This three-story luxury house features four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, all beautifully furnished and finished to an exceptional standard.
You’ll find a bespoke modern and fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a spacious center island and breakfast bar. Dine in the luxurious comfort of the adjacent dining room, complete with a balcony and beautiful views over the Amalfi Coastline. Double doors open to the villa’s exterior from the kitchen, and a large pergola is ideal for that al fresco dining for which Italy is renowned.
The lounge area is sumptuously furnished and features a log burner. Beyond the lounge are two bedrooms with an ensuite, a study area and a downstairs toilet. The beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, and two further bedrooms with stunning views are delightfully furnished with a mix of natural materials and exquisite fabrics. The extremely spacious master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and a separate grand bathroom with a stand-alone bath, double sinks, and a large walk-in shower.
Air conditioning and underfloor heating run throughout Villa Velius, and eco-friendly measures include double glazing, thermal insulation, and a 21kW solar power system that provides almost all the property’s energy sustainably.
Villa Velius boasts expansive outdoor living where you can relax in the heated infinity swimming pool and entertain on spacious terraces, with a sunken lounge area and fire pit. The property’s mature garden and rolling hillsides provide the ultimate views, with the Amalfi Coast in the distance and mesmerising sunsets. The couple are now firm ambassadors to the local area since their initial visit upon setting off from the UK in search of their ‘forever’ home. Stopping in Campania on the advice of a friend, they woke up, throwing open the shutters of the agriturismo where they were staying, and were instantly mesmerised by the beauty of this Italian jewel.
