The location is wonderful. The beach is right there and the farmer's market, sweet shop, shave ice and ABC store just across the road.

The condo was fantastic! Can’t beat the views, on the beach and having Sugar Beach Bake Shop across the street seals the deal. Great hosts made for a great time!

Loved having the ocean so close! Watched the sunset from our balcony every night. Beautiful, comfy condo! Maintenance came quickly to switch out blinking kitchen fluorescent. Very nice and helpful staff. Amenities were great. One suggestion we have might be to improve the electrical outlet capacity in the master BR. We each had our own phones and tablets, and one CPAP machine, along with the two bedside lamps, but there is only a single outlet and an old extension chord with bent leads that kept popping out. But everything else was great.

Wonderful beachfront comfort, crashing waves, gorgeous views

My daughter and her 6 month old visited me during my stay, it couldn't have been a cleaner, better spot for easy poolside chats, quiet baby naps and little errands across the road at ABC, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and the farmer's market. Sunrise and sunset beach walks for Grandma too--perfect!!

Beautiful Stay in Maui

The condo is clean and located in a great spot. It has quick access to the main highway to all the major locations. Directly across the street is a store, bakery/coffee shop and a place for Hawaiian ice. You can watch the sunset off the balcony. The back lawn is great for sitting out and separates from the beach.

Perfect Kihei Vacation

Great communication from start to finish! Very thorough directions for laundry/pool/check-in. Great location for the beach, ABC store, shave ice, bakery. Centrally located between Lahaina and Wailea. Perfect size for our family with two kids. Security staff very friendly, gas grills and pool were all great. Would stay again!

Perfect Aloha,

We could not have asked for a better view of the ocean, or of the sunset! We spent a lot of time on our deck relaxing and just enjoying it all. The location was so convenient to everything, and we Ervin too a paddling lesson at the club next door. Great fun! The condo was clean and well-appointed, and we will stay again if we get back to Maui.

Quiet and Peaceful

Great condo literally right on the beach. Very quiet and lowkey which we loved and right across the street from a corner store and local farmer’s market. No more than 15-30 min max away from all the big must sees on the island. Only complaint is (and maybe I read the info wrong) the laundry unit is community and on a separate floor of the unit- not inside your condo. Overall- we’d stay again!

Ocean view balcony!

If you love the sound of the ocean and a great view of the water, this is the spot. Overlooking sugar beach, this area of Kihei isn’t very crowded and the beach is pretty safe and great for swimming. The condo was fine for two people, although the hideabed was not very comfortable, it had everything we needed. Across the street from the ABC store, bakery and farmers market, everything was very convenient. My mom and I had a great time and I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo - great location!

Stayed 10 days in January. Great location !!! close to everything and it has everything you need ( beach towels/ beach chairs, etc) ; well- appointed could not have asked for a better view of the ocean, or of the sunset! Condo is 25 feet from a nice sandy beach- great for walking, running, launching your SPU and just to chill and relax ! I enjoyed getting fresh produce and organic smoothies (must try!) from the farmers market across the street from the condo. Will be back !
