Excelentes renovaciones y ubicación!

Disfrute de una excelente ubicación dentro de la reina de Grant y un concepto 2 villa abierta baño de dormitorio / 2. Completamente nueva cocina: todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y gabinetes. Nuevas puertas personalizadas, hardware y moldeo por todas partes. Cada pulgada ha sido recién pintado .... y hace una diferencia. Paseo de baldosas, renovado en la ducha. Nuevas piezas de mobiliario en todo, ropa de cama nueva y ropa de cama nueva. Somos operadores propietarios verdaderos y tienen un ama de casa privada que asegura una calidad consistente para nuestros clientes. Nueva expansiva cubierta patio privado con nuestra propia palmera - porque eso es lo que el país bajo es todo!

Nuestro grupo villa respalda al campo de prácticas Robert Trent Jones y el restaurante del nuevo Big Jim sirve desayuno / almuerzo / cena. Un paseo al centro de tenis, la tienda general, Hilton Head Outfitters, y el restaurante de Alejandro. Caminar, montar o tomar el servicio de transporte gratuito Dunes Buggy a la playa. También hay una zona común de hierba al lado de nuestro grupo villa para tiempo de juego al aire libre.

Centrally located within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, this condo offers easy walking access to the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Course and grill, the Palmetto Dunes General Store, the tennis and pickleball center, and the bike rental shop.The condo itself was very clean, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly from check-in through check-out.This was a golf trip for our group—we played all three Palmetto Dunes courses, each just a short drive from the condo—and it served as the perfect home base for that purpose.

This property was the perfect location for us. Close enough to walk to the beach but the resort has a free shuttle if you don’t feel like walking. My family loved the pickle ball courts, the general store, the Dunns beach house and the proximity to all the other places we wanted to visit on the island. The villa was perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a large living room with a big dinning room table for us to play games at. Also the in unit washer and dryer were a definite plus!! We had a couple of questions and when I contacted Susan she responded quickly and was very helpful. We would stay here again!

Great stay

We've been coming to Hilton Head Island for about 20 years, and this was one of our favorite trips. The condo was clean, conveniently located and perfect for our needs. The owners were organized, provided plenty of things we needed and very responsive the couple of times we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location &

We were very happy with our stay. Palmetto Dunes is becoming one of our favorite locations on the island. The villa was very clean, had all amenities needed, and it was just perfect for the 2 of us. (2 bathrooms is a bonus!) We rented bikes and it’s such a quick ride to the beach as well as to Shelter Cove for dinner/grocery store.

Vacation Villa

Quiet villa, although parking area was full, we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. Conveniently located to the General store and the tennis/pickleball courts. Also, close ten minute walk to the beach access, with a great oceanfront restaurant right beside the access path. Wonderful relaxing stay, and would definitely return to this villa sooner rather than later!

Exceptional Condo and Location

One of the nicest places we have stayed. There is something for everyone. The condo was spacious, clean, fully stocked and a "perfect" location to all Palmetto's activities. The hosts were very helpful and highly responsive. We were sad to leave this relaxing vacation spot.

great place to stay

We had a great time in Hilton Head and this place had everything we needed. We really appreciated that it had beach chairs and umbrellas, a wagon and boogie boards. Inside there were also books and games. We loved the location-it was a quick walk or bike to the general store and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The only thing is that we didn't realize the pool would be closed when we visited.

Perfect Spot

Great condo-perfect for a couple or small family. Centrally located to beaches, bike paths, tennis/golf/pickleball courts, restaurants-EVERYTHING. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with all the comforts of home-all you need to bring is your groceries! The beds are incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows/blankets on hand. The owner was wonderful to work with and very attentive to every detail. Sad to see our week end!

Wonderful stay!

We visited HHI for the first time last week. I can’t say enough positives about our experience with this rental. The location is excellent, short distance walk to the general store, Hilton Head Outfitters, three restaurants, golf, the pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and the beach! The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear, and it was super clean. I contacted Susan, the owner, with questions, and she was very responsive and helpful! This was so appreciated for us newbies! Check-in and check-out were easy as well. We are so thankful for the kind hospitality, and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Our family purchased this villa so that we could build a lifetime of memories on an island that we have come to love. I grew up in the Florida Panhandle, but HHI offers something different. A sense of community and being a part of something. The beach, biking, jogging trails, geocaching, churches, a simple movie outing, bicycle scavenger hunts, boating, kayaking, are all things that we can actually do and enjoy in this smaller community compared to Atlanta where we currently live.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We had rented in several Palmetto Dunes neighborhoods, including QG, throughout the years and came to love the Island. When we decided to purchase a vacation home we only looked at Palmetto Dunes because of its central location on the island and the ammeneties that it offered. This villa came available on a Monday, we saw the property on Tuesday and made and offer on Thursday. We knew without hesitation that this was the QG neighborhood, villa style and location we wanted. We could walk to the beach with our young son, the driving range, tennis, restaurants, and the general store. Being able to ride bikes on the paved paths in the resort, on the beach, throughout HHI... is priceless. We love the convenience of the Dunes House for a beach meal or cocktail. We love our villa!!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Location is the key to everything. The openness of the villa 'feels' just right, our vaulted beamed ceiling and the private patio just beyond with our palm tree, the green of the oak trees against the blue sky... feels like a vacation home. We knew this was the perfect home for our family.
