We had such a lovely relaxing time in this property. It has been kept beautifully clean and tidy both inside and out. The property was very homely and had everything we needed. The pool was superb and the outside space was perfect for lounging in the sun and dining in the evening. Thank you Eric, we would definitely recommend your beautiful home.

Beautiful, impressive, private & hard to leave

The whole place is a gem and the interior pictures on the website don’t do the place justice, it’s nicer. However the star of this lovely holiday stay is the incredible landscaped south facing rear garden with an exceptional pool. It is private with so much colour and plant variation and the pool is large and always heated to a comfortable 25-28 degrees. Monsieur Éric Danic is great and communicates well having stocked this place with everything you could wish for. The village is quaint, attractive and relaxing with a super market a short drive down a single quiet road. We spent more time than I planned here with the car in the garage and just relaxing, swimming and BBQ’ing in the back garden in beautiful sunshine with a pleasant breeze and nesting finches. It was like having our own desert island with everything on tap. There is plenty to see a do within a 10 mile radius, but forgetting the car and enjoying the property , pool, garden & weather was our easy choice. Excellent. The welcome Brittany speciality cake/flan provided by Eric was also superb as was the provided local cider. I’m sure we’ll back and highly recommend to others.

Dankeschön für die zwei wunderschönen Wochen in St. Helene. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Mr. Danic begrüßt und bekamen das Anwesen mit allen Details gezeigt. Alle Bilder und Infos stimmen mit den Angaben überein. Es herrscht eine herrliche Ruhe in der Umgebung. Wir haben bereits wieder für nächsten Sommer für zwei Wochen gebucht. Ich denke das sagt alles. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft, mit dem tollen Garten und dem sehr gepflegten Pool. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Übergabe vor Ort waren sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Der hübsche Ort ist etwas kleiner und man kommt von dort aus schnell überall hin.Wir konnten am zwei Feiern im Ort teilnehmen, mit vielen netten und offenen Menschen. Rund um, ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Séjour du 18 au 25 Mai 2024. Tout d'abord nous remercions le propriétaire Mr DANIC pour son accueil et ça gentillesse. Agréable séjour passé dans cette magnifique villa située dans un lotissement résidentielle très calme et proche du village . Confort haut de gamme ! propreté irréprochable ! terrain paysagé et arboré avec goût. Piscine chauffée à 26° , de taille correct! avec couvre piscine électrique assurant la sécurité pour les enfants. possibilité de garer 2 véhicules plus 1 garage. Baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine et le jardin assurant une belle luminosité à l'intérieur. La propriété est entièrement clôturée et sans vis a vis. De belles sorties a faire à moins de 20 Km . Port-Louis, Locmiquelic, Saint-Cado, Carnac, Quiberon etc..... De quoi passer d'excellents séjours. Juste un avis personnel , pour vos courses privilégiez l'Intermarché de Plouhinec bien plus agréable et achalandé que celui de Merlevenez. La note de 10 sur le site Abritel est largement méritée. Toller Ort, schönes Haus um einen erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie zu verbringen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Der Pool wurde von allen, aber natürlich besonders von den Kindern genutzt. In der Umgebung sind sehr schöne Strände und allerhand zu entdecken. Wir sind sehr erholt zurück.

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus eine ganz tolle Zeit verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles was braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter die immer bei Fragen usw erreichbar waren. Der beheizte Pool war auch im September noch warm und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Klare Empfehlung von uns für dieses schöne Haus und wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wir haben eine tolle Woche genossen. Zur sehr herzlichen Begrüßung stand auch bereits ein gekühlter Cidre und ein bretonischer Kuchen im Kühlschrank (sehr lecker!!). Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, das ganze Haus war piccobello sauber und der Pool und der große Garten sind wunderschön. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher und die Betten sind super bequem. In der Beschreibung hatten wir nicht alles verstanden, aber die offenen Fragen konnten direkt mit Erić geklärt werden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und schön für Wanderungen mit Hund in die Umgebung. Vielen Dank!

Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und den leckeren Kuchen und Cidre. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Pool und der Garten sehr gepflegt, wir hatten echt einen tollen Urlaub.
