I feel really happy about this wonderful group, because of the respect they showed for our house. They left it really clean and tidy, exactly the same as they found it when they checked in. That is the reason why I feel I truly have to thank them.

It's strange that when Esther checked-in everything was perfect for her in the house. She saw every room and all the surrounding house area and accepted the house signing the contract without complaining. Actually, the reason why Esther wrote this untrue/false review (none of our guests has ever complained) was because she left, 24h out of 24h, eight air conditioning ON, so she had to pay the small amount of money of 15€ for one week: according to the contract we offer for free a certain amount of electricity, but if she WASTED electricity leaving 8 air conditioning ON, all day long, even when she was out and she did not care about what she signed in the contract, it is not correct to complain now about this. The house is very big and we supply lots of utilities: three ovens (one is a microwave oven), two fridges, two washing mashines, a dishwasher, 5 hair dryers, 2 electric irons, 8 ceiling fans, a big LED TV, included free pay tv, internet super fast and free, 4 boilers, 2 toasters, lots of lamps in the house and in the surrounding garden. Don’t you think it is enough if this is all for free? Esther left everything ON even when she checked-out: this is really a very unfair and disrespectful behaviour. Beside this, she left the house very dirty so WE had to pay for extra cleaning. I am sorry but Esther was not a nice guest like all the ones we are used to have in our house.They are always so happy about our attention and hospitality. Fontane Bianche bay is one of the most beautiful beach in the world (see on the website), famous for it's emerald water and white sand, not for its 5 stars restaurants, hotels or luxury shops and lidos. Yes, Esther was probably wrong in choosing this area, rich in wild clear beaches, history, ancient Greek ruins and fascinating temples. She was probably looking for something else. Referring to the beach chairs, there are 5 beach resorts with a huge number of beach chairs and umbrellas at Fontane Bianche beach, so it's really impossible she could not find some. Of course you HAVE TO PAY for it because we are not a hotel with a private beach: I rent Esther the villa not the beach! As to the villa Esther says that it's divided into 4 parts.This is not true because the villa is a semi-detached villa with two independent apartments, connected to each other and at the same time independent because each of them has its own entrance. I would rebut other Esther’s critics but unfortunately I have no more space allowed here.

Praticamente il sogno di tutti i proprietari, un esempio di come fare vacanza rispettando pienamente la casa ospitante, che ci è stata riconsegnata pulita e ordinata, in perfette condizioni. A livello personale, poi, si è stabilito un ottimo rapporto all'insegna della reciproca stima e di valori importanti quali il rispetto e l'educazione, oltre alla grande simpatia che li ha contraddistinti. La nostra casa sarà sempre a loro disposizione se dovessero decidere, un giorno, di tornare.

La gentilissima signora Cristina insieme al suo gruppo, costituito peraltro da parecchie persone, si è contraddistinta per l'estrema cura e rispetto che ha avuto per la nostra casa, nonché per la simpatia, gentilezza e disponibilità nei nostri confronti. La nostra casa sarà sempre a loro disposizione qualora volessero, un giorno, ritornare. Un affettuoso ringraziamento da parte nostra.

Conserviamo un ottimo ricordo di questo splendido gruppo di persone, molto simpatiche, allegre ed educatissime, ospiti di tutto riguardo che hanno soggiornato nella nostra casa avendone piena cura e rispetto. Ci piacerebbe molto riaverli come ospiti.

Quand j'ai reçu cette revue j'ai été très surpris et, pour cette raison, je me sens obligé de répondre à ces locataires; les mêmes personnes que quand avait quitté notre maison, avait déclaré elle-même convaincu, ne déplorant que l'absence d'un grille-pain et un sèche-cheveux, et ont souffert du froid dans la soirée. Cette personne dit qu'elle ne sait pas que notre maison est une jumelée, et que son groupe avait réservé 4 chambres au lieu de 5: Madame avait été bien informés de tout, avec un contrat régulier, accepté et signé, et envoyé à moi par e-mail le jour 25/3 à 16.17 heures. Au paragraphe 1 du contrat il est très bien indiqué et souligné que la maison est une jumelée, constitué de deux unités complètement indépendantes (comme il est annoncé sur le website) et que les chambres étaient 4 (5 chambres avec 5 salles de bains et salon intérieur sont réservés pour des groupes de 16-17 personnes, avec un prix très différent). Je n'accepte pas qu'on dit que la cuisine est mal équipée, parce que la maison, y compris la cuisine est très bien équipée, et si quelque chose manque, nous le fournissons le même jour. Enfin, je dois dire que je connais personnellement les deux familles qui se trouvaient dans l'autre moitié de la villa. Ils etaient des professionnels, très bien comportés et respectueux de la tranquillité, au contraire de cette famille qui n' a eu aucun respect pour notre maison, laissant la saleté partout, et les deux sofas avec de grandes taches.

La signora ha perfettamente ragione, quella settimana di ferragosto non è stata gestita nel migliore dei modi. Purtroppo, trattandosi di una coppia (solo due persone), pensammo di ritagliare per loro una sistemazione comunque totalmente indipendente, con 2 camere, 2 bagni, cucina esterna, ampie verande coperte e giardino ad uso esclusivo, non pensando però che li avremmo privati in un certo qual modo del silenzio e della tranquillità che desideravano trovare. Abbiamo fatto comunque tesoro di questa esperienza, tant'è che da allora la casa viene affittata per intero.
