Bonito piso en el corazon de Venecia. Posicion ideal para visitar la ciudad.

FREE CANCELLATION
Es un piso luminoso y acogedor de aprox. 75 m2, totalmente rehabilitado en 2005 y amueblado con gusto.

Se encuentra en la primera planta de una típica casa veneciana de dos plantas y da a una “calle”, a un “campiello” (plazuela)con albores y a un bonito jardín interno de propiedad.

Se compone de entrada, cocina independiente, baño completo con ducha, dormitorio de matrimonio, vestidor, amplio salón con sofá-cama (200x160), una terraza. Cabe la posibilidad de una cama individual supletoria.
Puede hospedar hasta 5 personas.

Ofrece todos los confortes: climatización en cada habitación, televisor de color, microondas, secador de pelo,lavadora, nevera con congelador.

Dispone de una amplia dotación de ropa de cama y baño y la cocina esta bien equipada. A petición, están disponibles una cuna y una trona.

La ubicación del piso es ideal para visitar la ciudad tanto a pie como con el transporte publico; en 5 min. se puede llegar a Rialto y a la estación de ferrocarril, en 10-15 min. se llega a la Accademia y a la plaza S.Marco.

Desde la parada de “Riva di Biasio” (a 300 m. Del piso) con el vaporetto (bus de agua) podéis recorrer el Gran Canal-la principal arteria de la ciudad y sin duda la “calle” más bonita del mundo- y también ir cómodamente a las islas de Murano, Burano y Torcello.

El “sestriere” (barrio) se llama S.Croce, el más antiguo y característico de la ciudad, lleno de pequeños comercios, restaurantes típicos y tiendas de artesanía local.

Great apartment, very convenient and great location

We are fond of Venezia and to be in this neighborhood was super practical. A Majer Bakery is nearby: everything is good there, and their Pandoro is outstanding. We stayed 5 full days and enjoyed every bit of Venezia. I love to come in Winter. Thanks a lot to Luisella, she is of great help and so nice.

Good Value for the Money

We were very pleased with the apartment in Venice. Mara's directions made it easy to find, and it was an easy walk from the water bus. The apartment was spotless and very neat. It had everything we needed for our short stay. We especially enjoyed the small terrace with a glass of wine. Although we liked the apartment, the best thing about it was Mara herself. Embarrassing as it is to admit, we tried to use our key to our apartment in Rome to get in. After a panicked phone call, Mara was there in a flash and couldn't have been more gracious or good humored.

Prima Unterkunft im Herzen von Venedig

Die Anreise mit dem Vaporretto Linie 1 zur Wohnung war unkompliziert und die Station in der Nähe- ca 7 Minuten Fußweg. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zuverlässig, wie die Schlüsselübergabe auch. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock war für uns groß genug und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen von den Bildern. Die Küche war für uns eher nicht für den täglichen Gebrauch zu nutzen, war aber auch nicht so vorgesehen. Alles in allem passte es für uns und fühlten uns dort wohl.

Cute charming apartment in the middle of venezia

Located perfectly in the heart of Venice. Clean and included all the amenities. Close to everything. I even woke up early and went to the market to cook breakfast for my sweetie and all the utensils, olive oil and seasoning was available. Host were extremely nice and were very accommodating. We decided to stay another night after realizing it was Carnivale in Venice and they booked us an apartment next door. Had a great time and felt very at home in both apartments. We would love to come back. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Calle

Schöne Ausstattung, hell, netter kleiner Balkon, Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Gegend mit netten Restaurants und einem Coop gleich um die Ecke. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir bereits morgens um 9 sehr nett empfangen wurden und unsere Koffer abstellen konnte. Schon ab 13.00 Uhr konnten wir dann 'einziehen'.

Wunderbare sonnige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und sonnig mit Blumen vor den Fenstern. Kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Kirche Zan Degola. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist nur ein paar Minuten vor der nächsten Vaporettostation entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Nice apartment

Our host met us to check us in and showed us around and explained the apartment, which also had a quaint little balcony. There was enough space for our family of four. The apartment was neat and clean with character. There was a washing machine and a clothes line out the window for drying the clothes, just like the locals.

L'accueil de Luisella (avec qui la communication a toujours été rapide, sympathique et efficace) a été parfait et son logement correspondait en tous points à ce qui nous convenait pour 3 jours seulement ! Propre, calme, bien équipé et très bien situé, je recommande le logement de Luisella sans aucune restriction !

Very clean very quiet compared to most of our city stays.

Very nice stay. We were on 2nd floor which may be a problem for people who can’t do stairs. Well supplied kitchen appliances.

Great location. Everything 10+ minute walk.

Clean/ Comfortable. Suggest possibly having a fan available. Also a couple English channels on TV for those rainy days.

For us it was a great central location to walk to all the sights we wanted to see

Alberto and his team were friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions before we arrived on the things to see and not miss and local restaurants. We loved the place it was great for the two of us. If we have the opportunity to return we will book again for another week.

Very nice, roomy apartment in convenient location

We very much enjoyed this spacious, very clean, comfortable and pleasing apartment located in a quiet neighborhood close to the Vaporetto and the train station. We enjoyed the balcony and the peace and quiet. It was difficult to take a shower without spilling water on the floor, but this was a minor inconvenience. Our host was welcoming and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this place and the price is reasonable.

Great place

We enjoyed this apartment very much. It was everything we hoped for. Comfortable, clean and well located. Kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again. Owners were great to work with. If you stay here we would suggest using the Vaporetta(water bus #1) to make it easier to get your luggage to apartment without killing your self. It really payed to buy multiple day pass.

Grand appartement, calme et central pour visiter à pied.

Appartement propre. Tout est fourni, serviettes et draps, c'est très appréciable. À 2, nous nous y sommes sentis à l'aise. Il est très bien situé, proche des vaporetti et des lieux animés tout en étant très calme dans une cour en impasse ("corte"). Luisella et Mara ont été très accueillantes. De plus, Luisella parle français et a pu nous fournir les renseignements utiles.
