10 Days in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE staying at the Island House every year. It is truly paradise for our family. The home has plenty of room for privacy for each of our adult kids and their children. It provides a perfect family area and the large dining table made the perfect place for us to share meals, play games, and hold long conversations. We cannot wait until next summer to stay again in this lovely home.

It wasn't clear in the listing that you had to go to a separate location to get the key. They should install a keypad like everyone else. Also, they said they had a hottub on the property. No they didn't. The proximity to the beach was excellent.

Exceptional Experience

Suzanne and her team were unbelievably attentive! The one or two small issues that came up were more than promptly taken care of. I have rented from almost every other agency in the area and TideLife is by far the most responsive. The house is very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and its well appointed with chairs, tubes, and bikes. We absolutely loved our time here and will stay here and with TideLife again!

Super cute cottage just steps away from the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed staying in this really cute cottage. It’s thoughtfully ready for renters. The kitchen is really well designed and each of the bedrooms have great furniture and modern bathrooms. You can’t beat the location. It’s fabulous. The only downside is the couch and the chair have a very heavy smell of pets and the back enclosed porch smells very strongly. I took blankets and covered the couch during my stay. But everything else seemed to be new and fresh smelling throughout the rest of the house. It’s also nice that you get the equipment credit. We used ours for bikes and beach chairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we’ve stayed in this house and it’s very convenient to the beach as well as being very comfortable for a family of eight. The kitchen could not be better equipped-in fact there is more cookware here than I have at home. We have loved the bike trails as well as the privacy of the beach. The golf course is excellent. We’ve eaten at the Rustic Table each year and have not been disappointed-delicious food wonderful service!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for our son’s wedding. We cannot say enough about the memories we made with all the groomsmen in this house. We were a 2 minute walk to the beach, and had beach rental items there when we arrived. The house was clean, lots of towels , and the kitchen was well equipped, supplied with dishes, coffee maker etc. We had a wonderful time and can’t say enough about this house. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay here. We would also recommend Tidelife Vacation Rental, they were kind and hospitable. They all were a 10!!

Wonderful Month!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky enough to stay at Island House in February for a month and had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is awesome. Only 1/2 block from the beach which you can access via the boardwalk. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. The hurricane did ruin the bikes and beach chairs so just an fyi. Hope they will be replaced at some point. TideLife was very easy to work with and addressed our few and small concerns quickly. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly Appointed and Pefect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home in a great location. Steps away from the ocean, right around the corner from the Beach Club. The home was beautiful , spotless and perfectly appointed, especially the kitchen. Nice layout, open enough for gathering but still had areas where you could escape to read or recharge. The only suggestion I have for the owners is that they provide full-length mirrors. We were there for a wedding and that would have been nice to have. When we visit Debordieu again we will definitely ask for Island House. Tidelife Rentals is great to work with, very easy check in process. Take advantage of the bike and local golf cart rentals. A wonderful week .

Island House Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a month and a half at Island House in DeBordieu. Our stay began well with a nice homey chat with the Tidelife staff when we checked in. They made us feel right at home from the start and the feeling only got stronger as the stay progressed. The house is just a half block walk to the beach. We walked the beach every day and rode bikes(supplied with the house) on the community cart/bike paths every evening. The kitchen was fully supplied with all cooking/dining utensils we needed plus an excellent stainless steel barbecue grill in the back yard. The house was very beach friendly with hard surfaces that were easy to keep clean of sand.Overall our experience was everything we hoped for and more. We highly recommend Tidelife Vacation Rentals and the Island House.

Island House retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Island House. It was clean, cozy and close to the beach and the pool. The confederate jasmine was blooming in the hedge and the smell wafted over the front porch as we drank our morning coffee and cocktails on the front porch. Hummingbirds were visiting the bottle brush bushes, which were also blooming. The beds were comfortable and common area was engaging, with an open kitchen/dining area adjacent to the sitting area so that everyone could engage in conversation before, during and after meals.
