A little gem with a fantastic location. Not to much around but that is what we wanted. It felt safe, privat and cozy away from mass tourism. Little coves, pebble beach. 10 min away to the full beaches and grocery stores. Highly recommend

Wonderful vacation

We stayed at Marta's house for a week. It is lovely decorated and in an incredible place. We loved our vacation there. Marta and her property manager Svetla were responsive and helpful. They made our vacation super relaxing. We couldn't have asked for more. The house is exactly as in the pictures. You basically can step outside and be by the beach. Cala Panizo is very calm and you can have the beach almost for yourself, especially in the evenings. I highly recommend Marta's house for a quiet and relaxing family vacation.

Maison conforme à la description : en bord de mer loin des stations balnéaires. Aurait pu être au calme sans le bruit incessant de 7h30 à 14h30 des travaux du chantier juste à côté (et dont nous n'avions pas eu connaissance ni sur l'annonce ni dans nos échange avec l'hôte). Nous qui cherchions le calme nous avons ete très déçus par ce manque de transparence.Le côté vieillot aurait pu donner du cachet si il s'agissait de mobilier vraiment vintage et entretenu.. mais des sièges cassés sont laissés à disposition, les moustiquaires de la chambre du haut sont rafistolées avec un ruban adhésif qui ne tient plus.... Bref, repartons sans aucun regret.

Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia durante una semana en agosto. La comunicación con la dueña perfecta. La casa tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario. La piscina una maravilla para los niños. Y ver el amanecer desde el chinchorro no tiene precio. La playa muy tranquila, con muy poquita gente. Tiene bastante roca con lo que los niños tenían que entrar con escarpines, pero por lo demás perfecto.

Näher am Meer kann man nicht sein, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Vermieterin war super freundlich, immer erreichbar sehr hilfsbereit! Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, und im Garten findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen… Einzig die Gartenmöbel könnten bei Gelegenheit mal erneuert werden, die sind wahrscheinlich von der Seeluft etwas lädiert… Die Küche ist klein und einfach ausgestattet, aber für unsere Zwecke absolut ausreichend! Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

Det lille hus på stranden.....

Alt er som beskrevet, og som kan ses på foto. Huset er istandsat og indrettet, med hensyn til husets ånd og charme. Lokationen kan i min optik ikke være bedre. Der er mindre end 20 m til havet, og ligger i fred og ro fra masse turismen. Vi boede 3 uger i huset, i september måned. Og havde derfor stranden næsten for os selv. Der er langt til indkøb, 20 km enten den ene eller anden vej. Der er ikke noget 'cirkus eller tivoli' i området, så ideel for familien at være sammen, slappe af og komme helt ned i gear. Nyde udsigten, solen, saltvand. Måske kede sig lidt..... Eller for par i tosomhed, kærlighed, finde hinanden igen. Bryllupsrejse. Tag en stak bøger med, snorkel og et par strandsko. Gå nogle lange ture. Spanien, solen skinner, jeg elsker det. Husk når man lejer en ejendom, at behandle det som sit eget. Det har jeg forsøgt at lære mine børn. Tag hensyn, pas på ting. Rens opvaskemaskinen, køb salt eller afspænding hvis det mangler. Sluk A/C hvis du åbner vindue. Ryd op og respekter faciliteterne. Tak til Marta for at leje hendes hus. Tak til Svetla for modtagelse og afrejse. God vinter. Vi ses igen.

Beautiful Peaceful Beach Location

Small but cozy beach house. The dipping-pool filter was only turned on the last 2 days of our week stay, after that we complained daily. The dishwasher was new but didn’t rinse the dishes well, so there where left with a coat of greas which explain the dirty glasses and dishes in the cupboard. A few cockroaches in the kitchen (but as the owner says” It’s the very natural country beauty of the place) Otherwise a very clean and nice small beach house, right on the the peaceful beach with beautiful lava stones. Though I like a peaceful place in the nature, I like when things work, specially when I pay good money for it. We cut our trip short due to this.

Esta Señora no dejó entrar al jardinero a limpiar la piscina. Ha protestado desde el primer momento si dejar que la solución se pueda llevar a cabo, tocando los instrumentos bien señalizados con NO TOCAR, lo que provocó un desajuste en el programado la depuradora. El fregaplatos es nuevo, como pudo ver la inquilina en las instrucciones de la casa. Al ser un agua dura, con mucha cal, simplemente hay que aclarar los platos. Quedan perfectos. La cucaracha (ahora dice que son más), son una especie roja, voladora, que cuando hay poniente aparecen ocasionalmente (en TODO el MEDITERRANEO) a pesar de estar anualmente bien fumigada la casa. No es una muestra de suciedad. La casa está impecable, según dicen también los inquilinos que la frecuentan. Soy muy rigurosa con ese tema. Un inquilino, como estos, que llegan rebotados de otra casa, en lugar de disfrutar de un sitio idílico, empiezan a poner pegas desde que llegan, injustificadas.

Una casa muy bien situada al lado del mar, vistas espectaculares y la casa bien con 6 personas. Repetimos la estancia!

Es un sitio perfecto para relajarte, la casa está muy agradable, aunque falta aire acondicionado en las habitaciones de abajo por lo que las noches son calurosas. Sin embargo la playa que tiene y la ubicación son perfectas para disfrutar de unos días tranquilos. La atención por parte de la propietaria y la limpieza son exquisitas y están atentos a que todo funcione correctamente y a facilitarte cualquier contratiempo que puedas tener. Recomiendo conocerla y pasar unos días.
