We had a brilliant week long stay here. The location is phenomenal- easy 10 minute walk in to the village yet only 5 minutes to the beautiful hiking paths. Comfortable and clean with easy and friendly communication with the owner.

Fantastic real provencal style house

Great accommodation nice and real French style in a more than lovely village. We were welcomed warm and enthousiastic by Murielle 😊 and communication with the owner was optimal as well.

Delightful property in an excellent location

Deceptively well equipped, spacious and extremely well located property on the outskirts of the pretty, upmarket village of Eygalieres. Close to Saint Remis and with walks and bike rides literally from your doorstep - fire risk permitting. Would definitely return.

Beautiful house and fantastic pool

We had a wonderful stay in Eygalieres. Francois' house is beautiful - elegant and practical - and the outside areas are lovely. We spent many happy hours lazing by the pool, playing cards and barbecuing. Francois was brilliant - very quick and helpful in replying to any queries we had ahead of our stay. All in all, a great holiday.

Ideale Lage am Fuße der Alpillen

Stilvolles und wunderbares Haus mit fantastischem Pool, sehr ruhig und direkt am Wanderweg durch die Alpillen gelegen. Großes eingezäuntes Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Hausverwalterin war optimal.

Au pied des Alpilles

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille aux Guiots du 15 au 22 juin 2024. La villa est idéalement située, au pied des Alpilles et en même temps proche du centre du village d Eygalieres. La villa dispose d une belle piscine et d'un beau jardin cloturé. L'intérieur est dans "son jus" et a beaucoup de charme. Corinne et François-Xavier

Un petit paradis

Emplacement sublime de la propriété, très au calme, avec un immense terrain fleuri et arboré. Maison confortable, pratique et décorée avec goût. Grande piscine pour la belle saison. A une minute de belles ballades dans la nature sur terrain plat ou escarpé pour répondre aux possibilités de chacun. Accueil très sympathique de la personne qui assure la gestion et propriétaire très à l'écoute. A recommander +++

Rustige omgeving en super locatie

Wij hadden een aangename vakantie-ervaring in de woning in Eygalière . De woning is gelegen op een uitstekende locatie op amper 10 minuten wandelen van het aangename dorpje Eygalière waar zowel slager , bakker , kruidenier, restaurantjes , festiviteiten ed. aanwezig zijn. Bovendien heeft de woning onmiddellijk aansluiting bij het wandelgebied van Les Alpilles. Een wandelweg loopt gewoon langs de woning. De pittoreske dorpjes zoals St. Remy , Les Baux , … liggen ook maar een op een boogscheut verwijderd met de wagen. De woning zelf is volledig uitgerust en heeft een fantastisch zwembad. De woning blijft ook aangenaam koel tijdens de oververhitte dagen en dit zonder airco. Privacy en rust is absoluut verzekerd. De woning is derhalve zeker een aanrader.

Maison agréable conforme à la description. Elle gagnerait en confort avec de la climatisation dans les chambres. Belle piscine. Endroit calme non isolé à 10 minutes a pied du centre du village. Accueil de qualité.

Excellent séjour au soleil !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, la maison est très douillette et très bien équipée. La piscine est très grande et bien entretenue (très propre). La maison en pierre est très belle et reste fraiche la journée. Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant et au calme grâce au jardin complètement isolé et très joliment fleuri. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et prévenant. Le village d'Egalyères est très agréable et les randonnées dans les Alpilles sont accessibles très facilement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Schöne Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Eygalieres! Die Lage des Hauses (RUHE !!!)und vor allem der Ort sind wirklich erstklassig. Die Schnelleinweisung (auf Französisch, obwohl Englisch als Kontaktsprache angegeben war) der Verwalterin umfasste eine lange Liste zum Abhaken, die wir dann unterschreiben mussten. Hierbei wurde auf allerlei Dinge hingewiesen, die besonders zu behandeln seien. Unter anderem sollten wir die Blumen im Garten gießen. Das hätten wir gerne getan, wenn denn Blumen da gewesen wären (es standen dort aber nur leere umgedrehte Töpfe um den Pool) und die Wohnung in einem entsprechenden Zustand gewesen wäre. Wir fanden aber eine ganz billige Küche aus den 80ern(?) vor, deren Beschichtung überall abblätterte und z.T. mit Tesafilm repariert worden war, dreckige Geschirrtücher, dreckige Zahnputzbecher einen zerrissenen Sonnenschirm und einen nicht gereinigten Elektrogrill. Die Außentür in der Küche schließt gar nicht richtig, aber eine Alarmanlage musste bei Verlassen aktiviert werden. Für 10 Tage waren nur 3 Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden und die Toilette konnten wir gar nicht reinigen, da die Putzmittel weggeschlossen waren. Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool gab es nicht, die Korbstühle lösten sich auf. Das Haus selbst wurde mal liebevoll eingerichtet z.T. mit zauberhaften antiken Metallbetten als Sofa, einer Recamiere, stilvollen Schränken und Konsoltischen. Das war alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der zu zahlende Mietpreis für die Nachsaison, eine extrem hohe Sicherheit in Form eines Schecks und die vielen Ermahnungen gaben uns aber nicht das Gefühl, als Gäste erwünscht zu sein. Das Verwaltungsbüro war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen, als es einmal Probleme gab (hier wurde auch Englisch gesprochen) und es kam sogar gleich am Wochenende jemand vorbei. Unsere Kritik bezieht sich also nur auf dieses Missverhältnis von Preis und vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten. Ansonsten haben wir den Urlaub genossen. Die Gegend der Alpillen ist eine der schönsten in Südfrankreich. Der Markt in Eygalieres, sowie ein Brocante und die zahlreichen Restaurants sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Eindrucksvoll sind die Bauxithöhlen in Les Baux mit der Lichtshow (Bilder bekannter Künstler werden mit Beamern auf die hohen Decken und Wände geworfen und dazu passende Musik gespielt). Zum Flughafen ist es nicht weit, sodass wir bereits den Ankunfts- und auch den Abreisetag noch in der Gegend genießen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Gegend!

Super maison et localisation idéale pour découvrir les Alpilles

Maison très agréable et facile à vivre, très bien décorée et équipée. La localisation est idéale, au calme mais à quelques minutes à pied du charmant village d'Eygalières, et parfaitement située pour rayonner à pied et en vélo. On a passé une très belle semaine.

Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings

The house is elegant, spacious and full of light. It is also well equipped and comfortable. The terrace around the pool is quite entrancing - it was difficult to leave in the lovely, sunny weather. It's also in a very convenient location, close to Arles, Avignon, Nimes, Beaux, San Remy and not much over an hour to the Camargue. Altogether, we had a great holiday and hope to return.

Beautiful house in the heart of provence

Already for the second time we passed to restful weeks in the holiday house which met our expectations; the living room has a very elegant furnishing. The house is situated in a calm surrounding but not far away from the center of Eygalières. After Shopping at the Provencal markets it was a pleasure to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. The pool is well cared for and invits to relax. We are looking forward to coming back again! Claudia J.

Lovely secluded villa, close to the village.

We fell in love with Eygalieres a few years ago with a walk through the old part of the village to the ruins and the stunning hilltop views across to Les Alpilles. The villa is wonderful, spacious, comfortably furnished, extensive grounds with a great swimming pool just a step away from the patio. The villa is in a quiet countryside area but is only a 15 minute walk to the village centre for its excellent restaurants, bars, shops or market day. We stayed in this villa for our third visit to Eygalieres and we enjoyed it so much we are returning for our fourth, with more of our family, perfect.

The house was clean and very tastefully decorated, kitchen really well equipped, large garden with generous pool - totally private and peaceful, lovely views of the village. We enjoyed the house so much that it was hard to tear ourselves away and do any sightseeing, which is not typical for us! Loved Eygalières, beautiful village in a very scenic setting (fantastic hiking in the Alpilles, just behind the house), with a few good restaurants too. Owner friendly and helpful.

"Correspondence with the owner was very efficient and friendly. The house exceeded expectations; it was very comfortably furnished and well equipped with quality finishings. The pool area is very secluded, private and peaceful. Eygalieres is a stunning village with a few bars, restaurants and shops but retains a lot of charm.
