Comfortable accommodation

Nice property in rural setting. Good for exploring both Corralejo and El Cotillo beaches. Definitely need a car. Very clean. Pool quite small and wifi very erratic.

Verschrikkelijk

Ons verblijf was ronduit vreselijk. Inchecken deed deze dame niet omdat ze nooit gasten ontving op zondag, terwijl we gewoon geboekt hadden. Het was vies,geen gas,geen warm water en een heel vies zwembad. Dit mag geen "villa" genoemd worden. Meer een huisje met heel veel achter stalling onderhoud. We zijn één nachtje gebleven en zijn toen naar een ander hotel gegaan en hebben onze vlucht vervroegd. Dus denk na voor je hier naar toe wil.

Overall nice stay

We stayed here for 1 week early November 2022. Overall everything was fine: the house is as described, it was clean and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Also, during our stay Neirada was very reactive. But, as always, there is room for improvement. - the pictures suggest that the pool is much bigger than it is in reality. Our bad, we should have checked the detailed description a bit better - When we arrived, the pool was « dirty », i.e. quite a lot a sand lying on the ground. Neireida quickly organised cleaning. Then the pool was fine with crystal clear water. - Overall equipment in the house should be renewed and improved: cuttlery is quitey old, a mix of everything, and not everything is availlable in sufficient quantity (e.g. mugs,..). - The lighting in the villa is quite poor: very bright LED lights in the living area (=> does not give a comfortable feeling), no real light over the main table which makes it a bit tricky to have dinner … - Beds are a bit old as well: there are no real bed springs… but rather a chipboard … So I personally think that with a small investment this property could be significantly upgraded (at least the perceived quality). Having said this, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay: it is a very calm and peaceful place, well situated. So don’t be discouraged by my improvement comments as I consider most of them to be finetuning. And maybe we have been spoiled by the properties we have rented before….

Maison bien située et agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Elle est également très bien située et à proximité de plusieurs centres d’intérêts. Si nous revenons à Fuerteventura nous retournerons dans cette maison !

Muy acogedora

Nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí. Es una casa muy bonita y acogedora, dotada de todas las comodidades y con la piscina ideal para refrescarte cuando llegábamos por la tarde. La localización es ideal, porque está en el campo pero cerca de muchas playas y restaurantes que están muy bien. Tuvimos un problemilla con el baño y el agua caliente, pero la anfitriona no tardó en solucionarlo y fue muy amable y agradable. Una estancia ideal en una isla maravillosa y paradisíaca.

Très agréable maison dans un environnement calme

Maison très agréable, aménagée avec gout, confortable et très bien équipée. Très au calme, aucun vis a vis. Cadre rural, tout proche de la Oliva. A proximité des Plages du nord et bonne situation pour rayonner et descendre vers le sud de l'île. Piscine froide (en hiver). Propriétaire très accueillante et réactive. Je recommande++

Maison très agréable

Agréable maison, bien située, loin de l’agitation du bord de mer. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais c’est largement suffisant. Seul point noir, de gros problèmes d’approvisionnement en eau sur toute l’île. Heureusement, le propriétaire a prévu un système de cuve en cas de coupure qui permet de basculer sur une alimentation de secours. Même lorsque la cuve a été vide ils sont venus la remplir dans l’heure.

Schönes ruhiges Haus - sehr zu empfehlen

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, ausgestattet mit allem, was es für einen Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung braucht. Zum Heizen im Winter sind Ölradiatoren vorhanden. Auch die Vermieterin, Nerreida, ist sehr nett. Das einzige, was vielleicht wirklich noch zu verbessern wäre, wäre ein Ersatz der Pfannen (Versiegelung verschlissen) und der Küchenmesser (stumpf). Sonst war alles perfekt und Gerne wieder! Ein (Miet-)Auto ist Pflicht! Die Zufahrt erfolgt nur über befestigte Straßen. Wir waren zu zweit ohne Kinder.

Well equipped and in a quiet location

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. It was a good location for walks from the House. The House was very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was not brilliant but this did not spoil our holiday.

Preis-Leistung stimmt

Einfaches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. 3 große Schlafzimmer, mit Abdunklungsrollos. Perfekt für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Während unseres Aufenthaltes (März 2018) wurde leider auf beiden Nachbargrundstücken gebaut. Im Sommer sollte das aber abgeschlossen sein. Weitere Mankos: Beleuchtung fast überall LED kalt-weiß, was für wenig Behaglichkeit sorgt. Schade! Keine kleinen (Frühstücks)Teller, kein Brotmesser, die normalen Teller passen nicht in die Geschirrspülmaschine.. mit etwas Glück ist das jetzt aber behoben.
