最大4名まで収容できるアパートメントには、2つのダブルベッドルーム、2つのバスルーム、ハイドロマッサージシャワー、すべての快適さを備えた大きなキッチンがあります。

2つのベッドルームの1つからベランダ付きの大きなテラスにアクセスでき、屋外のバーベキューに最適なバーベキューのある広い庭園を見渡せます。

Excellent home base for our trip to Tuscany! Beautiful farm house in the heart of the Chianti region with easy access to Siena, Florence, and a host of other iconic villages. Very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a two-week stay. Close to local shops, restaurants, grocery, and wineries. Host was super helpful and prompt responding to any questions about the home or surrounding area. Highly recommended!!!

Very relaxing farmhouse cottage with pleasant and peaceful views .The only drawback is the ruddy gravel access road which makes for an unpleasant excursion to and from the property.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Castellina in Chianti nur 3 km entfernt, ist sehr angenehm. Unser Jacky konnte auf dem Grundstück und Umgebung frei laufen… sehr entspannt. Haus ist zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger Nachteil, nur Samstag/Samstag buchbar .. wir hatten eine heftige Anreise, da noch Ferienzeit in Bayern. Denke außerhalb der Ferien kein Problem . Stornomöglichkeit nicht vorhanden. Aber damit kann ich gut leben.

You can book with confidence as everything is as described and reviewed. We had a really nice relaxing stay, very peaceful and a fantastic location to visit the surrounding towns and villages, such beautiful countryside and friendly people. Most locations are within 30 minutes to an hour away, driving at the more sedate and safer speed required. Why rush your on holiday! We will have many happy memories of our stay.Thank you Daniele and family for a hassle free stay!

Amazing

We loved our stay! The Farmhouse is really lovely and the view out the back is exceptional. We enjoyed a lot of home cooked meals with the most stunning view. Daniele was amazing to communicate with as well. Definitely hope to be back one day!

Castellina in Chianti 2025

A return trip to this cottage which we first visited for just a few days sometime around 2012.The cottage is just as beautiful as it was then. It has been well maintained and the views remain heavenly!Castellina too has aged well. more restaurants, shopping, art and vineyards. A huge shoutout to Podere La Piaggia for a beautiful and memorable private tasting and lunch!

Beautiful and Relaxing

It was a perfect home base for my husband and I for daytripping around Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna, and a welcome break from staying at a hotel. The town is close to the property, and an easy stop for breakfast and coffee on our way to other destinations. Unfortunately it was raining most of the days we were there, so we did not get to enjoy the exterior as we had hoped.Note to others: the street to the farmhouse is not paved and there are many potholes, so drive slowly and carefully!

Fantastic isolation

The house was beautiful and the location was wonderfully quiet and set back from the main road. It’s quaint and cozy. There’s a short gravel road up to the cottage but it’s an easy drive. I would definitely book again.

Traumhafte Chiantilandschaft

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich schön. Das idyllische Ferienhaus entsprach unserer Vorstellung. Gleich als wir ankamen begrüßte uns eine ältere Dame, gab uns die Schlüssel und erklärte uns die Einrichtungen im Haus. Sie sprach nur italienisch. Dank Google Übersetzung war es kein Problem. Morgens Frühstück auf der Terrasse umgeben von Zitronenbäumchen und nachmittags hinter dem Haus mit Blick über die Chiantihügel. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei und sind damit gerne nach Castellina gefahren, um einzukaufen, durch den Ort zu bummeln und etwas essen zu gehen. Da konnte unser Auto zu Hause bleiben. Rad zu fahren in der Umgebung ist etwas beschwerlich wenn man von der Straße (alle ohne Radweg) abweicht. Es liegt Geröll auf den Wegen und bei starkem Gefälle nicht einfach zu fahren. Unser Hund war dabei und konnte im herrlichen Garten alles begutachten und frei laufen. In der Nähe bellen zwei Hunde wenn jemand kommt. Uns hat es kaum gestört. Im Ferienhaus selber war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns der Lavendelduft in der Unterkunft gefallen. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen!

I'm Daniele Sandrelli the owner of the farmhouse. The villa is situated in the center of our farm. We produce saffron, wine and lavender. My family lives here since 1865, but the farmhouse was restructuring on 2005. In the past was an ancient agricultural structure building at the beginning of the 1900's. Restructuring the villa was inspired by the typical Tuscany style: stone walls, "cotto" tile floors, joists roofs and beds in wrought iron and big terrace with porch.
