VILLA DANTE AD UN PASSO DAL MONDO!!!!


Hello, we want to highlight that our accommodation is located in the open countryside on a paved farm road traveled only by residents in the area. It consists of a single large apartment perfect for groups of friends or families: children are welcome. As far as cleaning is concerned, Villa Dante has been using steam machines for years in ownership in the utmost hygiene and attention to the environment. After cleaning, the house is completely disinfected by a specialized Company and, inside the house, you will find the sanitary certificate. The linen provided comes from a specialized laundry for tourism. We are therefore waiting for you this summer at Villa Dante to recover those days of relaxation and serenity that we all need in these times.

Villa Dante is located in Maremma, which is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany.
The large house is in the countryside, 2 min. away from the village of Albina and 3 min from the beaches of Giannella.
At the ground floor there is a circa 128,70 square meters apartment: N° 3 bedrooms + n°3 bathrooms; a big living room with fireplace and the kitchen. Outside the house there is the terrace, a big bersot and the barbecue point. Around the house there is a very big garden from which you can have a view of Monte Argentario.
In the garden there are n° 3 pine-woods, the green and oleander hedges, n° 2 bersots, n° 2 barbecues points and sunbath areas. In the garden there is a parking place and a driveway for the cars.

Ein idealer Ort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub

Die Gastgeber der Villa Dante waren sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns bei ihnen sehr willkommen und rundum wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail in typisch toskanischem Stil eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Ein großes Plus sind die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen, die für ungestörte Nächte sorgen.Der Garten ist groß und schön gepflegt und die Kinder konnten sehr gut draußen spielen. Fast gar kein Verkehr, sehr ruhige Lage. Tischtennisplatte und Spielzeug sind auch da. Ideal für einen entspannten Familienurlaub.Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Dante sehr genossen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. :)

Reizende Wohnung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden. Die Wohung war dank Fliegengittern an allen Türen und vielen Fenstern stechmückenfrei, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und der Garten drum herum bot viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen für die Kinder. Eine ganze Kiste voll Spielzeug und die Tischtennisplatte ließen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Ausflugsziele, die auch in einem Ordner mit allen Flyern und Telefonnummern gesammelt sind. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Soggiorno rilassante

La casa in piena campagna accanto ad un campo di girasoli è perfetta per un piacevole soggiorno in contatto con la natura. Il prato e il gazebo antistanti rappresentano un'ottima sfogo per passare le serate all'aperto. Le tende attorno al gazebo permettono di cenare fuori senza essere disturbati dalle zanzare. Unico suggerimento per l'eccellenza rinnovare i pensili della cucina predisponendo uno scolapiatti.

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne Ferienwohnung und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr ruhige und abgelegene Lage. Strand, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber gut und schnell erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tutto perfetto!

Villa Dante è esattamente come descritta: immersa nella pace di ulivi, campi e pini marittimi ma allo stesso tempo a breve distanza in auto dalle spiagge dell'Argentario, della Maremma e da bellissimi borghi medioevali. La sig.ra Grazia ed il figlio Giuseppe ci hanno accolto con un aperitivo di benvenuto illustrandoci la casa, la zona e dandoci suggerimenti utilissimi su dove mangiare. Eravamo in 7 e le tre stanze, ognuna con bagno dedicato, ci hanno garantito privacy e relax. La cucina è multi accessoriata: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, caffettiera e quant'altro vi venga in mente c'è! All'esterno cene sotto il gazebo, barbecue e ping pong. Che dire, non potevamo fare vacanze migliori! Grazie!

Wonderful stay with an excellent host

We had a lovely week at Grazia’s house with our two small children. Grazia has made every effort to ensure we had all that we needed, including toys for the children and checking in advance about things we may need. She was a warm and welcoming host and we enjoyed our stay very much despite the rain. When the sun did shine, we found some excellent beaches and nice spots to visit. The kids particularly loved the Giardino del tarocchi- weird and wonderful.

Rilassante e confortevole e allo stesso tempo vicino a tutti i luoghi d’i nteresse

Villa Dante è una bella casa con giardino dotato di Ping pong e bbq. È fornita di tutto il necessario e la signora Grazia è un’host premuroso e gentile. È in campagna e le notti sono meravigliosamente silenziose. La macchina è indispensabile ma sia il mare che i centri abitati si raggiungono in pochi minuti.

Urlaub in der Villa Dante in Orbetello-Albinia

Der Urlaub in der Villa Dante in Orbetello-Albinia hat uns (vierköpfige Familie; Alter der Kinder: 14 & 16) sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist groß, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Im Garten, der von Olivenbäumen umgeben ist, besteht die Möglichkeit zu Grillen und Tischtennis zu spielen. Die Villa Dante liegt sehr ruhig ca. 2 km außerhalb des Ortskerns von Albinia, so dass wir uns bestens erholt haben. Unsere Vermieterin Grazia Cini war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung von Orbetello viele gute Tips gegeben. Schöne Sandstrände mit ausreichen Parkmöglichkeiten sind in max. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Albinia hat einen Bahnhof und liegt an der Bahnstrecke Pisa-Rom, so dass zudem Tagesausflüge mit dem Zug nach Rom sehr bequem machbar sind.

Soggiorno fantastico!

La casa è fantastica, superiore alle aspettative. Camere confortevoli, bagni in ogni camera, cucina fornita di tutto quello che serve e grande salone. Lo spazio fuori lo abbiamo sfruttato poco avendo soggiornato per capodanno. L'attenzione ai dettagli è stata incredibile. Aperta la porta abbiamo trovato spumante e panettone per festeggiare il 2018, siamo rimasti a bocca aperta! Inoltre ci sono state date indicazioni di cosa andare a vedere, dove andare a mangiare e per ogni cosa sapevamo a chi chiedere qualsiasi cosa. Sicuramente torneremo nel periodo primaverile per fare un bel bagno alle terme di Saturnia!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und großzügig, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert: Reisetipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und uns bei allen Reisen mit Bahn und Fahrrad sehr unterstützt. Wir sind per Bahn angereist, wurden von der Vermieterin vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder dorthin gebracht. Sie hat außerdem den Fahrradverleih organisiert. Den großen Garten haben wir zum Frühstücken und Abendessen gerne und ausgiebig genutzt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand in Albinia ist mit Fahrrad/Auto gut erreichbar. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Capalbio, der Tarotgarten von Nikki de St.Phalle oder auch Siena sind gut erreichbar und ein lohnende Ausflugsziele.

Rilassante settimana in Maremma

Siamo appena rientrati da una bellissima settimana passata al Podere Dante. La struttura è molto bella ed accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort, con un bellissimo giardino interamente a disposizione degli ospiti. Le tre camere sono spaziose, ben arredate e dotate ciascuna di un proprio bagno con doccia. I proprietari sono disponibili, cortesi e discreti, presenti ma non invadenti e pronti a dare consigli ed indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare. Consigliamo il Podere Dante a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza confortevole e rilassante, sia per adulti, che per famiglie con bambini e ragazzi. Per chi volesse trascorrere periodi anche più brevi o per chi necessità solo di una stanza, gli stessi proprietari hanno un b&b adiacente al podere (in posizione sempre silenziosa). La struttura è senz'altro da promuovere a pieni voti e la descrizione sui siti è fedele alla realtà.

Una settimana in Maremma

"Mi sento davvero di consigliare questa location! Il giardino è meraviglioso e molto ampio, c''è anche un''area bbq con gazebo dove abbiamo passato delle piacevolissime serate. Anche la casa è molto grande e ogni stanza ha un bagno privato. Noi eravamo 3 coppie, c''era davvero spazio per tutti :) Il contesto poi è davvero piacevole: lontani dal traffico, in campagna, con ampi orizzonti e un meraviglioso tramonto sui campi. Proprietari simpatici, gentilissimi nel dare indicazioni e suggerimenti, molto discreti."
