Par contre, à aucun endroit dans l annonce il est indiqué que l appartement est situé face mer. Je ne comprends pas d où vient cette confusion. Il a toujours été stipulé « à 50 mètres de la plage ». Mais jamais « face mer ». Bien cordialement

Insgesamt empfehlenswert für 2 Erwachsene
Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Garten. Besonders die Lage, ruhig und Strand direkt um die Ecke, gefiehl uns. Auch das Zentrum ist schnell über einen schönen Strandweg zu erreichen. Allerdings ist zu erwähnen, dass die Wohnung eher für 2 Personen geeignet ist, da es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett gibt. Für kleine Kinder muss man ein eigenes Reisebett einpacken, da im Wohnbereich nur eine Couch steht, die für Kinder zum Schlafen eher ungeeignet ist. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Einrichtung haben wir nichts vermisst. Für Radtouren sehr empfehlenswert und weitere zahlreiche Ausflüge (Guérande, Nantes) sind möglich. Pornichet ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Location très agréable à 2 pas de la plage et de la baignade
Propriétaire sympa et discret. Pas de mauvaises surprises .Le propriétaire est très honnête. Bon rapport qualité prix. L'appartement est moderne,propre et bien équipé. Nous étions en couple et c'était parfait. Merci à lui. Concernant la région, la ville du Pornichet est plus animée que celle de La Baule et St Nazaire est très riche culturellement (visites sur le port). Bref; une région à visiter.

La présentation ne ment pas : la plage est bien à 2 minutes, juste à côté du poste des sauveteurs. Le chemin côtier vous amène aux autres plages (Ste Marguerite).
Seul petit bémol, le logement est un peu petit pour une famille de 4 personnes.

comme toujours, endroit agréable que je retrouve une nouvelle fois, rien n'a changé, accueil et appartement bien équipé ou l'on se sent bien avec son rez de jardin , tranquilité proches de toutes commodités.

"Semaine particulièrement agréable avec météo exceptionnelle pour la saison.
Accueil sympathique du propriétaire soucieux du détail esthétique des lieux, et professionnel avec produits accueil régionnaux offerts à l'arrivée.
Appartement très bien équipé et bien situé pour profiter des joies de la mer et des nombreuses randonnées sur les chemins du littoral......
Petite suggestion au propriétaire pour occuper les soirées hors saison quand tous les services touristiques n'existent plus : Ajouter un décodeur TNT pour augmenter les choix de chaines à regarder et pour avoir une meilleure reception.... ceci pour compenser qu'il n'y ai pas de cinéma sur Pornichet et qui faille aller au seul et unique cinéma de la baule à 15 Km.
A part ce détail, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un très bel environnement.
A la question : Faut'il recommander cette location OUI sans hésiter mais en espérant qu'il n'y aura pas trop de lecteurs, de peur de ne pouvoir y retourner quand l'envie nous en prendra..
