Excellent holiday stay

A beautiful property in a fantastic setting within Morzine. Had all of the facilities we require for a mountain biking holiday. Very friendly hosts. Would stay here again.

A lovely stay in a sweet and spacious French style house

We had a Great time. We loved the old French style. There was a lot of room because the diner and kitchen were big which is nice with a lot of teenagers so you could have about privacy.

Good Week in Morzine

The property is very spacious but is in need of some updating, it has all the required facilities for an extended stay and has a spacious garage that easily accommodated my F Pace. We chose this property as, with good snow conditions you can ski in and ski out, with only a 100 meter walk. If you don’t want to walk the half mile into town there is a bus stop right outside the property.

Great location

Great property. Exactly as described and reviewed. Clean and very well equipped. Plenty of storage for ski equipment in an inside store room or we had the use of the garage too. Bus stop outside the property which runs every 30mins and took us directly up to the Pre Favre chair lift which meant we avoided the busy Pleney every morning. Decor is a bit outdated but because of everything it had and the perfect location we would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Owners very helpful and attentive.

Great location

Very friendly helpful owner .It has all your needs. Blankets no Duvets . Warm with lots of hot water . It could do with some redecoration . WiFi terrible slow and not able to download anything like films for the journey home. We would come again but more prepared

Comfortable stay, great location

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 additional adults. The chalet is spacious and comfortable. Christiane is a helpful and attentive host, and made us feel at home. Sleeping arrangements meant 1 person on the sofa bed which was comfy enough - duvets rather than blankets would be a good upgrade . Theres loads of garage space for snow gear and the drying room is a god send. 2 bathrooms also great as we had 4 adults. Although basic , the chalet had everything you need other than the bedding situation. A reasonable walk down to the town wasnt too strenuous and we tried boarding down one day from the adjacent ski run.We were very happy here and would recommend. Thanks, the Bealls and the Pardwells

Un bon séjour

Un bon séjour à Morzine. Un beau domaine, même si toutes les stations ne sont pas reliées aussi facilement que cela est présenté. Les remontées mécaniques méritent d'être modernisées. Le chalet est agréable et bien agencé. La propreté par contre laisse un peu à désirer.

Morzine 2022 Ski Trip

1 Bit out of town but no problem 2 Owner very helpful 3 Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults 4 Wi fi a bit slow but used our UK phones so no big problem 5 Bus stop right outside but only runs on the hour 6 Good pizza restaurant 5 mins walk away 7 Very clean and tidy 8 You can virtually ski in and ski out from a point 30m up the road 9 Bins in close proximity 10 Would stay again and look at summer biking in this location

Prima ruime vakantiewoning. Volledig ingerichte keuken en goede voorzieningen. Mooie locatie met goede parkeervoorziening. Zeker de moeite waard om terug te komen

Ideal für VTT

Sehr nette Vermieterin, das Chalet ist alt, jedoch renoviert. Schöner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit, Brunnen mit leckerem Trinkwasser und kleiner Terrasse. Ideal für Familien mit Hund und/oder VTT, da es eine abschliessbare Garage gibt für die Mountainbikes. Ins Dorf sind es zu Fuss nur ca. 10 Min. Morgens mit dem MTB runter zum Lift und am Abend direkt von der Bergstation hinunter zum Haus. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Ruime woning, wat verouderd

Ruime woning met verouderd interieur. Helaas was de woning niet heel goed schoon, honden haren op mat en bank, oven niet schoon e.d. Hiervoor is excuus aan geboden. Woning is buiten het dorp (10 min lopen berg af/op). Met Garage die je kan gebruiken, echter alleen voor auto zonder dakboxen. Skigebied berg op 5 min met bus of auto ( geen echte parkeerplaats bij de lift) Busje rijdt om het uur, halte nabij het huis) woning is ruim met 2 grote slaapkamers en 1 klein kamertje te bereiken via 1 van de grote slaapkamers. Huiskamer met slaapbank en eettafel. woon keuken met tafel, wasmachine en afwasmachine. Bergruimte. Geen skischoen drogers, voor ons geen probleem, die hebben we altijd zelf bij ons.

Very nice appartement in beautiful Morzibe

Our family of six (parents and four children, aged 21, 19, 18 & 14) had a great time in this charming farm house. The beds were fine, the kitchen practical, the terras was a great place for breakfast, lunch and diner. Morzine centre is just a 10mins walk. Christine was very helpful, but help was hardly needed, as everything just worked as it should.

Chalet très agréable, fonctionnel et propre. Environnement calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et accueillant. Merci encore pour l'excellente confiture de myrtilles qui a ravi nos papilles durant cette semaine entre amis !! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Très bon séjour hivernal !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La propriétaire est chaleureuse et nous a accueillis avec un pot de confiture de myrtilles de sa fabrication. Les locaux sont tels que décrits et propres et fonctionnels. Tout a été pensé afin que nous ayons tout ce dont nous avons besoin à disposition. Les pistes sont accessibles rapidement. Le domaine skiable est suffisamment étendu. Je conseille la location du matériel chez Felix. Le village est agréable et dispose de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Vraiment, je conseille ce chalet et son environnement.

Très bon séjour

Très agréable séjour dans ce chalet propre, bien agencé, et très calme. Morzine est une jolie station où les animations sont nombreuses et les randonnées très belles. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et "aux petits soins" pour leurs locataires.

SUPERBES VACANCES !!!

Le chalet est tout a fait conforme aux photos , très propre , bien agencé , et avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Proche de Morzine mais tout en étant au calme. Propriètaires très acueillant et de bons conseils Avec Morzine tout proche ( environ 10 min à pieds , 2 min en voiture) tout est à proximité , les télécabines, les restaurants , les parapentes , cinéma ... et on a eu beaucoup d'animations dans Morzine même. Le multi pass Région est super pour faire beaucoup d 'activités sans se ruiner. bref de superbes vacances avec du beau temps on reviendra avec plaisir

à la neige sans souci

Bien équipée, très propre, confortable et agréablement située au calme et proche des pistes (on peut vraiment y aller à pied ou même à ski). De quoi passer une bonne semaine à la neige et sans devoir prendre sa voiture ni les navettes ! c'est vivant et le pied des pistes est très bien aménagé. Accueil agréable de la propriétaire. Photos du site internet très réelles.

location au top .....

une location très plaisante avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour .beaucoup d'espace dans une maison agréable à vivre . Morzine est en plus une station très animée l'été et la région environnante formidable de beauté . La propriétaire est en plus particulièrement sympathique , ce qui ne gache rien . en résumé un formidable séjour .nous y retournerons surement .
