Appartement simple, mais fonctionnel et bien situé

Appartement rustique, mais fonctionnel et bien situé. Les pièces sont par contre peu ensoleillées et pas de possibilité de parking immédiatement à proximité. Sa situation en centre ville, proches de toutes les commodités constitue son atout le plus remarquable.

emplacement bruyant au rez de chaussée attention pas de balcons comme sur la photo (karaoké parfois jusqu'à 0h00, poubelles à 5h, balayeuse à 6h et tous les jours) pas de parking et aucune place dans la rue et très peu à proximité (galère pour charger et décharger) affiche à louer sur les 3 fenêtres tous les passants regardent. Un peu juste pour 6 bien pour 4
