Located 700 m from the beautiful sandy beach of St Cyprien, in a park and quiet, with swing and bowling, this small residential complex offers a large stone house and 6 Minis Villas all with air conditioning TVs and terraces privatized

In the village, 800 m away, is a small shopping center and all amenities.

Porto Vecchio is 7 km away. The mini Villas are all equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, satellite TV, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning / heating. Collective washing machine available.

This Mini Villa is planned for 6 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140 and the other mezzanine with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90, living / dining room with 1 sofa bed, kitchen American, bathroom / wc, covered terrace.

Mandatory cleaning fee of 70 € to be paid on arrival with the balance of the reservation in cash or bank transfer 48 hours in advance.
Arrival: 5 pm
Departure: 10 am

Possibility of renting linen, rental price 10 € per person (sheets and towels).
A deposit of 300 € will be required and returned at the end of the stay (not cashed)

Christophe nous a bien renseigné sur les visites et restaurants à proximité. Logement impeccable. Seul petit bémol la pression de l eau un petit filet d eau. Et très peu de chaîne à la tv (chaîne 12 pour enfants)

Semaine de froid de neige de pluie et de vent.....le fait de rester présent dans la maison a mis en évidence un problème d'aeration dans la maison. Beaucoup d'humidité. Fuite au niveau du plafond de la chambre du bas, le mur de la penderie ruisselle. Pb de température de l'eau au niveau du chauffe eau. On s'ebouillante sous la douche ! impossible de regler la température de l'eau car pas de mitigeur. Fuite d'eau au niveau du robinet de la cuisine, l'eau coule plus en dehors de l'evier que dedans. manque d'ustensile dans la cuisine, un seul couteau coupe. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas bien, on fait la vaisselle à la main. Sinon, emplacmeent super, plage belle et Christophe , le gardien est sympa. Il depanne pour les pettis besoins.

Bonjour effectivement comme vous l avez dit vous êtes venus pendant la tempête nous avons eu beaucoup de dégâts dans toutes les maisons . Des fuites etc... ce sont des maisons de vacances essentiellement pour l été . Donc désolée pour ces petits contretemps mais toutes les maisons on été touchées . Pour le reste nous allons y remédier sans aucun souci Cdt

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la résidence est proche d'une plage sublime, pas loin également d'autres sites touristiques. Nous recommandons fortement.

Résidence calme et très agréable

Notre séjour dans la résidence c'est dérouler à merveille. Des gens agréables et tres accueillant nous avons passer une semaine tranquille au calme dans cette petite maisonnette très sympathique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet endroit pour des vacances de rêve en Corse ! Il ne manque plus que la piscine pour que tous soit encore plus parfait. Merci de votre gentillesse À bientôt on espère.

très bon rapport qualité prix.

la mer a proximité, une grande plage, la maison coquette, propre et bien entretenue, un très bon accueil de Julie, que demander de plus pour passer de bonnes vacances. a mettre dans vos favoris. et la ville de Porto Vecchio non loin pour shopping, et la découverte de ce très beau département. je recommande cette location et surtout ne manquez pas THE restaurant " La Marine " sur le port ou vous mangerez les meilleurs sushis et autres.
