Spacious luxury apartment for rent at La Torre Golf, Roldan, Murcia.

We have the necessary Tourism Licence as requested by the Spanish Government for renting the apartment - VV.MU.3279-1. This will give security for our renters and ourselves.
We have a Keyholder that looks after the apartment who will meet you with the keys and show you around.
The Apartment is suitable for a family or for 4 golfers.

Arrival time is 16:00 unless agreed otherwise with our key holder.
Departure time is 11:00 unless agreed otherwise with our key holder.


The Apartment is on the first floor with two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a super-king bed which can be converted into 2 3ft single beds if required. The super-king bed is large and very comfortable. A wall mounted TV is in this room.

The single beds in the second bedroom are standard 3ft wide.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is one bathroom with bath / shower/ washbasin / bidet and toilet

The large lounge / dining room has a sofa-bed and two easy chairs and also a dining table with 4 chairs. Large Smart TV, British TV channels available via cable connection. Radio / CD player, coffee table and full air conditioning.

The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven with a hob / cooker hood/ fridge / freezer and microwave. The kitchen leads into a Utility room with a washing machine and the central heating boiler.

The Balcony has a table and four chairs with a view to the swimming pools and the Jacuzzi.

The swimming pools consist of 2 pools for adults and older children and two for younger children. There is also a jacuzzi and an infant / baby pool.
To use the pools we provide wrist bands that must be worn every time you use the pool and the communal area.
This encourages use by the owners and renters only.
There is an underground garage, with an allocated parking space for guests and a lift or stairs to the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE. There is a local charge of 75 euros payable to our key holder on arrival, to cover having the apartment and bedding cleaned when you leave.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the on-site Spar Supermarket , also it is a few minutes walk to the Town Centre for Restaurants and Bars.
There are 7 different bars and restaurants for use by renters, they are all child friendly.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.
No rentals allowed for youth groups.
NO pets are allowed.

The Hotel on site is Doubletree by Hilton and can be used by visitors. There is a Restaurant there which we can recommend. The Bar, Pool and Spa are for guests use for a charge.

La Torre Resort is suitable for Golfers or non-golfers.

The resort is in the Murcia Region of south east Spain. La Torre Resort is a good base to explore the Region of Murcia or just to relax. It is set in well maintained landscaped gardens. The 18 hole Golf Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The Golf clubhouse is open to everyone. It has a bar and restaurants there to use.
There is 24 hour security at the site, making it a very safe site for everyone

Facilities include Floodlit tennis courts and Padel tennis courts also there is outdoor gym equipment, Petanque and Table tennis tables.

The resort is 20 minutes away from the lovely sandy beaches of the Mar Menor with its warm and shallow water being ideal for children. The beaches of Lo Pagan, Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares are worth a visit.

Corvera Airport (MLU) is only 18 minutes drive from the resort with car hire available (recommended) or taxi, available at the airport.
There is also an Airport bus service that runs from La Torre. Info at http://interbus.es
The nearest train stations are Balsicas or Torre Pacheco if you wish to explore further.

La Torre is also 20 minutes drive away from Murcia City the capital of the Region which is great for shopping and has a beautiful Cathedral to visit, with many other interesting buildings.

The nearest port is Cartagena with an amazing Castle overlooking the city, a Marina with lots of cafes and is also good for shopping. Cartagena is about 45 minutes drive from the apartment.
The village of Roldan nearby has Supermarkets, Restaurants & Bars, about 3k drive from the back gate of La Torre. You will find restauratnt recommendations in the apartment along with other travel information.
