A spacious well decorated...

A spacious well decorated apartment about 20 minutes walk from Alghero town centre. There are several shops within walking distance but you really need a car if you stay here. The area is quiet and there is plenty of on street parking. The owners parents live upstairs and are very welcoming, but have very little English.We got by in a mixture of French and sign language. A couple of minor errors in the description: Bedding should read : 1 Double bed, 1 Sofabed, 2 Single bed (no bunk beds). Not a problem for our stay. Ground floor, in an accommodation of Bungalow should be 'Ground floor in a 3 story apartment block'.

Appartamento grande in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Alghero a venti minuti dal centro città e dal lungo mare. Ben fornito, spazioso, la cucina poteva essere un po' più pulita. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento ampio, pulito e adatto alle nostre esigenze come descritto nell'annuncio. Franco, il proprietario, è stato sempre puntualissimo nel check-in e check-out, disponibile e simpaticissimo. Speriamo di ritornarci prossimamente

Casa confortevole e molto vicino al centro e a tutti i servizi

Casa molto comoda, situata in zona residenziale molto silenziosa la notte ma anche di giorno, vicino a supermercati , bar e ristoranti. Il lungomare di Alghero si trova a due passi, io prendevo la macchina ma volendo si arriva in 5 minuti anche a piedi. In generale devo dire un ottimo appartamento

"L''appartamento è realme...

"L''appartamento è realmente nuovo e ben rifinito dotato di climatizzatori in tutte le stanze principali utilissimi nelle caldi notti di Alghero. Spazioso e accogliente (anche se avrei preferito una maggior illuminazione in tutte le stanze)ha permesso di trascorrere a me e alla mia famiglia 15 gg in totale relax e senza alcun disturbo sia di giorno che di notte. Inoltre abbiamo potuto godere anche della calda ospitalità dei vicini di casa che nella persona del sig.Casula padre è stato davvero gentile. E'' veritirero tutto quanto specificato nell''annuncio: c''è un supermercato vicinissimo e comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi (circa 800 m) oltre che il centro città stesso e in particolar modo piazza Sulis (1,4 km) ossia l''inizio dei Bastioni che è un centro nevralgico della vita notturna Algherese. Le uniche due pecche se proprio devo fare una critica a questo meraviglioso contesto, sono i bidoni della spazzatura sotto la finestra della sala che inevitabilmente nei momenti più caldi producevano odori sgradevoli (bastava però chiudere la finestra e usare il condizionatore per ovviare il piccolo disagio)e la mancanza di rispetto di alcuni vicini (ho verificato essere abitanti del posto) che in modo ignorante sono evidentemente soliti parcheggiare in maniera selvaggia e irrispettosa degli altri sprecando letteralmente posti auto e mettendo in condizioni gli automobilisti di effettuare qualche giro degli isolati per trovare parcheggio. A parte quindi queste ultime due cose di cui ovviamente il proprietario sig. Casula non è minimamente responsabile mi sento di consigliare assolutamente questo appartamento anche a 6 persone perché è veramente ben strutturato, pensato e ospitale. Voto massimo."
