IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND INSIDE THE HOUSE THERE ARE 2 BATHROOMS.
Family house full of history and charm 25 meters from La Fosca beach. The house has 60 m2 distributed over three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a 140x200 sofa-bed, a dining room for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen and access to the private terrace with views of La Fosca beach 25 meters away. The terrace has tables and chairs for 8 people, two sun loungers and a barbecue.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 150x190 double bed with views of the beach and a full bathroom, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms with bunk beds and views of the beach and a bathroom with a shower.
In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water and 4 bathrooms. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve families where there is a racquetball court and a ping-pong table that they can use for free, they will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag.
If you need a cot, high chair or baby bath you can request them in advance and you will have them for free. They can park 1 car in the shared garden. There is a parking 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This car park is free throughout the year except for the months of June, July, August and September, when you must pay. The house is delivered clean and without towels or sheets that can be rented or brought. Set of towels: 1 large and 1 medium: 4 euros. Set of individual sheets: 8 euros. Set of large sheets: 15 euros. You can do the final cleaning yourself or request the cleaning service at an additional cost of 75 euros. The house has 1 inverter split air conditioning with hot and cold air, 2 gas heaters and 3 fans that you can use for free.
The fine sandy beach of La Fosca located 25 meters from the house has obtained the Blue Flag rating by the EU, the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment.

We loved La Fosca and our beautiful apartment. It was clean and had absolutely everything we needed with a great play area for the kids. The view was magnificent and the gardens made the place feel nice and private. Camila was so accommodating. If we come back to La Fosca, it will definately be this place again.

A wonderful place!

We had a really nice vacation in la Fosca. Camila is a PERFECT host. She's always in the neighbourhood and always willing to help or to answer any questions you may have. The house is small but clean, well equipped, and the garden is beautiful. The property is very well taken care off, and flowers are everywhere. We were lucky to have our private terrace. And that is where you spend most of the time, so the small size of the livingroom can be ignored. It is a perfect apartment for a family with children. Since there is only one room with a double bed (queen size) , and two rooms with each a bunk bed (two beds above eachother), the apartment is less fit for party's with more than one "couple'". The sofa bed in the livingroom is ok, but since the livingroom is small, I would prefer not to sleep in there. La Fosca is a pittoresque village. A beautiful beach, really across the street, visited by tourists but also by many locals. Not yet spoiled by young people with loud music coming from small music boxes, or by noisy bars/disco's. In a way, a bit "oldfashioned", and I mean that as a compliment. I hope the people from La Fosca will be able to preserve it that way. In short, surely a place and apartment to return to.

La maison est parfaite: un petit séjour avec cuisine ouverte au RDC, une chambre avec lit double et salle de bain au 1er et deux chambres avec petite salle de douche au second. La maison était très propre et la literie et excellente. La terrasse est idéale pour les repas et apéros. elle donne sur un grand jardin très propre, très bien entretenu et calme, tout ça à deux pas de la mer. Il y a un espace jeux pour les enfants très bien aménagé. Camila est adorable, on ne peut pas rêver meilleur accueil. Bref, nous venons de passer 15 jours de vacances idylliques. A recommander +++

Notre séjour à La Fosca était parfait mise à part le choix de la semaine (changement d’heure!!!!!). Il faisait nuit de bonne heure ! La propriété est très bien entretenue et notre hôtesse Camila très gentille et disponible. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire et sa vue depuis la terrasse sur la mer très appréciée. Les enfants ont adoré le parc et ses aménagements. Ils peuvent sortir en toute sécurité. Nous recommandons cette location. Merci beaucoup à vous Camila et à tout le personnel.

très bon accueil de la part de camila! maison très agréable, très bien située à quelques mètres de la plage, la région est sympa avec de belles balades à faire à pied ou en kayak! seul bémol l'escalier en colimaçon avec 2 étages qui mènent aux chambres et toilettes à l'étage; terrasse avec vue sur mer bien équipée!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung direkt hinter dem Strand

Im kleinen Ortsteil "la fosca" von Palamos befindet sich diese ruhige Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer (zwei mit Stockbetten, eins mit Doppelbett) auf 3 Ebenen in einer turmartigen Bauweise. Küchenzeile mit Gasherd und Wohnzimmer/Essbereich im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anlage von ca einem Dutzend Wohnungen, die einen gemeinsamen schönen Gartenanteil unter Pinien nutzen. Von der großen Terasse direkter Blick aufs Meer. Vom wunderschönen Strand nur getrennt durch eine recht ruhige Nebenstraße. Bau stammt wohl aus den 70er Jahren ist aber gepflegt. Ausstattung modern und komplett: Fernseher, Astra-Satelitt-Anlage mit vielen Programmen. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mixer, Micro-Welle, zwei Kühlschränke (!), gutes W-lan, usw. Freundliche und zuverlässige Vermieterin. Endreinigung, Handtücher und Bettwäsche für ca. 60-80 Euro zusätzlich. Wir waren dort als 5-köpfige Familie. Die Zimmer sind etwas eng, was beim jugendlichen Alter der Kinder unproblematisch ist. Dafür ist der Garten umso größer. Garage bzw. Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden, findet sich aber in der Nähe. Séjour agréable au bord de la mer

Tout est sur place dans la baie ( restaurant, bar de plage, commerce alimentation) et surtout la mer toute proche est toujours en vue. La terrasse sur le jardin est très agréable pour vivre dehors. Le jardin commun permet aux enfants de retrouver les copains. En bref, il est toujours aussi agréable de revenir chez Camilla.

"Séjour très très agréabl...

"Séjour très très agréable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très serviables - lors d''un incident, c''est grâce à eux que nous avons été dépannés ! L''équipement est très complet. La seule réserve que nous émettons sur le logement tient au fait que, pour nous, la pièce principale est "un peu" petite ; par contre le parc "commun" et la petite terrasse privative sont très agréables. Quant à la situation en bord de mer, elle est idéale : il y a juste la rue à traverser et l''on est sur la plage. Les environs sont magnifiques ; il y a plein de magnifiques balades à faire. La Fosca est une petite station très tranquille et Palamos, à 2,5 km - l''on peut s''y rendre à pied par un joli chemin sur le bord de mer, est une ville très agréable. Nous comptons y retourner."
