The Roussarie began 300 years ago as a simple stone house,with an attached cow barn, in about six acres of orchard. It comprises 280 square metres of indoor living space, (3 double bedrooms, 2 with 4 single beds, refurbished kitchen, breakfast room, 2 bathrooms with shower , huge lounge with fireplace, dining room) shaded outdoor terrace and magnificient rose flower beds and 10x5 meter pool . Lots of toys for kids, swings, games …
The house retains its old character whilst incorporating modern and comfortable features such as american fridge, newly equipped kitchen, hi speed wifi and connected tv with prime video, Netflix etc.
Plenty of sporting activities, riding, tennis, golf course 20 minutes away....

The house is furnished and equipped as a permanent home, including many antiques and collectibles on a variety of themes. As a result, the house feels like a real home. Daily cleaner is available.

Wonderful place, everything you could need. very comfortable with 2 seating areas in the living area, which are very inviting. Dining room is just next to the kitchen, which has everything you would ever need. Well stocked with all consumables, such as coffee pods, drinks. Bakery and bistro and fine dining restaurant about 1.5km away and easy stroll.

Propriété parfaitement adaptée pour deux familles. Tout le nécessaire bébé/enfant est sur place (chaise haute, lit bébé, jeux intérieurs et extérieurs) et la maison très bien équipée de manière générale. Localisation très agréable. Très belle maison dans un environnement calme et préservé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines dans cette belle et agréable maison. Nous avons apprécié la décoration et le confort de la maison, la grande piscine et le très beau jardin. L'environnement est extrêmement calme. Un lieu parfait pour se reposer, visiter les environs riches en villages, châteaux et grottes ou se promener à pied ou à vélo (électrique de préférence).
