BEAUTIFUL UPDATED VILLA IN GREAT LOCATION.

Villa Sogno is a contemporary ranch style condo in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. It is truly our 'Dream Villa'. We have lovingly renovated every square inch with the goal of creating a luxury 'villa al mare' on Hilton Head Island. The mid-island location cannot be beat, with a short walk or bike ride to the beach, tennis, golf, restaurants and shopping. Located in the world class resort of Palmetto Dunes, every activity that Hilton Head has to offer is at your fingertips. Whole Foods, Kroger and Fresh Market are all located minutes outside the gate.
No surface was left untouched, luxurious amenities compliment the clean contemporary design. The entire 1500 square foot villa is tiled in a 20"porcelain. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, marble counter, tile backsplash and plenty of storage. It is fully equipped. Serve guests at the waterfall bar overlooking the expansive living - dining area. Pendant lights over the bar can create whatever lighting mood you desire. The LG washer and dryer are concealed behind retractable doors when not in use.
The Living Room has a wall hung 65' SONY SMART TV, leather seating, desk and a card table. There are dual ceiling fans in the vaulted living room ceiling and an electric fireplace for those winter nights.
The Master Bedroom includes a king size memory foam platform bed. A 42' LED TV is wall hung. Closet built-ins and ample dresser space provide for organized clothing storage. The Master Bath has a 48' custom vanity with
quartz top and lighted wall hung make-up mirror. The walk-in tiled shower has a rain head and hand held for a spa like experience.
The Guest Bedroom has a Queen memory foam platform bed and full size futon. The large closet has built-ins providing ultimate organization. A 42' TV is wall mounted. The Guest Bath has tiled tub surround with rain head shower and hand held. The 48' vanity has a quartz top and wall-hung lighted make-up mirror. The guest bedroom and bath are of equal amenities to the master making this a great villa for two couples vacationing together.
The 32 foot gated deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lush landscape. There is a stainless gas grill, dining table for 6 and casual seating.
A service court off the kitchen provides an outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs,etc.

Loved sitting on the back private deck in the evening. Riding the bikes to the beach for sunrise. Proximity to all that Palmetto Dunes had to offer. Would definitely stay here again. Pictures on VRBO accurately show the condo. It is a beautiful place.

Perfect location!

First time staying at Palmetto Dunes and I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else on HHI. The close pools and dune buggy shuttle service made it where we never needed to leave! This condo has plenty of space and loved it being a ranch and having a "backyard space" - we got to see deer walking through at dusk on our first night. Well equipped kitchen!

Beautiful condo in a great quiet location. 20 minute accessible to the beach and Shelter Cove. All amenities were included from cooking, cleaning or just enjoying the day on a great private deck. The only criticism we had is it could use better lighting in the living area, especially over the main sofa. We will be staying there again next year.

This unit on Palmetto Dunes is ideal for all parts of the Island experience. The Owner is organized and responds within a timely fashion. The larger deck in the development is a bonus. Beach is accessible and the kitchen if fully equipped. The beds were so comfortable with the orthopedic mattresses. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great for golf and beach but backing onto the parkway and not super close to pool. Fantastic for two people who just want a nice clean spacious and comfortable place to eat and sleep during a golf or tennis trip. Very clean. Very good value.

Beautiful cozy getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was fully stocked with kitchen necessities, toiletries, and beach items- chairs, toys, etc. The outdoor shower was great after spending time at the beach. The back deck was very large and private. Our only complaint was the washer didn’t seem to get things super clean (bath towels smelled musty even right after washing). Overall we had a wonderful week and will definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. We love the natural beauty of the island only surpassed by the fabulous dining and shopping experiences the island has to offer. When we are on the island literally the stress of everyday life is gone. We take advantage of every opportunity to ride our bikes, walk on the beach, play tennis and explore. We have stayed in ocean front homes, beach villas and golf condos from Forest Beach to Palmetto Dunes. Our hearts always lead us back to Palmetto Dunes.

Why they chose this property

It sounds cliche, but 'the villa spoke to us' the moment we walked in. I immediately envisioned the luxurious contemporary design and furnishings that complete the look today. We renovated the villa in 4 months, leaving no surface untouched. It was the perfect blank canvas on which to work. The final creation is our 'Villa Sogno', Dream Villa. With 1500 square feet of well appointed living space and vaulted living room ceiling the villa has the livability of a single family home.

Location, Location, Location! The first, second and third rule of real estate, whether you are staying for a week or buying for a lifetime is LOCATION. We love Palmetto Dunes and the mid-island location. Every amenity is at our
fingertips. And the 'PIECE DE RESISTANCE' is our beautiful 32 foot deck, completely gated with a dining area and living space.
