Apartment/ flat - Firenze

It’s really hard and sad to deal with certain people. These gentlemen wanted to come the night before without even specifying at what time...So they said negative and fake things. They said “palace is old!”. No sirs, the palace is ancient, it’s a florentine rinascimental palace under the protection of Belle Arti... May be they prefer american skyscrapers. Queste persone hanno richiesto il riscaldamento il 1 di giugno con più di 25 gradi in casa. Per Leggi Comunali a Firenze il riscaldamento deve essere spento dal 15 aprile (per tutela dell'ambiente, inquinamento, ecc.). Non ho quindi potuto esaudire la richiesta delle affittuarie che si sono evidentemente inasprite tanto da scrivere una testimonianza che non corrisponde al vero e differisce da almeno altre 60 testimonianze positive sull'appartamento. Molti clienti mi hanno detto che le foto sono peggio di quello che è veramente l'appartamento, le fodere delle sedie sono settimanalmente lavate purtroppo sono bianche e anche con la varichina qualche macchia rimane, vengono comunque spesso sostituite con le nuove e il divano ha anche dei mezzeri da mettere sopra. C'è da considerare che non faccio pagare cauzione e non ho mai chiesto rimborsi ai danni che vengono fatti tipo macchie, pennarelli dei bambini ecc. o danni maggiori in genere. Le docce funzionano bene quella sopra per problemi di pressione ha solo bisogno di essere tenuta accesa per qualche secondo. La carta igienica viene sempre fornita per ogni bagno, quando finisce va ricomprata dal cliente come pure i rifornimenti alimentari.
