Very large apartment and very comfortable. Loved the high ceiling. Lovely restaurant directly across street that our host was kind enough to make a reservation at for us on our day of arrival. Chiara was so helpful and responsive to us and made the stay so nice. Would definitely stay again.

The location in a converted palazzo was good for our needs -- close to many dining options and sites. It was very quiet and away from the push of the tourist crowds. The two nearby campos where we dined allowed us to imagine ourselves as true Venetians!The bed was comfortable, nice towels, good shower, and the addition of the second WC off the primary bedroom was very handy. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home. Fun fact it served a a library in the past. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Only few minute walk to the Square. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Andre was a huge help!

Loved our stay. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and secluded. The garden was beautiful and everytime I was in it the smell of the flowers was wonderful. I looked forward to visiting it many times during our trip.Booking was easy, communication was superb and checking was a breeze. Andrea set up our water taxi for us and met us at the drop off point to show us to the palazzo to get us settled. Would love to stay again as it is close to both St Mary's square and the Rialto bridge.

A wonderful location aways from the more tourist area.The nearby local restaurants were fantastic.Andrea was an incredible manager and went above & beyond in helping us with many aspects of our stay.

The apartment was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very comfortable for my husband and me during our three week stay, The second bedroom even made it possible for my daughter and grandson to join us at the end of our stay. Communication with Giancinta and Andreas was perfect. Both replied promptly and completely, making sure that all my questions were answered. It was wonderful experiencing the magic of Venice from a residence rather than from a hotel, and staying in this specific apartment made it very difficult to leave. Both the apartment and Venice are special places.

Beautiful home in a central location. We stayed for four days over the Holidays and would've been comfortable here for weeks. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and ready for cooking, and the living areas were spacious and comfortable.
