Charmoso Família Apt com Vista mar e Acesso Rápido às Praias

Our spacious 3 bedroom apt (70 sqm2) enjoys a sea view. It is a 5 mins stroll to the beach, kids area, famous fish restaurants and bars along the coast. It is furnished, as for ourselves, as we still spend summer time with our 2 small kids there. TV cable * DVD player with a lot of choices of DVD, AC/Heating, BBQ, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fridge & deep freezer, and Wireless internet are there. You might find useful as well various toys for children, ball, and diving set. The apt is indeed suitable for a large family, or for two couples. Hope you feel at home as we definitely do!

The apt is at the 3nd floor of a building in good condition. Around a large corridor there are 2 Master bedrooms (double bed), a 'children' bedroom (equiped with 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms, and a living room (Table for 4, with extension for 6/7 persons) with an open kitchen. The apt is fully equipped as previously detailed. Larges balconies are along the bedrooms as well as the living room. Therefore, you will benefit of a natural air ventilation.

You will be in touch directly with us through out your stay, as well as with our local representative who speaks many languages. We can arrange rental car for your part of your stay, as well as just to drop you at the airport.

The village of Przno.
Fifty meters down the hill lies the village of Przno, holiday resort par excellence, with it’s beaches, it’s trendy bars, traditional sea-front restaurants, tennis courts and a hotel with it’s various services accessible to non-guests (massage, casino, beauty salon, etc.)

The park.
Behind the village, you can reach the famous Milocer park. Well maintained, the park hides 2 so-called “royal” hotels, often accommodating state officials during short periods in summer-time. The park borders a winding, steep coast. It is possible to see beautiful coves between the pine trees.

The beaches.
You will have the pleasure to discover 2 coves accessible through the park of Milocer. They are situated at less than 15 minutes by feet from the apartment. You will be dazzled by the selection of our photos: clear water, peaceful and wooded coast-line…

Sveti Stefan.
Finally, around 20 minutes by feet from the apartment, having passed the park and 2 beaches, your promenade will lead you to the most famous site of Montenegro, Sveti Stefan, a peninsula that reminds of the Mount Saint-Michel. This ancient fisherman’s village, currently being renovated to meet the highest standards of a luxury hotel, is often visited by international music and cinema stars. Have a look. Magnificent!

A public bus is passing every 15 mn, down the building, going to Budva, and other cities of the adriatic coast.
