Restored Barn: this ground floor flat has an entrance with three large glass doors. The main living area has an pellet stove and is divided into a sitting room and a large kitchen. Dining table, wicker armchairs. Sofa bed for one person. From this room there is access to the bedroom which also has a large glass door. The bathroom has an enclosed shower and is covered with a travertine stone. In the veranda with pergola there is a dining table with bench. Barbecue available.

In the property there are three independent holiday units (Villa, Guest House and Restored Barn ), recently renovated and fully equipped. Each unit has its own entrance and its private terrace with garden furniture. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the three units.

The location is ideal for quickly reaching Florence (55 km, 40 minutes), San Gimignano (30 km), Castellina in Chianti (10 km). The nearest village is Quercegrossa (3 km), with bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, post office. 5 km from the property, the Siena train station, with the largest supermarkets (Coop and Porta Siena shopping center). The Spa, horse riding, golf, bicycle rental are 15-20 minutes from the house. Beautiful walks in the surroundings.
