2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment With Large Sun Terrace

This terrific apartment is in one of the best locations on the La Torre resort. It is a 10 minutes walk from the Golf Club. It is fully air-conditioned throughout. The terrace overlooks the communal pool area, with its toddler and main pools, and beyond that, one of the more challenging lakes of the course. There is a reserved underground car parking space and the block is surrounded by splendid, well maintained gardens. There is a lift that runs all the way from the underground garage and the entry hall to just outside the apartment.
The resort is now well established and well appointed, with all you need on site. It is very secure with access only via manned gates.

This is the third time we've stayed here which tells you want you need to know.The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with two great terraces. It's conveniently placed on La Torre with a private parking space in the basement and a lift to your front door. Choice of two fabulous swimming pools nearby and lovely beaches a short drive away.Another great stay - thanks!

The location of the penthouse apartment on the resort is really good. Only 15-20 mins from RMU airport. This resort has 24/7 security and is gated. Each time you enter and leave the resort the registration of the vehicle is recorded - it feels very safe here. The apartment block is located in a very quiet area. We visited in off peak so hardly anyone around. Despite having directions to locate the apartment it wasn’t easy to find. The underground parking for the car is a great idea but it would be helpful to provide instructions on how to use the remote control to open the gate. Plus the light in the car park didn’t work initially so we had to use our phone light to see where we were walking. The apartment had all your basic items and is ideal to use as a base to sleep. There is a terrace where you can sit but it was in the shade all day. The apartment boiler did not function properly when the heating and the hot water were on together. We did contact the management company who were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the offered solution did not rectify the issue. We were able to manage the situation albeit, very inconvenient. There is a Spa supermarket on site which is really well stocked. It is slightly more expensive but not by a lot. The supermarket is within walking distance and very easy to find. The written information given by the owner prior to arrival and in the apartment needs updating.

Another great stay

This is our second stay in this apartment and I’m pleased to say it was as enjoyable as the first one. Spacious accommodation in a good location on La Torre. A roof terrace and a covered balcony mean you can always be outside, in or out of the sun as you please. It’s well equipped for catering and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Great communication with the owner prior to our stay. Very happy to recommend.

October break

This is the second time we have stayed in Guys apartment and we weren’t disappointed. Communication was great, beautiful apartment with private rear terrace and smaller front balcony to watch the sunset. Very well equipped and having the spar supermarket onsite is an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed in the resort before so know what to expect. Apartment was clean and airy,great view from balcony and only a minute walk to a couple of pool. I came alone this time, would have been nice to have more than 2 tv channels in the evening.

Great Apartment

Had a week away at this apartment with my husband. Great communication with the owner, who also very kindly allowed us early access due to our flight times (very much appreciated). The apartment itself is very spacious and well equiped with everything you need for a self-catering break. Patio area was fantastic and got the sun for most of the day and also had a balcony from both bedrooms if you wanted some shade. Patio overlooked a large pool which was also great. We would definitely stay here again.
