Venite a godervi la dolcezza e la tranquillità della campagna e dei piaceri del mare.
Situato nella città di Robert, sarete in 15 minuti di auto dalla città del centro dei Comuni di Robert e Francesco e loro negozi.
L'appartamento mq più di 100 in grado di ospitare 6 persone (3 camere) ed offre tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole. Il lavoro è stato effettuato su 2015 per migliorare la qualità dei servizi.
fascino asset di questo appartamento, un bellissimo soggiorno di 40 mq con vista sulla terrazza e la vista da dove si può gustare il pranzo o semplicemente rilassarsi cullare dagli alisei.
A meno di 150 metri, è possibile fare il bagno sulla piccola spiaggia (vedi foto) o godere di attività come skitesurf, vela, canoa, pesca, ecc (Attrezzature non in dotazione).

Beautifull stay in Martinique Pointe Hyacinthe

You need a quiet place to relax this is the place, The owner Joelle is very nice and try to accomodate your stay as much as possible. The appartment is exactly as described and you will have a very nice view from the balcony where we enjoyed the trade winds evey night. The outside of the building would need a little love, But the inside is very comfortable, of course you need to keep in mind that you are in a small town in Martinique and not Las Vegas ! You have to keep in perspective the price you paid for, Everything you need is there and evrything is fully functional. You need to have a car to get to this place or else you will have to walk quite a bit. the last kilometer or so is a little rought but driving slowly will get you there without any problems. The appartment is well located on the island to get access to any major cities and you are about an hour or hour an a half from everywhere on the island. In conclusion we realy enjoyed our stay in Pointe Hyacinthe and would go back there anytime ! Over there you will realize that there is something more important then living in a beautifull house and it is ( leaving with beautifull people ). Thanks Joelle to be the person you are !

le chemin d'accès à la maison n'est pas recommandé aux personnes agées car très escarpé. La maison elle meme est agréable mais aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement : robinetterie complètement rouillée, pas d'eau chaude sur les lavabos et aucun système de fermeture sur ceux-ci. Bref séjour un peu décevant : pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours et absence de la propriétaire.

Superbe séjour farniente et « baroude » en famille

Nous avons été très bien reçus par la propriétaire très gentille et arrangeante. La maison est spacieuse avec une très belle vue et on n’y manque de rien.L accès est certes un peu chaotique mais si vous souhaitez la tranquillité, vous serez servis! Très bon rapport qualité prix! La situation du Robert permet de rayonner facilement sur l île même si un peu touché par les sargasses.

Belle vue sur la baie et emplacement bien centré pour visiter la martinique dans son ensemble

La terrasse couverte et bénéficiant d'une très belles vue est vraiment un plus. La pièce de vie (dans le prolongement de la terrasse) est spacieuse et bien aménagée. Le tout est bien configuré pour répondre à deux couples et un ou deux enfants. On en gardera un bon souvenir.

Appartement agréable d'un confort simple mais complet belle vue de la terrasse

L'appartement est fonctionnel il dispose de tout le nécessaire sans luxe moderne. La terrasse est grande et très agréable. Une voiture est indispensable pour cette location et les derniers kilomètres de route pour y accéder sont chaotiques. La situation est à environ 25 km de l'aéroport ce qui est pratique. Il n'y a pas de plage à proximité il faut rouler environ un quart d'heure pour la première plage. La propriétaire est très sympathique.

très joli emplacement, très propre

Le logement est spacieux, propre, lumineux, bref très agréable. La literie est neuve, la cuisine bien équipée et les salles de bains (2) très propres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Appartement présentant un très bon rapport qualité-prix, tout a fait propre et bien entrenu, avec un accueil chaleureux et une propriétaire disponible. Nous étions 3 mais des lits sont disponibles jusqu'à 6 personnes et les espaces de vie sont spacieux. L'appartement présente également l'avantage de disposer de deux salles de bain (bien que les douches sont un peu rudimentaires, celles-ci sont tout à fait fonctionnelles et propres). Sans oublier le charme de cet appartement : une terrasse ensoleillée pour le petit déjeuner et ombragée ensuite. La localisation centrale est idéale pour les voyageurs souhaitant rayonner vers le nord et le sud. De petites routes sont à emprunter mais la voiture s'y faufile sans problème et une place de parking est disponible à quelques mètres. A noter que l'isolation acoustique n'est pas parfaite, mais c'est surement le cas de la plupart des logements en Martinique. Ce logement a donc contribué largement à nos vacances agréables.

Agréable à vivre et spacieux.

L'appartement a été totalement rénové (séjour précédent : 01/2014) et est très agréable à vivre. Les alizés baignent la maison et nous nous sommes bien passés de la climatisation. Spacieux avec sa grande salle à manger/ salon, sa cuisine Américaine, ses 3 chambres, ses 2 salles d'eau/WC. Pour se relaxer il y a une belle terrasse avec vue sur une anse. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition, des ustensiles de cuisine au linge de toilette. Joëlle est très attentionnée et accueillante tout en étant discrète. Bref de quoi passer un bon séjour dans un lieu central de l'ile d'où on peut partir faire de bonnes ballades ou tout simplement se baigner. Richard.

bon sejour

j'ai passé un séjour agréable, charmant accueil très appréciable de la propriétaire, qui est très disponible et très aimable. Dommage que la route d'accès soit cahoteuse, l'accès pentu, mais le panorama est sympathique. Par contre, deux des chambres sont "aveugles" sans fenêtre et l y fait très chaud sans ouverture extérieure et beaucoup de moustique, une seule chambre agréable et fraiche sur les trois. Pas d'accès wifi. Endroit très calme, très bon accueil.

One of the most beautiful experiences I had as world traveller, were the nights on the elevated roofed terrace of this appartment. Perfectly located on the edge of a bay, Watching the hot storms bending trees on the other sides. Pure gold. This appartment is huge. Its date is eighties, which shows in the bathrooms. But everything functions well. Remember its price! don't complain about a missing tile. The livingroom is 5 x 12 meters, with an elevated kitchen at the end. With everything you need, microwave, coffeemaker, oven, etcetera. The reason why I chose this location is that it is in the middle of Martinique, you can reach every corner of this Nation within 2 hours from here. One of the five most beautiful beaches of Martinique is 35 minutes driving from here. Tartaran, close to La Trinite. I recommend you to buy a TomTom map on your navigation system. This 35 euro's gives you so much ease to explore the Island. And to find La Hyacinthe. Download this at home, for your navi or Phone. You won't regret. One warning, valid for every off mainroad road on Martinique. Once you reach the last roundabout leading to La Hyacinthe, you take a mixed concrete asphalt road for the last three kilometres. In this specific road there are three violently dangerous water passthrouhgs. They will wreck your car beyond repair if you cross them with more than 10 kms . Serious. Cleverest is to drive 10 kms and keep your eyes open. They are unmarked, but you'll see them. Or follow another car. Not even a landrover will survive these things without standing still and slowly roll through them. Stand still, and roll through them!!!! Remember this!!! as I said, this appartment is a gem. Lots for little money. Joelle speaks French, but in English she knows her words too. Very friendly neighbours. Quiet nights. We were received so kind, got a delicious Turkey and salad meal as soon she found out we were too late to visit the recommendable leader price supermarkets. And she actively helps you when you have a question. Give the people on this Island one friendly word, and you'll discover so much beauty. so much. Compressed: probably the best price-quality thing I had. You will fall in love with the nights on the terrace. We had so many plans for going to the pubs in Le Robert. We even did not want to miss this place on New Years eve. Gold.
