Our Location Is Just Steps Away From Downtown's Best Restaurants And Boutiques.
Our exclusive vacation rental is accessed through the first level entrance foyer. This one bedroom unit has a comfortable and tastefully furnished living room. Vintage and contemporary decor blend well with added touches of Asian influence. The fold out couch also serves as a queen size bed as to accommodate extra guests or family members. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom off to the side. The bathroom is fully supplied with towels and toiletries. Our apartment sized kitchen has a bar style counter for dining and the surrounding windows facing to the east let in the morning light. Due to the size of this suite, we limit the group to no more then four.
We are located on quiet South 3rd, one block from Main Street. Our location is just steps away from downtown, yet it still offers easy access to mountain trails, winter sports, or perhaps a fishing adventure. Hamilton’s best restaurants, from casual to fine dining, are within a short walking distance. There is also a grocery store conveniently located one block away. However, if you like, we can furnish the kitchen with basic food items upon your request. Off street parking for one vehicle is also provided.
Whether you choose to enjoy the original art that enhances the indoors, or to simply relax on the outdoor patio surrounded by flower gardens, we provide all the amenities one would like to enjoy a pleasant holiday.
We strive to make it as easy as possible to stay at our property, check-in is easy via our secure electronic lock. The owner resides on the property and is available at most times to provide any needed assistance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR NOISE POLICY:
This apartment is located within a shared building, and rambunctious behavior including running, stomping, and hollering has the potential to disturb other guests staying on the property. Guests who choose to stay in this apartment are expected to be respectful of shared spaces. If there is any chance your group might not be able/willing to refrain from being boisterous, we recommend finding a vacation rental facility better suited to your needs. As this is a community building and in consideration of others and noise, it is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
The Apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. A fire extinguisher is located below the kitchen sink and in the bedroom. This apartment is not child-proof. There are also potentially harmful household products located within reach of children. Please be reminded that there is no-smoking allowed in the apartment or on property grounds.

Why Wes Mills chose Hamilton
The WESLEY is one of Hamilton's most historic buildings. Built in 1895, it stood as the original servants quarters for Marcus Daly’s Ravalli Hotel. In 1919 the lavish Ravalli Hotel was destroyed by a fire, leaving the servants quarters as the only remaining structure. The building stayed in the Hayward family for several decades before being purchased in 2006 by Wes Mills. With this acquisition, came a comprehensive remodel, where the building was restored back to its original grandeur. Mills, who is an internationally acclaimed artist, took a hands on approach with the project. He was able to preserve the authenticity of the building as a five unit apartment, but also added a private gallery of Contemporary and Ancient art. Due to Mills’ integral role in the entire creative process, the WESLEY now remains one of Hamilton's most beautiful buildings.

Beautifully renovated and great location
The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It has been lovingly restored to its former grandeur yet has all the modern conveniences you would need. Very clean, in the midst of downtown Hamilton yet super-quiet. Two thumbs up.
I stayed for four nights in apartment #2 on the first floor of this lovely old residence. The hosts, Eileen and Wes, are delightful. The home is within walking distance of the best restaurants, shops, etc. in Hamilton.
Great Time in Hamilton!
We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Montana and it was made even better with our stay at the Wesley Property.
The building and accommodations were outstanding along with the historic/classic feel that we enjoy. The rooms were large, furnished well and you felt like you were visiting old friends. A great place to call home while taking in all that Montana has to offer.
The apartment was so beautiful, you can definitely tell Wes and Eileen take pride in their property! We loved being downtown, we walked just a few blocks to restaurants and shopping daily. If you can take the time, hike Blodgett Overlook trail, the views were amazing! We will definitely be back and are already planning our next trip to visit our family. ❤
We have visited the Hamilton area for the past 20 years. Our lodging accommodations were always dismal until we found The Wesley. This was our third stay and it did not disappoint. The Wesley is just a great place to be, as all of the reviews attest. The apartment and surroundings are lovely and Wes and Eileen are wonderful hosts.
We will be back next year.

Check-in time is 3PM, however we are happy to accommodate other times by request. Check-out time is no latter then 11AM. We do offer a one night stay however there is an additional $35.00 cleaning fee.
