This stunning 17th floor property is located in the D tower, offering over 2400 square feet of living space including an open floor plan and beautiful glass windows spanning from the floor all the way up to the sprawling 10 foot ceilings. The living area is teeming with natural light and feels as though the beach is cascading right into the unit! Adorned with a modern yet classic color scheme and contemporary décor, this professionally decorated unit features a plush sofa, an enormous wall-mounted HD television and even a fireplace!

The kitchen is sure to impress even the most seasoned chef, offering granite countertops, a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances from top brands including KitchenAid, Wolf and Sub-Zero, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and so much more! The dining area affords seating for 6 and a wet bar with separate ice maker and wine chiller-perfect for mixing your favorite cocktail and entertaining guests!

You’ll feel like royalty when you step into the master suite, which hosts a king bed with luxurious bedding and linens, a seating area with a table and two chairs, and an LCD television and beachfront balcony access. The attached glamour bath features a massive jetted tub, separate glass and tiled shower, his-and-her vanities and even a wall-mounted flat screen! The second bedroom also offers a king bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 queen beds! Every bedroom hosts premium mattresses and LCD televisions! The sofa in the living area can also be converted into a queen sleeper sofa, affording sleeping accommodations for up to 10 throughout the entire unit! First time in Orange Beach. 6 adults & 2 littles. Condo was perfect! Roomy, very clean, lots of amenities, beautiful views, seating for everyone. Staff was helpful & always answered questions. Had a maintenance issue & they were fixing it right away. Great vacation!!

Highly recommend this property. It would be helpful to guests that may be driving to the destination to provide a list of useful things to bring instead of having to purchase when you get there. Trash bags, salt & pepper, coffee filters, coffee, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The one use of each is nice, but if you stay for a week you wind up needing more.

During one of the days there was no running water and no air conditioning that day and overnight. Before that, the smoke detectors chirped in the middle of the night repeatedly until the batteries were replaced after the second night of being awaken by chirping during the night. There was also no igniter for the grill as promised. Therefore, we had difficulties using the grill when we arrived. We were promised a refund but still have not received and have not heard from the management company about that for two weeks despite being promised a response.

The ONLY reason not giving it a 5 start (and would give a 4.5) is the 2nd king bed was a little hard compared to comfort of other beds. Everything else was fantastic...smart TV's so could watch Netflix or amazon prime vs commercials; SUPER close parking to elevator and door...made in & out a breeze...I'd happily stay here again and again...just maybe not sleep in that room and make in-laws sleep there.

Clean, roomy, and a nice property

It was very spacious even with 10 guests. I'm a little ocd and leary of rental couches but it was as clean as my house and never thought twice about it. Everything worked like it was supposed to, which seems rare these days. The property is well maintained. We were worried about the number of units and crowding at the common areas being early summer but it wasn't a problem. The kids wanted to spend most of the time in the lazy river and indoor pool. Outdoor pool was a little too chilly for them. The working sauna and steam room were a nice surprise.

Family week at Turquoise.

All was as expected. Third time to stay at Turquoise. One complaint was a friend visiting for dinner one evening was not allowed to park her car on site at property. Even for a 4 hour dinner engagement. This was a major inconvenience. Should have been issued a free 1 evening parking pass . The good, the bad and unfrotunately the ugly

The good: The property is beautiful and on a beautiful stretch of beach. The buildings feel new and modern as does the condo for the most part. The bad: I had called the day before checkin asking if an early check in was possible and was told that though there were no guarantees they’ll do their beet and I should check back with them at 2pm The next day. I called at 3pm to see if the condo was ready, it’s wasn’t. I was finally able to check it at the normal time of 4 pm only to walk into a condo who’s floors were so sopping wet that I had to unload everything into the first bedroom as I couldn’t go in any further than that for another 45 minutes while the floors dried! Around this time I got a call from luxury coast vacations which unfortunately brings me to the ugly.... The ugly: 10 minutes after check in I received a call from luxury coast vacations telling me that the unit I JUST checked into is on the market and would it be possible for a family to come and see the unit while I’m staying there? I am dumbfounded that they would even ask to disrupt the only 3 days I have of vacation with strangers coming in to view the property...are they serious? I’m paying an exorbitant nightly rate and you want me to let strangers in? I haven’t even gotten to the part of how this is during the height of the Coronavirus outbreak.... Secondly, you should know that although this is advertised as a family friendly place, it is most certainly a party place as well. The balcony next to mine blasted music the entire 3 days I was here...Although that’s not the fault of anyone except the people next door, keep in mind that security can’t do anything about it until 10pm. The last point about the condo is the bed in the master...The bed is extremely sagging on both sides and looks like a foam topper was thrown on to conceal that fact. I had to sleep directly in the middle and woke up with a backache every morning. For the amount of money I paid every night I am sadly disappointed with this experience and will be looking for accommodations elsewhere next time.
