Ran de Mar, sea views villa located directly on the beach in Pollensa Bay:
'Ran de Mar' is a holiday villa, an old fisherman's house, with sea views, situated on the beachfront, in the area called 'Sa Marina', between Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollensa.

The completely restored house is decorated with a lot of charm, it has a living-dining room with access to the terrace and the beach, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, three double bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms with shower, one situated at the entrance of the house, next to the third bedroom, and a laundry room.

The property is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in the three bedrooms and in the living room and has WIFI Internet and SAT-TV.

There is an interior patio furnished with terrace furniture and mobile barbecue, and sunbeds, to enjoy the summer evenings, and the highlight of the house is the front terrace in front of the sea, which invites you to relax listening to the waves and watching incredible sunsets and sunrises.

The area is ideal for water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, snorkelling,...

The distance to Alcudia village is 1,5 km from the house, and the distance to Puerto de Pollensa 6 km. A rental car is recommended.

Both the town of Alcudia and its port, offer a multitude of activities, you will not get bored, there is a lot to see, such as walking inside the old town of Alcudia, following the walled area, visit the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Pollentia, visit the Roman theatre, the Ermita de la Victoria with its beautiful landscapes, the beaches of San Pere, Sant Joan, S'illot, Alcanada, or the long beach of Puerto de Alcudia and much more.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und ist gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war der Strand noch voller Seegras. Dafür konnten wir den Kite-Surfern zusehen, die dort ihr Quartier hatten. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

We were two adult couples and one single person. The apartement with three bedrooms was spaceous for us. The apartement was equipped with all necessary utilities. We especially enjoyed the Weber grill and prepared delicious fish and seafood few times. The apartement is outside the tourist rush, but still close to everything. Being able to walk to the ocean directly from the bedroom was a luxury. We sincerely recommend.

De aankomst is goed verlopen en de communicatie verliep vlot. Er was voldoende ruimte in het huisje. De ligging van het huis is geweldig, weg van de drukte maar toch op wandelafstand (15 min) van de stad Alcudia. Op 1 min. wandelen is er een bushalte waar je de bus kan nemen richting Alcudia/Port d'Alcudia of richting Pollença/Port de Pollença. Aan de achterkant van het huisje zit je letterlijk aan het strand. Het strand is rustig, er is voldoende ruimte om te zwemmen. Het uitzicht vanop het terras is super mooi, je kijkt op de zee en de bergen.Als je op je privé gesteld bent is het wel een klein minpuntje dat er geen scheiding is tussen het terras van de buren en dat van het huisje.Een tweede klein minpuntje is dat er geen lokale bar of restaurantje is op wandelafstand, dan moet je naar de drukte van de stad Alcudia. Dit zijn echter 2 kleine opmerkingen. Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf en zouden het huis zeker aanraden aan andere mensen.

Toll gelegenes Strandhaus - direkt am Meer gelegen westlich von Alcudia. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man benötigt und durch die 2 abgetrennten Wohneinheiten (1x4P, 1x2P.), hat man doch ein wenig mehr Privatsphäre. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Auch das Service und die Kommunikation mit dem Host verlief perfekt. Vermutlich hat der Vormieter ein Teil der Orangenpresse verschlampt, sofort hat der Host am nächsten Tag überraschenderweise eine neue Presse vor die Tür gestellt :).Jedenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder :)

Selten ein Ferienhaus erlebt, dass so gut und liebevoll ausgestattet ist! Der Strand ist zwar eher klein, aber die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist phänomenal. Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen hier verbracht. Sehr freundlicher und effizienter Kontakt mit der Agentur.

Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Empfang mit Gebäck, Kaffee, Wasser und reichlich Obst. Sehr nett und aufmerksam. Manchmal stört die nahe Straße ein wenig. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft! Frisch renoviertes Haus mit toller Terasse direkt am Meer.Das Haus ist zweigeteilt - ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad inkl. Dusche bildet den einen Teil, 2 Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten mit einem geteilten Bad, sowie offener Küch/Wohnbereich den anderen Teil. Zwischen den beiden Gebäuden ist ein kleiner Innenhof. Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Terasse direkt am Meer - 5 Meter Sand liegen dazwischen. Das Haus und die Küche hat alles dabei was man für einen Selbstversorger-Urlaub benötigt - Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe, Kühl/Gefrierkombi, Grill, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle - alles vor Ort.Einziges Manko ist, dass die Nachbarterassen direkt angrenzend sind. Laute Nachbarn könnten als einzigen Punkt die Erholung etwas stören.Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Trip in die Unterkunft - wirklich wirklich toll!
