Light-filled, recently constructed 485 sq ft studio w/full kitchen.
Our compact studio is recently constructed! Quiet and peaceful yet only a 12 minute walk to downtown, even less to UNC Asheville, the Botanical Gardens, the North Asheville Tailgate Market, and Whole Foods. There is a very comfortable queen memory foam bed with a privacy curtain to cordon off the bedroom from the kitchen and living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with new stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, etc. There is a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is furnished with a mix of antiques and mid century furniture that have been lovingly collected over the years. Comfort and serenity were our goals in creating this studio. Like Asheville itself, the studio is tucked away, eclectic, efficient, and comfortable. What more could you need?

Wonderful, quiet and private studio
Robert and Trudi’s studio is just lovely - exceptionally clean, super quiet and hands down better than a hotel! We spent three nights and thoroughly enjoyed the space, historic neighborhood and Asheville. After a long Chicago winter, it was so nice to be able to open the windows to hear the birds and get fresh air. The studio has everything you’d need, including tourist info, maps and restaurant recommendations. Very gracious hosts and we’d go back in a heartbeat!
Super convenient and adorable Asheville apartment!
This spotless and tastefully appointed garage apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, and just a quick walk into downtown Asheville to enjoy the many restaurants and shops!
Welcoming, convenient, and pristine!
The small but spacious studio had the perfect layout for a couple for the weekend. Privately located over the homeowner's garage it was a cozy space. It was a short walk to downtown, and on a beautiful street. It had all the amenities, and the owners were easy and welcoming.
Beautiful apartment in great location.
We stayed for 3 nights in early December. This apartment is beautiful, immaculately clean, and in a great location. We walked into town several times. Would definitely stay again.
Outstanding! 5 stars aren't enough!
A cozy, well-appointed, comfortable spot in Asheville. It had everything we wished for and more, including luxury bedding and towels, and beautiful decor. (Including dried hydrangas from the hosts' garden!) . Convenient to downtown in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The hosts were kind, accomodating, and respected our privacy completely. Highly recommended in all aspects!
Sparkling Fresh in a Beautiful Neighborhood
We also rent our home to guests and know what it takes to prepare and have a home comfortable - the extra down comforter, the hair dryer, the iron - and in a beautiful setting. The mattress and bedding are fantastic! The owners were great at communicating but easy with leaving us to ourselves as guests. Also easy to town (could walk) and scenic drives. Highly recommend.
