Perfect place

Liebenswerte Vermieter und Traumgarten

Wir waren 3 Wochen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Damit haben wir wirklich einen Glücksgriff gemacht. Schon bei der Anreise wollte uns der Vermieter Raffaele vom Hafen abholen. Wir hatten aber einen kompletten Transfer gebucht und benötigten ihn nicht. Als wir ankamen konnten wir unser Glück kaum fassen. Was für eine schöne Anlage. Schon bei der Einfahrt hingen riesige Blüten von den Trompetenbäumen und verströmten zusammen mit anderen Blumen einen unfassbaren Duft! So was hatten wir noch nie erlebt. Das Haus war alles in allem gut ausgestattet. In den Nächten herrscht absolute Stille. Es sei denn die lästige Pumpe vom Nachbargrundstück lief gerade mal wieder. Das war das einzig störende während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir saßen oft stundenlang auf der großen Terrasse und genossen jeden Augenblick. Raffaele hatte extra einen riesigen Sonnenschirm aufgestellt, der auch dringend nötig war. Im Haus herrschen immer angenehme Temperaturen. Der Pool war perfekt temperiert und auch recht groß. Die ganze Familie des Vermieters war überaus liebenswert und warmherzig. Grazie mille!

A wonderful experience!

We’ve booked online holiday accommodation many times before, and we always expect that the description is usually a little more optimistic than the reality.... In this case it was the complete opposite, the setting and the entire complex were much better than we expected. Really beautiful gardens and perfect space for us, and Raffaelle and his family were the most welcoming and considerate hosts. We are very grateful to have met them and would love to stay in touch, we would definitely stay there again!

Propriété calme et bien tenue

A la sortie de la ville d'Ischia, la propriété de la famille Marna offre un asile de calme à l'écart du trafic intense du mois d'août. La zone est néanmoins très bien desservie en bus et les commerces de proximité sont facilement accessibles. L'appartement est vaste pour une famille de 4 personnes avec une terrasse privative. Nous recommandons le restaurant La Capanina via nuova Campagnano à 30 mn de marche de l'appartement qui offre une belle vue sur la baie d'Ischia.

Sehr gepflegte ruhige Anlage mit Pool iin der Nähe von Ischia. Netter Vermieter. Wurden am Hafen abgeholt. Gutes Wlan. Bushaltestelle und Geschäfte sind keine 5 min entfernt. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

Beautiful and peaceful setting in the green.

The property was spacious very well maintained and clean to a very high standard. The owner/manager were very friendly and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. This particular holiday was the best so far and I would recommend staying here for a five star holiday. We will certainly be returning here in the near future. The owner recommended a very good pizzeria in the area which can also be delivered to you and a pick up can also be arranged free of charge. The Maronti beach can be reached in 15-20 minutes by bus with spectacular views approaching the beach. Nearby supermarkets and fantastic bakery shop all within walking distance.

Ischia: l'isola dei Tesori

Ischia: l'isola dei Tesori...il primo "tesoro" che abbiamo trovato è stato l'appartamento dove abbiamo trascorso due splendide settimane (dal 10 al 24 agosto). Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie, quindi due appartamenti, che rispecchiano pienamente l'annuncio, anzi, direi che le foto presenti non rendono del tutto giustizia...La struttura è immersa in un fresco giardino ed il tutto è ben curato e pulito. Il proprietario, Raffaele, e tutta la sua famiglia sono veramente gentili e pronti ad aiutare e dare consigli per qualsiasi richiesta. La fermata dell'autobus e i negozi/market sono a 150 metri reali. Da quì si può veramente visitare tutta l'isola in autobus, come abbiamo fatto noi (ogni giorno spiaggia diversa), rientrando a sera nella tranquillità dell'appartamento immerso nel verde. Se dovessi tornare a Ischia, saprei sicuramente dove soggiornare...Consiglio vivamente la struttura a tutti. Luigi e famiglia.

La gentilezza e la dispon...

La gentilezza e la disponibilità e la completezza delle informazioni forniteci anche in loco, sono eccezionali e meritano sopra a tutto, una nota di merito. L'appartamento è in un contesto silenzioso e molto carino, con tutto quel che serve anche per restarci tutto il giorno: il terrazzino poi è bello e riservato. E' in una posizione strategica per poter girare tutta l'isola. Dalle foto ci aspettavamo una piscina molto più grande, ma va bene per rinfrescarsi in un girno in cui si tarda a uscire di casa. Tutto è ben raggiungibile dall'appartamento; tutto è in ordine e pulito.

alloggio veramente piacevole e confortevole. fresco e silenzioso. Il proprietario, Raffaele, è persona gentilissima e disponibilissima per ogni esigenza. gli appartamenti e tutto il residence risultano puliti e conformi alle descrizioni. Il posto è vicino a tutte le più belle zone dell'isola ed è facile da raggiungere. sinceramente consigliato per chi vuole visitare la meravigliosa isola d'ischia.

"La maison et l''environnement immédiat sont particulièrement agréables et adaptés pour une famille avec des enfants. Propreté impeccable, aucune nuisance sonore, un jardin luxuriant entoure la maison, l''accès et facile et rapide depuis le port d''Ischia. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Raffaele et sa fiancée (une française) ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux : transferts depuis le port jusqu''à la maison, réservation d''une voiture de location, conseils de visites (plages, excursions à cheval), réservation du ferry pour le retour... La petite terrasse privée et très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil. Seules "critiques" : l''équipement de la cuisine est limité au plus important et un petit barbecue serait le bienvenu ! Foncez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu(e)s !!!"

"Notre hébergement était propre, bien équipé, bien isolé (ce qui n''est pas neutre en été, vu la température de la journée),très agréable à vivre. La copropriété est un magnifique jardin, piscine agréable et très bonne localisation sur l''île (plusieurs bus et commerces à proximité).
