Our compact studio is recently constructed! Quiet and peaceful yet only a 12 minute walk to downtown, even less to UNC Asheville, the Botanical Gardens, the North Asheville Tailgate Market, and Whole Foods. There is a very comfortable queen memory foam bed with a privacy curtain to cordon off the bedroom from the kitchen and living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with new stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, etc. There is a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is furnished with a mix of antiques and mid century furniture that have been lovingly collected over the years. Comfort and serenity were our goals in creating this studio. Like Asheville itself, the studio is tucked away, eclectic, efficient, and comfortable. What more could you need?

Excellent location and accommodations
We spent a weekend in Asheville exploring. Having a clean, well equipped studio apartment in a safe area to come back to after running around town was perfect. The apartment has everything we needed. Robert was very helpful. We look forward to staying here again.
Excellent, very neat and clean.
Property is very neat and clean. Owners go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one . We were very pleased and will definitely tell our friends how nice our stay was, will book this property again. I'd like to thank owners Trudy and Robert
Beautiful apartment in peaceful, convenient location
I travel a lot, and this is one of my all-time favorite apartments. It's in a quiet part of Montford and an easy walk to downtown Asheville on residential streets. Robert and Trudi are gracious hosts, and the apartment has plenty of natural light, a full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and living room/area. It's clear that a lot of thought and care went into making this space both functional and beautiful.
Great in-town location in beautiful historic neighborhood
Comfortable, quiet location close to everything that Asheville has to offer.
Hosts offered good tips/recommendations when we asked and otherwise left us alone to explore.
I will definitely visit again.
Outstanding experience, beautiful space, great owners
We had such a great long weekend in Asheville staying at Robert and Trudi's beautiful studio apartment. Even though it's cozy it has everything you need for a stay and is so much better than even the best hotel accommodations. The neighborhood is beautiful, the apartment was perfectly clean and well-appointed, and the owners were gracious, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. If you're there on a Saturday follow the owner's recommendation and stroll down the nearby walking trail to the UNC-Asheville campus for a local farmer's market. Very short and easy drive to all of Asheville's attractions. We hope we can come back and stay soon!
A beautiful and convenient place to stay
We enjoyed staying in this beautiful studio apartment that was convenient to downtown Asheville. This apartment is very well maintained and the owners are wonderful hosts.
