Better and better

At first glance this apartment seemed inconvenient and awkward, but this impression was completely wrong. The apartment is outside of town on the edge of a semi industrial area, but in fact it is in a suburban area an easy 12 minute walk along quiet streets to the heart of town, and even less time to expansive supermarkets. (There are busy streets too, but they are easily avoided). The greatest treasure of the apartment, however, is the hosts book of suggestions. Every Italian is better informed than an outsider about their own region, and she has placed her suggestions for restaurants and outings for all kinds of visitors; we used them to pick places to eat and to confirm our own prior plans. Her recommendations are excellent. I personally recommend mountain hikes alpine dairy (malga) meals as well as swimming in the local rivers. Oh, and as we were told before arriving: "eat the frico" PS the appliances all worked well and the air conditioning was awesome!

großzügige Wohnung

großzügige Wohnung. Cividale del friuli ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt leider an einer verkehrsreichen Straße.

l'appartamento è stato lasciato in ordine, e perfetto. essendo zona residenziale il traffico è limitato agli orari di lavoro e permette comunque di rilassarsi in giardino per godere delle serate sarò felice di ospitare nuovamente questi simpatici ospiti

heerlijke vakantie

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in de ruime , schone woning ( we vonden de keuken wat donker). Beatrice was zeer geïnteresseerd in onze plannen. Er was bij aankomst en bij vertrek een aardige attentie( Nederlandse beschuit o.a.). Cividale en omgeving zijn cultuurhistorisch zeer interessant.

Zeer goed

Wij hebben zeer genoten van onze vakantie. De ligging is op loopafstand van het oude stadscentrum. De voorzieningen in het huis zijn prima. Veel privacy in het tuintje. Wij kregen een zeer gastvrije ontvangst, en veel tips voor activiteiten in de buurt (bezoek aan Venetië, festival Vernasso, wijn proeverij, prosciutto proeven, locatie om te zwemmen etc...) Zeker een aanrader, en wij komen graag terug!!

"Nous avons passé un séjo...

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, avec nos deux enfants, dans cette petite ville calme. Les paysages du frioul sont magnifiques et dépaysants, la faune et la flore, qui constituent l'un de nos centre d'intérêt principaux, évoquent déjà l'Europe centrale. Les soirées douces passées dans les petits restaurants du centre ville constituent un véritable bonus après de bonnes journées de marche le long de la frontière slovène. Nous ne pouvons terminer ce message sans remercier encore une fois la propriétaire dont l'accueil a été très chaleureux et qui parle couramment le français; Par ailleurs, l'appartement mis à notre disposition était très vaste, les lits très confortables et nous disposions de tout l'équipement domestique indispensable."
