accueil très chaleureux. Appartement propre, bien entretenu et super bien équipé ! La piscine de la résidence est au top sans oublier la superbe vue avec le levé de soleil sur la mer ! A réserver les yeux fermés.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons reloué cet appartement que nous avions beaucoup apprécié et nous avons passé un séjour tout aussi agréable que la fois précédente. L'appartement est bien situé, bien équipé et tant le propriétaire que la personne qui assure l'accueil sont sympathiques et disponibles.

La prestation présentée correspond bien à la description de l'annonce. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'emplacement est bien situé et les activités environnantes sont bien tant pour adultes que les enfants.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sie beinhaltet alles was man benötigt. Die Lage war super und die Aussicht traumhaft. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est superbe, bien équipé et d'une propreté exemplaire. La vue est magnifique avec une grande et belle terrasse fleurie par des lauriers. Le propriétaire est très gentil et à l'écoute. L'accueil a été très chaleureux avec toutes les explications nécessaires pour utiliser les équipements de l'appartement. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous envisageons d'y retourner.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub!!!

Eine tolle Wohnung, super Einrichtung! Gemütlich, praktisch, gehobene Ausstattung! Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht! Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber! Die Terrasse bietet sehr viel Bewegungsfreiheit und einen ganz tollen Meeresblick wie auch auf den großen Pool! Wir konnten rundherum alles zu Fuß erledigen! Der Steinstrand, der Sandstrand, Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Boutiquen, Restaurants aaaaaaalles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe! Es gibt sehr viele Angebote und Abwechslung wie einen Wasserpark, einen Freizeitpark, einen sehr schön angelegten botanischen Garten u.v.m! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit und können die Wohnung von Herrn Fichant sehr empfehlen! Leider haben wir Ihn persönlich nicht kennengelernt aber Er hat uns per Email immer sehr nette Infos, Anregungen zukommen lassen und immer sofort geantwortet! Außerdem hatten wir beim Checkin und Checkout sehr sympathischen Kontakt mit Frau Graziano, die uns in alles sehr nett eingewiesen hat! Alles Super, fast schon perfekt; bis auf den manchmal lauten Straßenverkehr ! Eine 30er Zone wäre dort von großem Vorteil!

Très belle vue, très bel appartement bien équipé Beaucoup de poussière, cafetière pas propre du tout, sanitaires acceptable, vitres franchement pas propres mais cela nous importune pas .... Par contre la dame qui s'occupe de l'état des lieux, nous incriminait de ne pas avoir récurer à fond (??!!) les sanitaires - quel comble vu l'état de l'appartemet à l'arrivée. En plus depuis 25 ans que nous louons des maisons/app. de vacances nous avons toujours eu de très bons retours sur l'état des lieux à la fin !!!! Malgré tout l'appartement a de quoi séduire...

Excellent holiday in a fantastic apartment

We had a great holiday in this lovely, high-quality apartment with all the necessary facilities. The photos don't do it justice. The terrace was amazing and so useful all day. There was some road noise but we got used to it. The swimming pool was great and there were lots of beaches 5-10 minutes walk away with excellent snorkelling for fish. St Aygulf has lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and is a really good base for a holiday. We plan to return some time soon.

Agréable sejour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La résidence est bien situé proche du marché, du boulanger, de la supérette et de la plage. L',appartement est super agréable au dernier étage : superbe terrasse fleurie, superbe vue sur la mer. Propriétaire très gentil, à l écoute de ses locataires.

Excellent séjour dans une agréable résidence

Le soleil, la mer, la piscine et les pins, ajoutons à cela un appartement spacieux nanti d'une belle terrasse ouverte sur plusieurs horizons, et nous n'avons rien à regretter de notre choix et notre séjour. Un accueil de qualité et un propriétaire sympathique, tout pour nous plaire. Bernard

Très bel appartement disposant d'une magnifique grande terrasse avec vue sur mer et airco dans les 2 chambres. Léger bruit de voiture par fort traffic sur la Nationale. Grand parking mis à disposition. Proximité mer, commerces de Saint Ayguf à 200/300m. Grande piscine très bien exposée au soleil (pour ceux qui aiment). Le propriétaire est en outre très sympathique.

APPARTEMENT AGREABLE - belle vue mer

Nous avons passé plusieurs périodes de vacances d'été dans cette location. Appartement conforme à la description, bien équipé et très propre. Balcon avec magnifique vue sur mer et piscine, vue également du salon. Résidence calme, piscine assez grande pour tout le monde avec pataugeoire pour les petits. Terrasse extérieure avec vue sur les collines très agréable, sans le bruit de la route, ça serait encore mieux. Le logement étant situé à quelques pas de tous les commerces. Criques à 5 minutes - plage de sable à 10 minutes. On oublie un peu sa voiture. le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour tout renseignement.

"We stayed at this beautiful rooftop apartment in The Grand Parc from September 3rd to 17th 2011, We went with my parents to celelebrate my 40th Birthday and wedding anniversary, The apartment has stunning views of the sea from the front and stunning views of the mountains from the rear, You get fantastic pictures of the sunrise and sunset. Now to the apartment, it is extreamly spacious and finished to a high standard, there is everything you can think to need available even WIFI for your computer needs. I see from a previous testimonial someone complained about trafic noise, yes you do get a little trafic noise but to be honest we enoyed this as it keeps it real, as everything else about the apartment was a dream. Loved it that much going to look to book again for next year & thats from us difficult to please Brits."

"Très bel appartement. Bon orientation pour ensoleillement. Près des commerçants et facile d'accès. Délicates attentions dans le frigidaire pour notre arrivée et produits de première nécessité à disposition (le tout très appréciés). Appartement situé en bordure d'une route à grande circulation tant le jour que la nuit et malgré le double vitrage très très bruyant. Au tout début du séjour un problème de volet roulant nous privant pour partie de la vue sur l'extérieur dans la pièce principale et impossibilité de se servir du micro-onde qui ne chauffait pas."
