Wonderful house

This is an amazing house, from the views to the decor this is top notch, but the check in process was very challenging as the person doing it did not speak any English. I gave 3 stars only because the property requires some TLC. The electrical system is very fragile and we lost power one day and after that, did. It have any lights in three rooms. The shower head in one of the room’s bathroom did not work making it challenging for 9 people to share just two showers. We tried to use the large umbrella located by the pool but got stung by bees, they have a heave inside the umbrella’s base. I believe these are all solvable issues and will make this the perfect home for a nice vacation. One more thing, tenants should not be expected to drag three trash cans out of the property on pick up date, we went there to relax and forget about all the responsibilities we have in our own homes!

Thank you for your comment, I am delighted that you enjoyed the house and the view. But I would like to point out that the bedroom lights work perfectly, as does the shower head. Everything was checked before your arrival and after your departure. You probably didn't know how to use them, and it's a shame you didn't tell me when you were there. The wasp nest wasn't there when the previous tenants stayed. I'm really sorry you got stung, but if you had warned me, I could have had someone come and remove it, which was done as soon as you notified me, after your departure. As for the trash, I don't understand why you took it out on Saturday, the day of your arrival, given that it's only collected on Monday morning and Wednesday morning for glass and packaging. And this schedule was clearly specified to you before your arrival.

Great Spacious Villa in St Maxime

8 extended family members (aged 26-62) stayed at this Villa for a wedding in Sept 2022. We all agreed the Villa was very comfortable and we never felt cramped. The view, pool, and grounds were all a added bonus for our time in between events. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped. *We found that using iPhone directions led us to the villa easily, Android Phone (Google) directions to the Villa were always incorrect. We tried to hire a Uber driver one night but his Google directions made him "lost". Sandrine was a wonderful host and added notes to local attractions was very helpful. We would highly recommend this Villa.

Wunderschönes Haus mit super Pool in "Schwimmlänge". Super Aufteilung der Zimmer, ideal für große Familien oder mit zwei befreundeten Familien... Der einzige Nachteil, dass man immer ( für jeden Einkauf..)ein Auto braucht.

Traumhaus in den Bergen zwischen Port Grimaud und Saint Maxime

Man merkt, dass das Haus für die Besitzerin etwas besonderes ist, und es war auch für uns etwas besonderes. Es gibt viele tolle Sitzplätze in dem großzügigen Garten, die einladen dort zu entspannen, die traumhafte Aussicht zu genießen und einfach nur zu genießen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gut zu erreichen und immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus und der Pool haben viel Charme und sind sehr gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden gerne wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles und gemütliches Haus in großartiger Lage und sehr netter Vermieterin

Das Haus liegt traumhaft über dem Meer und bietet einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Aktivitäten in der Region (kulturell, sportlich und entspannend). Das Haus selber weisst einen sehr guten Zustand auf und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der schöne Garten mit Pool und die grandiose Fernsicht aus dem Garten unterstreichen die Qualität.

calme et vues époustouflantes

la localisation de cette maison est top, dans tout les sens du mot. Au calme sans vis-à-vis, perchée sur le haut de la colline avec vue sur les baies de Ste Maxime et St Tropez. la villa est spacieuse et bien aménagée. cuisine récente ainsi que les salles de douche. belle piscine dans un beau jardin nous y avons passé de belles vacances!

Amazing Vacation, Lovely Home

We just returned from a lovely week at this home. Pictures don't do the property justice, and everything was as described -- clean, modern, comfortable, private, and so relaxing. The owner was amazing to work with, very fast and responsive, and we are already figuring out when we can return next year!

Unglaublicher Blick

Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Saint Maxime in einer bewachten Anlage. Das Haus ist unglaublich gut und modern ausgestattet. Der Pool und Garten sind groß. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen und den Trubel findet man im nicht weit entfernten St. Tropez. Einfach perfekt auch für die Kinder.

Wonderful House with Phantastic View

Our families (4 adults, 5 children) spent 2 weeks in this house (July 2014). The house is spaceous, and offers enough rooms for 2 families. It is very well equiped. Mostly we lived outside and enjoyed the great pool and the phantastic surrounding view. It needs a car to get down to the sea/beach or for shopping. But this is no problem. There is a small nice beach just in front of the domain. For us this house was a nearly perfect spot for enjoying a vacation at the Côte d'Azur. We can recommend it very much.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is very pleasant and bright with its large windows. Every room has a view of the sea, on the hills or the plains of Grimaud in a quiet neighborhood not overlooked. The interior space allows everyone to have its independence, in very comfortable conditions. In summer you can take all your meals outside in a wonderful setting. The large garden, the pool and the pool house, the view, the dining room with its outdoor barbecue, table tennis ... the easy going atmosphere of the property makes it a good place for a pleasant and relaxing holiday with family or friends.
For the more adventurous, there are fine walks in a wild and preserved nature with panoramic views over the Gulf of St Tropez and the forest of the Maures.
We love this place and we hope you'll enjoy it and will feel "like home".
