Villa Rosalinda is a beautiful new construction home in one of Cape Coral’s newest and most coveted areas. This home is located on a cul-de sac lot and has beautiful water views from all living areas and bedrooms. The lot has over 180 feet of waterfront. It has a split bedroom layout, twelve foot ceilings in living areas, travertine floors throughout, Spanish-tiled roof and is surrounded by tropical palm trees. Ten foot pocket sliding glass doors lead you to the oversized lanai, pool and spa. The lanai is over 500 square feet and has a sitting area, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. Stunning villa

From the minute you walk in the door this villa certainly has the wow factor. Absolutely stunning. The furnishing are all very high standard and the villa is well kept. The entertainment system and all the high tech equipment is second to none. We loved the outside seating area and using the pool and hot tub. My husband enjoyed fishing from the deck area with the fishing rods that were available to use in the garage. There were also many other items available to use like deck chairs, cool boxes etc for the beach. The villa is situated on a lovely quiet cul de sac and has lovely views of the river from the back deck area. It is also near some lovely restaurants which we tried out. Would love to visit again, Bernie was very nice to deal with we wouldn't hesitate recommending the villa to anyone.

Amazing Home

This house was incredible!! I thought the house was great and Loved the Lanai area and the Dock area.. Kitchen fully stocked with what you need.. The only thing would be more towels and beach towels.. Otherwise everything was top notch and was a quiet area.. Great restaurants!! Beautiful view of the Canal and the amazing sunsets.. I would recommend staying in this house.. I hope there will be availability for us next yr!!

We had an amazing time at Villa Rosalinda!! A lot of space to relax. Beautiful view from the living room into the Lanai! Pool and hot tub were amazing!! Used the pool area almost everyday...

Loved relaxing on the dock watching the fish jump out of the water, and Watching the sunset each night sitting on chairs on the dock next to the canal very peaceful and quiet area.

Everything is nice and clean, and had thought of everything! Beautiful lighting throughout! Landscaping is gorgeous!

Some great restaurants We recommend Ford Garage, Lobster Lady, Monarcas Mexican, Maria's Pizzeria.

Would stay here again if available!!

Beautiful home and view

This was our first visit to the Fort Myers area. This home was beautiful and very well furnished. It lacked for nothing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. It had a huge tub and unique open shower. The sliding glass doors in the living room open to the pool area and make for a wonderful view. We had colder weather so we did not get to enjoy the pool and hot tub as much as we would have liked. The pool and hot tub are next to a very relaxing outdoor living area with an amazing grill and outdoor fridge. The owner was wonderful to work with as well. Restaurants and grocery were nearby. Great place to get away in comfort.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Rosalinda and the villa exceeded our expectations, we spent a lot of time visiting local beaches which were really nice, most of the time that we spent at the villa we made the most of the outside area, absolutely fantastic, the dock was large and the guys did a lot of fishing, while the ladies just relaxed and sunbathed, Bernie (the villa owner) kept in regular phone contact with us making sure we were enjoying our stay, unfortunately the music system kept braking down a problem that I believe has since been rectified.

The reason I have only given the villa 4*s is because on departure the villa management company came to do an exit assessment and told us we had to pay a $150.00 extra usage of electricity! we have been renting villas in Florida for the last 15 years and have never had to pay an extra charge for electricity (we were not happy!) when we arrived back in the UK we spoke to Bernie and after some discussion he halved the charge as a gesture of good will!. If you are renting this villa I would strongly recommend you read the meter on arrival (the meter is situated on the wall on the outside left hand side of the villa) (we were not told whereabouts it was. apart from the electric issue we had a fabulous stay and will be visiting Cape Coral again.

Owner's Response: We are very happy Kevin and Ingrid enjoyed our home so much. We love our house and take great pride in it. We get many repeat visitors and that is the biggest compliment of all. Some even schedule their vacations around the availability of our home. It should be noted that there were six adults staying at the villa and the length of their stay was sixteen days spanning Jun 14 through Jun 30. In a house with so many features, there are many reasons why you might have a high electricity bill, and with six adults, you are bound to use more resources. Are you heating the pool? Are you covering it at night? Are you watching you’re A/C thermostat? How often are you using the hot tub? These are just some examples. Regardless, the complaint wasn’t the amount they had to pay; it was the fact they had to pay at all. This is a bit baffling because guests are advised on the website and via email that they are responsible for electricity charges over a given allowance. The purpose of this is twofold. Guests are more likely to be conservative in their electrical usage (A/C, hot tub, pool heat, etc.) if they have a stake in the cost. Secondly, this policy helps us keep rental prices down. Guests who use less, pay less; those who use more, pay more. Regarding the music system that kept “breaking down”, the issue was that the volume on the receiver was maxed out. We want guests to enjoy their stays as much as we do, so we make all features available to them. This includes the use of sensitive (and expensive) electronic equipment that provides surround sound in the great room and the ability to pipe music to any room in the house, including lanai. Luckily the system shuts itself off when overheated. We have since added more guidelines to our house guide to prevent this from happening in the future.
