Home to several delicious waterfront restaurants and bars, Matlacha is a water lovers playground. There you will find multiple fishing opportunities, watersport rentals, art galleries, and unique shops. Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers, and you'll be just a short drive from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. To the north you'll enjoy the beautiful towns of Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, nestled along the Charlotte Harbour. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.
Sirenia Vista Park :
This 8 acre environmental park is a great place to enjoy viewing manatees, especially in the cooler months, as well as fishing throughout the year.
Phase one of park development has been completed which includes: Kayak launch area, manatee viewing locations, walking path and landscape improvements. The kayak launch allows kayakers access to the Calusa Blueway thru Matlacha.
Joe Stonis Park :
Small neighborhood park with walking paths around a lake, plus a playground & tennis/pickle ball courts and outdoor exercise equipment.
This property is approximately 30 miles from RSW International Airport and 24 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in and the credit card you used to book with, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.
Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.
