The Villa BRUNEVA is a THREE bedroom, TWO bathroom townhouse located in the heart of Orient Bay. Its location, 500 feet from the beach, allows you to enjoy all the activities and entertainment of Orient Bay or retreat to the tropical intimacy of the terrace with a private pool and cistern and battery with solar pannel.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktops and new tiling on the ground floor as of September 2021....
3 bedroom semi detached house 150 m from Orient Bay beach. All mod cons: fully equipped kitchen, renovated terrace, high speed WiFi, USB ports, 42" Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, Prime). Private saltwater pool, 2 bathrooms, solar panels, and 10 m³ cistern for total autonomy in case of power cuts. 2 parking spaces. Thank you for your reservation. Please note that a 4% tourist tax on the rental amount, as well as departure cleaning and linen cleaning fees, are to be paid in cash upon arrival. We will contact you by email to draw up a rental agreement.
