About Tim Takeshita

My wife and I are both Southern CA natives and reside in Newport Beach. We have 2 grown children who also live in the area. Both of us have been involved in the sporting goods industry for many years and have had the opportunity to work with several prominent companies including Nike, Speedo, Adidas and others. Our personal interests include golf, travelling, biking vacations and drag racing. My daughter and I both drive 160 mph dragsters.

Why Tim Takeshita chose Rancho Mirage

We purchased our Rancho Mirage as vacation home. Its allure was that it was a short drive from Newport Beach but still had a vacation atmosphere. We have many friends, particularly from the Northwest and Canada who also have homes here. The weather, many golf courses, great shopping and restaurants are also why we enjoy the area. Other events include the Coachella and Stagecoach concert weekends, Masters Tennis Tournament and the La Quinta Art Festival.

What makes this condo unique

Besides loving the area we bought our home as it was an opportunity for us to remodel it. We enjoy an open living space layout so we took out a wall that opens up the area between the kitchen and living room and divided it with a granite bar. We had custom made entertainment centers built-in for a modern and clean look. Other improvements we made were remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.

Wonderful Property!

This property has been beautifully remodeled in the last few years and was such a comfortable place to stay. It is well-stocked with dishes and everything else you might need for cooking. Located on the fairway, it was fun to watch the golfers and two pools are close by, as well. The owner and his wife are very nice people and were very accommodating when we needed to check out a little late. Would highly recommend this condo.

The home is centrally located and easily accessible. Perfect for our visit.

Wonderful Desert Getaway

We spent the Christmas holidays in this lovely condo in Rancho Las Palmas. It is on the golf course with a beautiful view, on a quiet street near the pool and close to the tennis facility. Beautifully redone, great kitchen for cooking and serving, plenty of room for family gatherings. Close to shopping and restaurants. We liked it so well we are booking it for Christmas 2015!

Great location on course, easy to get around. Condo well supplied. If I had to change anything, it would be not having to wash sheets and towels before we left. Made it uncomfortable not sleeping on sheets.was difficult on the ladt day trying not to dirty towels in the kitchen or bathrooms.. Awesome otherwise.

Cancellation policy. No deposit monies will be refunded if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Note: High season and Stagecoach-Coachella months requires 60 day notice to cancel for full deposit refund.

Security deposit is $1,000 OR you have the option of purchasing property damage insurance in lieu of security deposit (recommended). You do not have to pay for both. Property protection policy has a non-refundable premium $99. Property insurance is recommended as it eliminates any disputes as to whether any damages are guest caused. It is also advantageous for guest as it reduces upfront deposit amount and eliminates waiting for a security deposit refund after departure.
