Our cleaning standards have always been very high, even before the emergency of these days (just read our reviews over the years).
In addition to thorough cleaning with disinfectants as per national health directives, we offer our guests the possibility to request a CERTIFIED sterilization with Ozone before your stay.

The apartment is very nice and welcoming, recently renovated and offers all the comforts required by a demanding traveler.

It consists of 1 double bedroom with double bed and wardrobes, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen. A small terrace overlooks peaceful private gardens and allows perfect relaxation after a day out and about in the city.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Venice, 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, one minute from the vaporetto and the direct connection to the airport. Despite the short distance from the main city attractions, the area is very quiet and "Venetian" with all kinds of shops, supermarket, bank and delicious little touristy restaurants.

Great location, can walk to most attractions, vapùrato and alilaguna stops nearby, good restaurants. Flat is well maintained and clean, the host Luisa was very helpful. Will definitely stay again :)

Perfect place to explore Venice

We we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Great value for the price. Loved how it was away from the beaten path & away from the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Owner was prompt in responses to questions etc.

Great stay!!

Check-in was easy Lorenzo was great! He sent us links to favourite restaurants. Although we were somewhat on the other side of the island from all the big tourist attractions, we found the location great because everything was within a short walk, which enabled us to see a lot more of Venice. The public water taxis to get you to and from the airport were within a two minute walk, which was nice when you have all your luggage. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed.

Great Location!!!!

The apartment was a perfect size for the 3 of us adults. It was in a great location, close to the water busses, restaurants and shops without it being insane with people! The only draw back was that the bedrooms did not have air conditioning and that made it hard to sleep.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to airport transportation, walking distance to the main sites, and outside the crowded streets. The two bedrooms suited 3 adults perfectly. We would definitely choose to return.

Perfect hideaway in a quiet neighborhood

When our flight out of town was canceled we ended up staying here 10 days instead of a week and we didn’t grow tired of the place. Having stayed within a stone’s throw three times before, I think this is the best neighborhood to base operations. Easy access to the airport and vaporetta boats everywhere else. Communication was excellent.When we return to Venice, this will be our first choice.

Excellent location. Everything you could need or want in a place to stay. Great communication and advice from the hostess. Clean and well-laid out. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice. The vaporetto stop is very close, and from it you can reach anywhere you want to go.

For a short stay in Venice, this accommodation was perfect. Communication with Luisa was very good. We had a problem with the shower which she dealt with the same day. Location was brilliant. A couple of minutes walk from the vaporetto. We found a wonderful local restaurant Trattoria Cea which was very close by and served authentic delicious food.

A property not in the center of actions, but very close. Everything is 15-20 minutes walk only. Which made it very nice and quiet. The property was a little dark and smaller than what the pictures showed, but adequate.

Good location. Met our needs

The property could use a little improvements. The beds were not comfortable. The smaller room had no table or lamp. Space was limited in that room but a fold out table would hafe been nice. We didnt have hot water for the first 2 days. The electrical outlet in the kitchen did not work. We had to make toast in the bathroom. This was not a deal breaker and the owner was quick to answer our concerns. We also had a jar of espresso pods in the cupboard but no coffee maker to use them in? But, we understand that Venice is very old and we were there to see the lovely city. We had a good stay.

Bright Clean 2bdrm Apt

Apt was very well laid out with 2 separate bedrooms. We were 3 people and it was spacious for us. It had 2 bedrooms and a separate living room and kitchen. A small patio to sit out on. It was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped. Very thoughtful, attention to detail. There was a fan just in case we got hot, clothes line with clothes pins, napkins for kitchen (little details). The wifi was not good in the apartment so you have to have your own data plan. Location was excellent, 2 blocks from several vaporetto lines and the Alilaguna. 20 min walking to center, many restaurants nearby. In a quiet residential area so it was great to see another part of Venice besides the crowded tourist center. Owners were very nice and accommodating. She was waiting for us when we got off at the Alilaguna stop. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Luisa was very easy to reach and provided detailed instructions for everything. She even had the user manuals for appliances printed in multiple languages. The unit is very easy to get to, just a short walk from the Fondamente Nove Ferry dock where you can get dropped off from the airport by a private taxi boat or the vaporetto. The unit is keyless entry and accessed by an app and a number key code which was very nice to not have to worry about keys. The only issue is that we had to reopen and try the app a few times before it would connect. The unit is located on the 2nd floor so you will have to climb a few steps with luggage. We loved the location. It was far enough away from the crowded areas of St.Mark’s square to enjoy the beauty of Venice. There are a few cafes right around the corner as well as a few restaurants that open in the evenings. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice but very small

While we had a great time in Venice, we found this apartment to be too small for our family of 4. We had to walk sideways to avoid bumping into each other, especially at the entrance to the apartment, since the foldout bed was practically touching the door. The apartment was very hot when we walked into it and we had to turn on the ac and wait for like 45 minutes for it to cool and the 2 bedrooms were always hot. We basically tried to get out of there early in the morning and come back late at night so that we would enjoy the city and avoid being in the tiny apartment. Overall, it t was tolerable if you were in a good mood like we were - determined to have fun no matter what. The positives: bathroom and water supply was fine. The washer was working and we dried our clothes on a portable rack provided. The location was excellent - close to the water transportation.

Un appartement correct, fonctionnel. Il y a quelques points à améliorer: la bouilloire électrique ne fonctionne pas, le matelas du lit principal a fait son temps; le contact avec la proprietaire est peu réactif et celui avec l'agent immobilier qui fait la mise en location est trop tardif.

Un appartement hyper confortable

Malgré un accès à l’appartement un peu complexe le séjour s’est très bien passé. Appartement très propre et confortable avec un balcon en prime. Merci à Luisa pour son accueil. Le plus est sa situation pour prendre le vaporetto qui mène à l’aéroport, environ 5 minutes de marche.
