crowded but very convenient to attractions and restaurants. Carol was great to communicate with, and provided us with wonderful info regarding the area. We were a bit disappointed in the cleaning services. The floors had not been swept...very sandy, we did not have toilet paper in the bathrooms, several light bulbs were burned out and a smoke detector had been unplugged in the master bedroom. (Not a biggie regarding the toilet paper as we brought our own!) We also were a bit surprised that there was not a toaster in the unit (???) But the beds were very comfortable, and we used the heck out of the balcony!! Also a heads up, while we enjoyed the complimentary chair set-up, the chairs are on a first come first serve basis and you are locked into your spot for the entire duration of your stay, so if you want first row chairs, you need to get there early to register! We enjoyed the Aquatic Adventures Dolphin excursion, a lot of fun for a great price! Boondocks restaurant and Runaway Island both very enjoyable restaurants. Be sure to visit The Carousel Grocery in Laguna Beach for fun shopping.Thank you for a lovely time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is on Front Beach road. Very busy and you hear all the traffic and motor cycles as they pass by despite facing the water. The cleanliness was adequate but seemed like the cleaners only did surface cleaning. Parking in the garage was very challenging if you had a midsize vehicle or larger. We parked across the street in their lot most of the time due to the hassle of going up 2 levels to park in our "spot". The beach crew was non challant. The ammenities were adequate. Nothing special. Beach was gorgeous. Views fabulous. Many rules to obey. No smoking anywhere. Not outside, not on the patio, not on the property or the beach. A little restrictive I would say. Most places say not inside. Once was enough for us for that property. A lot of places nearby to eat. Grocery store and pharmacy a mile a way. We did what we came to do.

Condo looked great when we walked in, but in closer inspection, was not the cleanest. Floors had crumbs in crunch areas, dust and cobwebs in corners behind curtains. I know it is hard to keep windows clean, but the big patio door was smeary 3/4 the way up in an attempt to clean, the rest of the way up no attempt at cleaning at all. I know these seem minor, but when paying a cleaning fee, we shouldn't see these things when first coming in. On a positive note, beds, furniture and placement of the condo were all great, we would definitely book again!!
