Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem großzügigen Haus und hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Dennoch gibt es ein paar Punkte zur Verbesserung, die wir hier anführen möchten.In der Küche scheint es im Bereich der rechten Küchenecke Schimmel an der Außenwand zu geben. Zumindest lässt dies der Geruch beim Aufziehen der Schubladen vermuten. Auch das Geschirr nimmt den Geruch an und musste immer erst frisch abgespült werden, bevor man es benutzen konnte.Im Kinderzimmer war das Hauptfenster fest zugeschraubt, da die Verriegelung kaputt war. Somit blieb zum Lüften nur das kleine runde Fenster, was im Hochsommer nicht ausreichend ist.Im oberen Bad kann die Dusche nur als Handdusche benutzt weden, da die Befestigung an der Stange nicht funktionierte.Die Gartendusche benötigt ebenfalls eine neue Fixierung.

Maison parfaite pour profiter de l’ocean

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites dans cette très jolie maison parfaitement positionnée avec un accès direct à l’océan, pas loin du club de voile tout en étant à deux pas du centre du Guilvinec. Le top. La maison et la cuisine sont très bien équipées. Le jardin très sympa. Un petit bémol sur les salles de bain où il n’y a que des baignoires. Pas très pratique.

Une maison côté mer...

Maison facile à vivre, cuisine bien équipée, magnifique cuisinière pour concocter les repas... la maison ne manque pas d'atouts mais ce que nous avons préféré c'est l'accès direct à la plage et au sentier côtier qui donne un vrai sentiment de liberté... Une maison parfaite pour des vacances familiales et un accueil très agréable de Sylvie...

Excellent séjour pieds dans l'eau

Très jolie villa, très bien placée ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand séjour lumineux, la cuisine toute neuve parfaitement équipée, la grande chambre de l'étage appelée 'chambre du capitaine' avec sa superbe vue mer, l'accès direct à la plage (les enfants ont adoré pouvoir aller seuls à la plage et à leurs cours de catamaran), sans oublier les bons petits restaurants que Sylvie nous avait suggérés à notre arrivée. Seul petit bémol : l'eau de la douche extérieure était un peu tiède. Nous y reviendrons certainement, peut-être pour les vacances d'hiver, pour profiter de la cheminée ! Nous recommandons, sans hésitation.

Belle maison, un peu à l'écart

La maison est belle, bien meublée mais avec quelques manques (serrures dans les WC du RdC et la SdB du 1er étage, pas de lavabo dans les WC du 1er étage, pas de placard dans la SdB du RdC, pas de pare-douche dans la SdB du 1er étage, aucune patère, ... plein de petits détails sans gravité mais qui rendent tellement service). Accueil charmant et efficace par Sylvie, qui donnent de très bons conseils. Le Guilvinec est un peu désert sauf les jours de marché. Les villes voisines (Bénodet, Fouesnant, Cap Coz, ...) débordent heureusement d'activité La mer est à plus de 50m (contrairement à l'annonce) mais surtout la plage (non surveillée) est plus éloignée, ce que ne permet pas de laisser les enfants y aller seuls. Donc bonnes vacances mais pas parfaites.

A very comfortable and well-located holiday house

We had a lovely time in this well equipped and well located house, backing on to the coastal path and beautiful beach. Seven adults easily fitted in to the property. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for whatever you wanted to cook, and a very useful large fridge freezer. We have fond memories of "sundowners" as the sun set over the Penmarc'h rocks. I would thoroughly recommend this house and this location.
