Ce joli mas provençal, classĂ© 5* par l'office de Tourisme, situĂ© au coeur d'un beau jardin arborĂ© et fleuri mĂȘlant des essences provençales et exotiques, dispose de 4 suites parentales, et peut accueillir 8 personnes. Une dĂ©coration extĂ©rieure balinaise, plusieurs espaces de dĂ©tente: paillote, gazĂ©bo, fontaines, vous permettront un dĂ©paysement complet. Un lieu magique oĂč vous pourrez vous sentir chez vous dans un cadre exceptionnel. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, la villa comprend un sĂ©jour avec cheminĂ©e, une salle Ă  manger et une cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e ouvrant toutes deux sur une agrĂ©able terrasse bordĂ©e par la piscine, face Ă  la mer. Magnifique!

Villa Zen was amazing! It was the perfect location in Sainte Maxime and close to Sainte Tropez. The gated domain and villa felt private, safe, zen, and luxurious. The pool was wonderful to get in after being at the beach or walking around the village. We will be back!

Amazing house with a view that instantly relaxed you

The location and the house are beautiful, everything we dreamed of. We stayed with six adults and three children (2, 4 and 8). We had all good rooms, with private bathrooms. The parents of the youngest one had a cod in their room where the youngest slept, this was perfect. The children and also the adults enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool every day and also the jacuzzi was an excellent addition. We had BBQ with the whole family and sitting outside on the BBQ spot was also everything you hope for, like if you are in a dream. One bedroom has a bath with only a handshower, this could be easily switched to a shower in the bath if you put a screen in front. Tte kitchen was very complete and sitting outside on different spots with nice sunbeds was great. In general the beds are a bit hard, but okay. Furniture in the sitting room is not very comfortable and same for lounge set outside, cushions are too hard. But these were minor things in our absolute obove expectations stay in the Zen villa

Wonderful stay in a lovely home

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home and enjoyed all aspects of it including the pool, the hot tub, the view and even the pétanque! It is a resort in itself and we would have loved to stay longer .. hopefully again another time. The house manager Fleur was very helpful and reached out to us everyday to make sure we were comfortable. The house is in a private gated community and away from the busyness of the town. It was very peaceful and relaxing!

Loved staying at this comfortable amazingly well equipped villa with very serene view and lovely garden. Only complaint is the lack of shower in 2 bedrooms.

5 star resort style home

This home is on the top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean ocean and St Tropez. The pool is heated and it has a jacuzzi. The home itself had full AC and Heat and was nice and cozy. I highly recommend this home for anyone.

a little Paradise

Its the second time we booked our holidays at Villa Zen and we always leave with a heavy heart. We could stay much longer... Calmly and safe located in the Hills between St Maxime and Grimaud, with a beautiful sea view. This stunning and lovely place allows us to come down, rest, relax and recharge. The House is decorated with a lot of attention to details, lots of space and a great pool and garden. Very clean, everything has worked perfectly so nothing to complain. We will be back for sure!

The villa is fantastic! Location, facilities, the view... Just super! Unfortunately the communication with Fleur and Chris was not great. It could be because of the language barrier, but it was difficult to communicate with Chris and Fleur was just rude in our opinion.

A villa that does live up to your expectations

We have rented many places in Sainte Maxime, sadly many were disappointing, the price and publicity were out of step with the actual experience. Villa Zen actually fulfilled our expectations, and gave even more. 5 stars underrate this beautiful property, the attention to detail was amazing. After the first day I contacted the owner to discuss another booking, need I say more!

Merveilleux SĂ©jour !

Prachtig huis met mooi uitzicht

Heerlijk dat t zwembad was verwarmd en dat we ondanks de kou savonds in de jacuzzi konden. Prachtig huis met goede voorzieningen. Zowel de kinderen als de volwassenen hebben zich goed vermaakt. Enige nadeel is dat dorp, bakker en strand niet op loopafstand zijn. Het is wel maar 5 minuten rijden maar doordat het huis op een heuvel ligt is het lopend niet voor iedereen haalbaar.

Fantastic View, Peaceful Paradise!

It was relaxing and peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the breathtaking views. Beautiful home, very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. We were fortunate to meet the owners Chantal and Thierry. They were very friendly and gave us many excellent restaurant recommendations. It was hard to leave this beautiful paradise!

Fabulous weather even in lousy weather!

The house was amazing. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Very clean. We had a problem with scalding hot water in one bathroom but they tried to correct it immediately. The grounds live up to their pictures. Fire place was appreciated as we had cold weather. Owners were very understanding when we messed up our reservation and thought we were staying another night (thankfully they were able to accommodate us!). Would absolutely return and highly recommend.

Lovely villa, wonderful location

Two of us and our dog stayed at Villa Zen for a month in Jan/Feb 2019, with 2 friends joining us for part of the stay. The villa and grounds are lovely and the panoramic views are wonderful. The villa is located on a gated, private domaine which is only a short distance from the beach. We saw one or two people walking up from the beach, but it is a steep climb and part of the way there is no pavement – the road wasn’t busy but this could be different in season. However, it took less than 5 minutes to drive down and park either in the 85 place free car park or on the seafront itself (again free). Dogs aren’t allowed on the beach nearest the villa. The villa garden is large and our dog found plenty to explore (although he was puzzled by the artificial grass to start with). We walked him every day in the forest which is about a 10 minute walk away from the villa. Villa Zen is well-named - there is a wonderful feeling of space and peace, with uninterrupted views of the bay. There are plenty of areas to sit out in the garden and, if there was a large group of you, I think people would be able to ‘get away’ from each other outside. Although there are other villas close by, you are not overlooked. It was also very quiet most of the time – there were a few days when there was tree trimming going on around the domaine and there was some building work on a couple of plots on the domaine but there was no intrusive noise. Sounds travelled up from Sainte Maxime town centre – again not intrusive and it was lovely to hear the church bells. The photos give a true idea of the villa, the surroundings and the views. We regularly rent villas and apartments and this is one of the best equipped and maintained we have come across. Communication with Thierry (the owner) was very good and our damage deposit was returned very quickly. Fleur (the local manager) was responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Zen and were sad to leave – we could happily have stayed for another month! We hope to return - but for longer next time.

Fantastic V

We had a lovely time in Villa Zen. The house is perfectly situated in the hills above Saint Maxime. We had a car, and usually drove to the local beach — LaCroisette — and had no problems finding free parking. We went to St. Tropez and the wonderful mountain village Grimaud. Although the area is fantastic, we spent more time in the house than we expected. The pool and the view, as well as the nice breeze from the sea, made it the perfect place to spend our vacation. Thierry and Chantal were very helpful and concerned with our well-being. We warmly recommend Villa Zen, and hope to go back someday!

Wonderful villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa which is based in a brilliant setting in Sainte Maxime. We comprised two families with four children under 10 - the pool was large and has a great deep end so hours of fun for the kids. The hot tub was also a major added bonus. Outside the villa there were a number of different areas to chill and relax - all made for a great stay. We were also lucky enough to be there on 15 August - the villa provides a brilliant view for the awesome annual Sainte Maxime fireworks. Very impressive. A big thanks to Thierry & Chantal who own the property - great with recommendations (babysitting, taxis, boat trips to) and always ver6 responsive. A great stay all round and somewhere we would thoroughly recommend.
