Great stay for a BBYC wedding weekend

This house was perfect for a group of our wedding party to stay at and get ready for a BBYC wedding! Plenty of space and the location can’t be beat.

We loved our stay! Plenty of bedrooms and space for our family vacation! The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The view and the sunsets were beautiful! The home owner, John, was very responsive and helpful!! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, John!

Great beach house

Great property with lots of spaces and room for 13 guests. Elevator was a plus for an elderly parent. Place was clean and well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and everything you need to cook. Owner was very responsive and generous with check in/check out times.

Wedding weekend

Close enough to the yacht club for us to take turns watching the kids and still enjoying the wedding. Also close enough to walk to the beach Great weekend. So many rooms.

Just What We Needed

Coming back to LBI as a family for the first time in maybe 15 years, we needed a comfortable place to call home while we visited friends and favorite restaurants. This home was just that! Owners were very responsive to questions ahead of check-in, and the house was just as we expected, with plenty of room to rest and relax.

Amazing LBI home

This property has everything we needed, wanted or hoped for! We were there for our sons wedding with family from as far away as Montana! The proximity to the BBYC allowed us to walk home from the reception. It is a short walk to the beach but everything you need is there! Super comfy beds and pillows, fully stocked kitchen, and space for everyone! Thanks, John for sharing your LBI home!

Great house and location

Second time my family and I stayed there. Great house, big enough for the 10 of us. Right on the bay 2 blocks to the ocean. John is a great host and very responsive. House came with all the amenities needed.

A 65TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION TO REMEMBER!

The perfect place for our group of eleven women to gather to celebrate our collective birthdays! The house was well-appointed, immaculate and comfortable. The host, John, was super responsive and accommodating, allowing us to arrive and leave on our schedule. He even provided a pasta pot for our tradition of Saturday night Spaghetti Dinner. What was perfect about this house is that there are several places for our group to gather, both inside and out. And while it was a little breezy and chilly for the beach, we were able to enjoy lovely walks and some shopping. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this house for any group planning for a stay on Long Beach Island.

Annual vacation with 3 children and their families. The 6 bedrooms were roomy. Lots of living space. The upstairs balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. House was beautifully appointed but at the same time felt welcoming. Definitely would go back.

The house was wonderful for our family vacation of 10. Loved the location and the views. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The elevator was great for the few of us with mobility issues and getting the luggage up to the third floor. John was an excellent host, communicated very well with me, and answered all inquiries promptly. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful sunsets.

The elevator worked out great for my 91 year old father and my handicapped husband. Our only disappointment was there really wasn’t any deck or porch to hang out.

Excellent House!

Beautiful house on the bay in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. House was big enough for the 9 of us (and there were more beds if the rest of my family came). Very clean and had all the amenities that you need. John was a fantastic host!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home for 11 People

We rented the house for ourselves and our wedding party to stay in over the weekend of our wedding. The place was clean, comfortable and large enough for everyone to feel comfortable to stay. It was a very pleasant and painless experience that gave us the chance to relax and reconnect with family and friends that we hadn't seen since before the pandemic. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Bayside Family Home

We absolutely loved stayed here! Jon was so responsive and easy to communicate with. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and the layout allows for privacy if multiple couples/families are staying together. We had a 6 month old with us on our trip and no one ever heard her crying. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you may need and plenty of Tommy bahama beach chairs are available for use. The walk to the beach is super quick and the sunset views of the bay at night are gorgeous! Would highly recommend staying here again!

Perfect house for our family

We finally found the perfect house for our family at the shore! Spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we could hope for, and bathrooms are beautiful. Close (5 min. walk) to the beach. Amazing location for sunsets and quiet neighborhood day and night.
