Great house, great location

Excellent communication with host who answered any questions. House was clean with comforts of home. Beach is close walk in this narrow part of the island. Pool is a nice retreat from the beach (especially when weather isn't cooperating). Location is quiet with quick drives to attractions.

Lovely getaway on beautiful LBI

Cozy LBI family home

The home is 1 home away from the bay. Beautiful sunsets in the evening. 2 block walk to the beach. A very quite neighborhood. Very family friendly.

Great family vacation

Excellent location, beautiful views. Loved seeing the boats go by from deck sitting area. Pool and pool table a major hit with all.

Great house in great location!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this house and the fact that it had a pool while only being a short walk to the beach made it perfect for everyone!

Perfect location, lovely pool

We stayed the last week of Aug and just had the best time. The views from the top floor and the rooftop were priceless and the size of the pool was amazing. We enjoyed the quiet location and the beach that was at 85th street was just gorgeous. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect LBI house for families!

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this house. The proximity to the beach was perfect and having the pool was great for the young kids. The older kids enjoyed the rooftop pool table and amazing view of the sunsets from the deck. The house was clean, updated and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. Look forward to coming back!

Had a great time!!

The house had amazing views and amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool and all the decks with the spectacular views of the bay. The house was very comfortable with a great kitchen and living room. Would definetly recommend staying here. The owner was great to work with and was available to answer any questions.

Perfect house for two families!

Perfect views and location. We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was newly renovated and clean. Nice spots to walk to and beach only a block away.

Amazing vacation!

I rented Eric's home on the bay side in August 2016 with my parents and cousins and we had a wonderful time. The beach is only 2 short blocks away and the view of the bay was breath taking. The pool was very enjoyable during the day and we even did some night swimming! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning, and the roof top every night. The pool table was great! The outside shower was so nice to use once coming back from the beach to rinse all the sand off. We went to the restaurant one block over and sat outside on the patio for dinner and drinks one night. The weather was awesome and my family and I would definitely rent this house again. Eric was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive and happy to help!

Perfect two family beach house!

Great week at the beach. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of spaces to be together! Bay views and gorgeous sunsets. All of the amenities you would want for families. Would love to rent again next year!

Great place overall!

This was a wonderful house for our family! The pool was great! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. It was very clean. We would definitely stay again! It would have been nice if the house came with a few beach chairs, since we flew in we couldn't bring them with us.

This house is perfection

The photos and website of this property do not do it justice. The daily sunset views from the main floor (2nd floor) and top floor (3rd floor) decks are incredible. The house is well stocked, you only need replace things you use. It's nice when you realize you forgot things (i.e. salt, sugar, soap, etc) then realize it's already there. The house was very clean with a newly updated kitchen. The pool was really warm and there is an easy-to-remove solar cover. The owner left some pool "toys" as well. There is a bedroom in the lower level leading out to the pool. This bedroom has it's own .5 bath and a door leading out to the pool. The floors can get slippery when wet, so be careful. The next level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has it's own deck, very nice to sit out there. The other rooms are set-up to sleep any number of people - 3-4 in each room! There was even a pack-n-play in the closet! The main living area is open and has enough dining seating for 10 (kitchen table and kitchen island). There's wifi that works well throughout the property. The house is located a few blocks from the bay beach which has children's activities daily as well as a playground. It's also steps from seafood restaurants, bars, ice cream, bike rentals, and the grocery store. Seriously the best location! We walked everywhere! The bay is outside your door! We launched kayaks right from the bay entrance outside our door. We also crabbed and fished in the bay as well as swam. The beach is close as well. LBI has the cleanest Jersey beach around. There's a free LBI shuttle making any stop you wish. If you are considering this rental, definitely do it! We have nothing negative to report. The owners were easy to work with and very accessible via email.

Favorite rental ever!

We rented this beautiful home with another family and had the perfect vacation. The bay views, bay access, pool, the grill, rooftop deck w/lighting and pool table- everything was perfect! The location and proximity to the beach was a plus as well. Eric and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. The house also came w/6 beach badges which was appreciated. We could not have enjoyed this home more and look forward to returning!!!

Excellent home for the family

This was our first trip to LBI, and this house made our family trip perfect. Minutes from the beach and grocery store by foot. Beach is controlled via passes, so it's not too crowded. They actually check to see if you have passes. We used the pool at the house everyday. Nice change of the pace from the ocean waters. House had all the necessities, so we just had to buy food. Eric the owner was very responsive to email whenever I had a question about the property or surrounding area.

Fun House

This house worked very well for our family. The kids loved the pool and pool table. The location was perfect...we walked 3 short blocks to the beach. We brought our kayaks and were able to launch them 30 feet from the house. Eric was great to work with.

What a View!!

We found this vacation home online on VRBO. Eric got back to me right away and he was a pleasure to deal with. We loved everything about the place from the incredible views and decks to the well stocked kitchen to the cozy decor and the heated inground pool! The property is well-maintained and even nicer than the pictures depict. We found it a wonderful place to relax and our teenagers loved the pool table and inground pool. The worst part was having to leave! We can't wait until next year to return!
