Our holiday home is ideal for those looking for a quiet and reserved place near the beaches and sea of the Cilento coast. Located in a residential area of Casal Velino the villa is a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches and the tourist center of Casal Velino Marina.

The Villa, VERY WELL FURNISHED, is composed of:
--- LARGE LIVING ROOM with sofas and dining room
--- 3 LARGE BEDROOMS: 2 doubles and one twin with single beds
--- MODERN AND EQUIPPED KITCHEN with table for 6 people.
--- 3 MODERN BATHROOMS: one with bathtub, one with shower cubicle and another one for service.

The villa is surrounded by a green FENCED GARDEN that offers large areas for relaxation, an area equipped for outdoor dining and barbecuing. Ideal for families with children and for those who want to spend their holidays with their four-legged friend!

It is characterized by the presence of an INTERNAL PRIVATE PARKING for 2 parking spaces and outdoor parking.
The house is also equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge with freezer and each room has French windows with mosquito nets and this makes it bright and cool during the summer.
