私たちの新たにリフォームされた3ベッドルーム、1バスの家はノートルダムの冒険のために借りることができます。 サウスベンド・アベニューとNツイッケンハム・ドライブの角にある数軒の住宅があり、すぐ近くにキャンパスがあります。 10分でスタジアムへ歩き、Eddy Streetコモンズのショップやレストランを徒歩12分以内で楽しめます。また、通りの向かい側にあるNotre Dameのステイプルラインバッカーラウンジもあります。

土曜日の朝、秋に目を覚まし、すでにノートルダム大会の興奮に囲まれています。 玄関の外に出て、マーチング・バンド・ドラム・ラインの暖かさを聞きなさい。 ゲーム終了後、ラインバッカー・ラウンジまたはエディ・ストリート・コモンズでアイルランドの勝利を祝い、家に戻って短い歩きを楽しむ。

Great location!

Great location. Layout was great for our needs. Living room couch was comfy, beds were good. Kitchen was updated, but the rest of the house, especially bathrooms and downstairs bedroom, could use some updating.

Notre Dame Property

I read previous reviews and I would say they are accurate. It really comes down to what you’re looking for in a property. If it’s close proximity to campus that sleeps five comfortably…….this is a good consideration. If your looking for luxury, updated with all the amenities……..look elsewhere. For our needs……ND Football Weekend for 6 adults (guys, no spouses), this property was fine.

The house is really close to Notre Dame. It was clean and well suited for our 4 teens/adults. When a minor issue came up, the property owner was readily available and worked with us. Would rent this property again.

Perfect

Plenty of room for my kids. Very comfortable and relaxing. Was a perfect for the kids and I, 13, 4, and 2. Had everything there that you would need. I would absolutely stay there again. Owner was great and communication was quick. Thanks again!

Clean and quaint but under construction

The owner was great! Easy to work with, communicative etc. The property is near Notre Dame. The only negative was that the basement is still under construction and there was not dishwasher. Otherwise, it was a great week there!

A great location within walking distance of campus.

This property had some nice updates and was located very close to campus and The Backer. I was pleased with the appliances in the kitchen and the comfortable furniture in the living room. A great place for an awesome price whether you're visiting a friend or tailgating in game day Saturdays. The renter is also very easy to get in touch with and responds in a timely manner!

Nice and comfortable housing near Notre Dame campus

The house is located in a very nice residential neighborhood. It may seem small from the outside, but the inside, with 3 bedrooms and 3 queen size beds could accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The facilities on Notre Dame campus are within walking distance. Enjoyable dining and recreational establishments are within short driving distances. Beaches of Lake Michigan are less than an hour away. I would rent this vacation rental again and recommend it to others.

Overall everything was great. It's an older property with older features, but nice and clean. I'd recommend having soap for bathroom. No other issues!

Great house and even better customer service!

This little bungalow was a great find! I come to South Bend often for work and this place will be my go to accomadation. The owner is super friendly and more importantly goes out of his was to make sure everything is in order. I apperciate when people clearly want my business! The house was clean, had everything we needed and in a great location (I just walked to Notre Dame each morning). My only warning to those who travel with small children (my 4 and 1 yr old come with me) this house is not baby proof. My little one was in every cabinet and trying to fall down the stairs! I did apperciate that there are laundry facilities ... As that chore never ends! This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!

Heart of South Bend

Excellent location, friendly owner. Quiet neighborhood. We will be renting again! Minor cosmetic flaws and improvements currently under way. Grocery store just down the street. I highly recommend this rental as the hone base for your next family adventure! My daughter is in a wheelchair, but with only a couple small steps it is easy to maneuver her into the house. It saved us a ton of money choosing this option over a hotel. Water even stayed warm when all six of us showered back to back! Top notch!

Everything is awesome!!!

Why would you ever get a hotel when you can get this house for the same price? I really wasn't expecting much when I booked this house for a very cheap rate. My friends and I were staying here during a wedding weekend. I was really amazed when I walked into the house and it was very clean and nicely furnished. Everything exceeded my expectations. It was a 5 minute walk to the 'Backer and Belmont Beverage. Since it only had one bathroom, I wasn't sure if the warm water would last for all six of us showering in succession one morning, but it held up like a champ. James was great to work with and although we didn't have any issues, I'm sure he would have promptly addressed anything that would have come up. He refunded my security deposit in full--something that I've found that some owners look to poach, but not James. I would HIGHLY recommend this property for the value and location to anyone coming back to ND for a reunion, wedding, or football weekend. Everything was just perfect.

My two daughters attended basketball camp at Notre Dame. The house was not far from campus, we walked to watch some games. Great communication with the owner. Was nice to be able to count on someone to make your stay comfortable. Thank you!
