We stayed in downtown Asheville for the upcoming RAD Half Marathon on June 8. 2025. The condo was accurately described as shown in the pictures. It was easily accessible to the event and all places in town.
This is the perfect spot for a small family traveling with their pets!
Location is money and walking distance to all the greats spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for restaurants @nd downtown activities. Accommodations were adequate, not luxurious, but very comfortable and wife and I will stay here again when we come back.

Providing pet friendly units is somewhat of a balancing act. Luxury items can quickly turn into expensive replacements when pets are involved. We're dog lovers and have had Huskies and now Cocker Spaniels. We use our experience to make a point to be well prepared for pets being there. We want our four legged guests to be comfortable, and not have their companions worry about expensive damage to a luxury sofa or chair.
We're very happy that we can provide all too rare pet friendly units.
The condo is comfortable, well furnished and within perfect walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. I will definitely try to stay here again when I'm back in town.
The location of this property was perfect to walk to all the local stores and restaurants. Easy access to the condo and parking was easy to find . The property was clean and well taken care of overall great experience.
