Great winter honeymoon spot!

  • 5 of 5

I rented this cabin for my son and his new bride for their honeymoon! They stayed 10 days and loved every minute.

Some of his comments were :

The view was amazing and the drive to town and back was so peaceful and scenic you never felt stress. I felt like a blessed local with an amazing view! We appreciated all of the restaurant suggestions too!

They are looking to returning and spending their 1 year anniversary there too! And I will definitely be returning to check it out for myself!

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for letting us know the honeymooners enjoyed their stay. It is a great place to make great memories of the event. And we'd love to host them again for an anniversary celebration! Please do come and check it out for yourself - you'll want to return again and again.

Loved the location!

Such a cute place! It was kind of difficult to completely unplug, (no service or WiFi) but it was totally worth it! Sitting on the deck at night was amazing!

The most important thing to us this visit to Colorado was the location/view. This cabin did not disappoint! It was spacious for 2 people and had everything we needed. We had unseasonably warm weather the first day and it snowed all day and night another day, so we got to experience the best of both... the woodstove was great the day it snowed! The view from the deck is beautiful and we would definitely come back.

This exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, location was convenient for taking in the area's natural wonders, the bed comfortable, and the wood burning fireplace kept the place cozy. We even saw a couple of deer in the yard the last day. We want to come back and enjoy the area in the spring.

Great weekend away!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay! It was the perfect size and everything was there that we expected. The only thing we didn't have was propane and we had brought mostly food to grill. We improvised though and made a little fire and cooked over it! I will definitely recommend this to my friends!

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for taking the time to post a review of our little diamond in the rough. We are so happy to hear you had a great stay! So sorry about the propane - we would have loved to hear from you so we could have the opportunity to rectify the propane issue so you could enjoy your stay even more. But it does sound like you faced the challenge head on. We do hope you will return and do please tell all your friends as we'd love to host you all.
