Nuestro estudio compacto es de reciente construcción! Silencioso y tranquilo, pero a sólo 12 minutos a pie del centro, incluso menos de UNC Asheville, el Jardín Botánico, el portón trasero Mercado del Norte Asheville, y Whole Foods. Hay una muy cómoda cama de espuma de memoria de matrimonio con una cortina de privacidad para acordonar el dormitorio de la zona de la cocina y sala de estar. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con estufa nueva, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera, etc. Hay un baño de buen tamaño con una ducha a ras de suelo. Está equipado con una mezcla de antigüedades y muebles de mediados de siglo que han sido recogidos cuidadosamente en los últimos años. Wonderful Stay

This quiet space was so comfortable and homey. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great to be located in a quiet neighborhood that was in walking distance of restaurants and other amenities.

Phenomenal Stay

We absolutely loved this studio apartment!! My wife and I went to Asheville to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we stayed in Robert and Trudi’s studio apartment. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The place was immaculately clean and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It’s really close to downtown and we were able to enjoy all that the city has to offer with ease. Next time we are in Asheville we will definitely look to stay here again!

Robert and Trudy were great hosts. The apartment is clean and perfect for a couple. Bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed. Great location. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

Perfect Asheville Property!

This property was perfect for us. The location is excellent. Just a short 20 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is filled with charming home and beautiful gardens. The studio was clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Immaculate

We loved staying in Robert & Trudy's studio apartment. I am very particular about cleanliness & this apartment was IMMACULATE!! Robert greeted us & gave an orientation of the apartment and of things to do in Asheville. He was very kind & accommodating. The apartment is in a charming, historic neighborhood within walking distance to downtown & many good restaurants. If we ever should travel to Asheville, again, we would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this cute studio apartment located in the Montford area. The apartment had all the necessities of home and the location was perfect. Robert and Trudi were wonderful hosts. We would highly recommend staying with them and can’t wait to visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Very clean and easy to walk downtown! My only drawback was the bed and bedding wasn’t the most comfortable for me but that is subjective! Highly recommend!

We appreciated how clean the place was, and how gracious Robert and Trudi were, checking in to make sure all was OK and making sure we had what we needed! As folks with fragrance sensitivities we were delighted to find fragrance-free hand and dish soap, and no air fresheners or harsh cleaning smells. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked well, and the kitchen was well-appointed with pots, pans and utensils to cook for the week. If you stay there and need a night stand for the right side of the bed, one of the provided luggage racks topped with the wooden tray from the living room works nicely.

Perfect Apartment for Our Visit to Asheville

This studio apartment is lovely and stocked with the necessities for a comfortable stay. We loved that it was an easy walk to downtown, but also in a quiet residential neighborhood. The greenway one block away allowed for peaceful and beautiful morning walks. Robert and Trudi were extremely responsive and offered some good recommendations for restaurants. Nine Mile (a short walk from the apartment) is fantastic! I highly recommend this comfortable and impeccably clean studio apartment for your visit to Asheville.

Perfect Location for Asheville

The property is perfect for a couple who wants to visit Asheville. It is a five minute drive from downtown. The property is a small apartment above a garage with the basics of anything you might need. A bed, a couch/TV, and a small kitchen. It’s a very nice apartment in a safe/historic neighborhood. The owner of the property is the personification of class and hospitality. I would go here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful studio apartment in the lovely historic Montford neighborhood about 10-12 minute walk to downtown Asheville. The greenway, botanical gardens and UNC are steps away. It is immaculate and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

Beautiful property—inside and outside. Everything you needed for your stay was in the well-equipment apartment. Host was very engaging, accommodating, caring and responsive. Location is central to Asheville attractions. We will definitely visit again.

Robert and Trudi have a perfect studio for those visiting Asheville! Everything is right around the corner. We visited the Biltmore and ate at some excellent places less than a mile from the studio! The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with whatever you might need!!

Montford visit

My husband and I had a great time at this lovely studio in Montford! Easy walk to several restaurants in Montford and not far to downtown Asheville. Highly recommend Tall Johns and All Day Darling to eat! Robert was super nice and accommodations were just like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood but still walkable to downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Walking distance to downtown and short drive to Biltmore made this a great location for a short trip to Asheville! The studio apartment was well appointed with everything you would need for a short stay. It was also super clean and very comfortable.

Located 1 block from the Reed Creek Greenway, an urban trail with a bubbling mountain steam to keep you company as you walk, run or bike through Asheville. Walk neighborhood streets with historic Victorian homes and well-tended gardens to the historic Riverside Cemetery where Thomas Wolfe and other local notables are laid to rest. You will feel miles away from the city, but in fact are close to all of what downtown Asheville offers.
