Realizzata nel semplice ma elegante stile mediterraneo tipico della zona ma con tratti comuni a lussuose ville greche ed arabe, l'unità abitativa, in villa bifamiliare con due unità, ideata con l'utilizzo di materiali siciliani di eccellenza (tipico pavimento in cotto, ceramiche di pregio, terrazzature a spiovente con antiche tegole siciliane, pareti in stile mediterraneo) uniti ad accessori di attuale design, dotata di ogni comfort (TV sat, cucine complete ed attrezzate con microonde, toaster, macchina da caffè, lavastoviglie, barbecue, lavabiancheria, 2 frigoriferi, climatizzazione camere completa, sdraio, sedie e tavoli da esterno per una cena in giardino). La villa è situata a 150 metri dal mare e in tre minuti a piedi si raggiunge una delle piu' belle spiagge della Sicilia orientale. Collocata a meno di un'ora dalle principali attrazioni turistiche dell'isola (Noto, Marzamemi, Vendicari, Modica, Scicli) ed a due chilometri dall'autostrada che collega la zona con tutta la Sicilia, si presenta come collocazione ideale per famiglie e gruppi numerosi, composta da una camera matrimoniale, due camere triple, una quadrupla e una quintupla. La collocazione degli ospiti è molto elastica disponendo di cinque camere da letto che la proprietà si riserva di adattare in base alle esigenze degli ospiti. Schöner Spätsommerurlaub.

Sehr grosses Haus, das eigentlich aus 2 Einheiten besteht. Wir - 8 Personen -haben den hinteren Teil nicht gebraucht, da wären sicher noch mal 6 Leute untergekommen. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind gross und gepflegt, sehr viel Sitzplatz aussen unter Dach. Zum sehr schönen Strand sind es vielleicht 5 min zu Fuss. Strandbedarf ist vorhanden. Einkauf im kleinen nahebei ansonsten per Auto in Avola. Schöne Ausflüge in die Berge gemacht und im kalten Bergwasser gebadet. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

A very Italian experience

We had a good time in and around Fontane Bianche, where the seasonal facilities began to open during our stay. The sandy beach is close by, down a footpath with 14 steps, and the ice cream shop is even closer. There is a small food shop in the village (450m); various facilities in Cassibile (<3km); and bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of Avola. We had great lunches and bought fresh fish at Marina d’Avola (10km) - one of our hosts’ several helpful recommendations - thank you !!

vackert parhus med fantastiskt läge..Bra med utrymme, sovrum och badrum. Trädgården var skön att vistas i men tyvärr vissa restriktioner pga våra barn. Vi köpte en liten plastpool, som vi flyttade runt, men fick veta att vi förstörde gräset om vi hade den. Det skall oxå sägas att det var plus 35 grader. Vi bad att få checka ut lite senare ja genom att bara vara i trädgården och ha tillgång till ett av uteköken, men det gick inte.. Så att åka med små barn och få det att passa med flyg etc. kan vara lite klurigt.. Vi hyrde inte bil eftersom vi var så många, men där går bra förbindelser med buss o tåg och inte minst ...en underbar strand

Ein ganz tolles Haus, sehr schöner Garten, hervorrangende , überdachte,Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen am Haus. Ein rundum tolles Objekt. Unsere Vermieter haben uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet. Es gab Pizza , Arancini,Bier und Wasser. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!!!!!!!!! Wir haben von Rosalia viele sehr gute Tipps bekommen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Ein toller Urlaub mit meiner Familie. :-)

Most pleasant stay at a wonderful location

When we first arrived at the villa, we where blown away by its size: our group counted 13 people and everyone had enough space; It is definitely fit for even larger groups. Same thing goes for the garden. Both house and outside area, including the kitchen, where in a great condition, super clean and tidy. Rosalia and her husband where very welcoming and helpful and offered a lot of information about the area. Fontane Bianche itself is really nice, and the national park is worth a trip. Other than that the beaches are well within walking distance and clean. All in all we had nothing to complain about whatsoever. Awesome villa. 10/10 would go there again

Perfetta per famiglie con bambini.....

Abbiamo soggiornato in 11 persone ( 6 adulti+ 5 bambini) in questa bella e grande casa dove abbiamo potuto vivere insieme senza rinunciare ognuno alla nostra privacy. Nel grande giardino ci sono molti giochi per bambini e un'ampia veranda con cucina dove abbiamo trascorso bellissime serate. La villa come descritto nell'annuncio è veramente vicina al mare anche se per vedere spiagge più belle è necessario spostarsi con l'auto. Comodo il parcheggio sul retro della casa. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per suggerimenti e consigli.

Vacanza ideale con bambini

La casa si presenta come illustrata nel sito: grande, molto curata nell'arredamento, con tanti spazi per vivere sia all'interno che all'esterno. Il grande giardino e' adatto per i bambini anche piccoli e corredato da tanti giochi (casetta, scivolo, ping pong, ecc). Molto apprezzati gli spazi per cucinare all'aperto sia come cucina sia come barbecue. L' interno e' molto spazioso e le camere si possono utilizzare in grande autonomia. Servizi puliti e moderni, tutto funzionante. La spiaggia e' raggiungibile a piedi anche se per trovare spiagge più belle e' necessario spostarsi in automobile. Molto interessanti i dintorni. Molto gentile Giuseppe, il padrone di casa, che ci ha accolti e ci ha consigliato tanti posti da vedere e per mangiare.

Bellissima!

Siamo stati in questa bellissima villa a fine agosto, insieme ad altre 4 coppie di amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza. La villa corrispondeva alla descrizione del sito, molto accogliente, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni confort. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili e con i loro consigli hanno contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza molto piacevole. Ottima esperienza!

Hübsches Haus aber...

...etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht freustehend, 4 Parteien. Wir hatten den rechten Teil (2 Eingänge). Es hat für jedes Schlafzimmer eine Nasszelle wobei ein Bad nicht auf der Ebene der Zimmer ist. Die Duschen sind sehr klein, eng. Achtung inkludierter Stromverbrauch bei 9 Personen liegt bei Euro 60.00/Wo. Uns wurde am Ende der Woche per whats app der Stromstand vor der Anreise geschickt. In unseren Augen nicht korrekt. Zu Fontane Bianche. Der Strand das Meer sind sicher schön ausserhalb der Sommerferien. Es war nur ein Fleischmarkt. Keine freien Liegestühle da diese schon Wochen vorher reserviert wurden. Dies könnte der Eigentümer auch mitteilen. Ansonsten gibt es ausser 2 Restaurants und einige Minimarkets, sowie ein Gemüsestand nichts. Auch keinen Bancomat und man muss meist Bar bezahlen. Kurzum für uns war es nicht der richtige Urlaub. Dafür sind wir an Erfahrung reifer.

Belllissima Vacanza

Eravamo 5 famiglie di amici con 5 figli . Cercavamo una sistemazione dove potessimo stare tutti insieme pur avendo ognuno la propria privacy e sopratutto il proprio bagno . E abbiamo trovato questa meraviglia che rispecchiava le nostre esigenze . Villa molto curata, pulita e con ogni confort . Con la presenza della lavastoviglie ci siamo concessi il lusso di evitare le stoviglie di plastica . Camere spaziose e con aria condizionata . Spazi comuni ampi . I ragazzi hanno apprezzato lo spazio esterno e il Ping pong e anche noi ... rilassati sui divanetti esterni pronti ad organizzare le innumerevoli escursioni che si possono fare . La vicinanza al mare ( si raggiunge a piedi ) consente di pianificare una vacanza di estremo relax al mare oppure come noi di alternare mare presso la ns spiaggia e visita a località vicine sempre balneari unendo quel pizzico di cultura e curiosità che non guastano . Siracusa, Noto. Avola escursione all Etna e alle gole dell alcantara . I tavoli esterni , ampi e confortevoli e la presenza di 2 cucine ci hanno permesso di organizzare addirittura una cucina e tavolo per la colazione e una cucina e relativo tavolo per la cena. Le cucine molto attrezzate . Presenti tutti gli accessori che abitualmente usiamo a casa nostra . È come sentirsi a casa ma al mare. Pizzeria , panificio , farmacia market Tutto raggiungibile a piedi . Ipermercato a 5 km per la spesa più pesante . Spiaggia libera e attrezzata . Essendo in tanti abbiamo optato X la spiaggia attrezzata . Ci sarebbe da scrivere un diario per le splendide vacanze per cui non resta che raccomandare alla grande villa Elisa e ringraziare i proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili nel darci informazioni culinarie e indicazioni turistiche .

molto bella!

la casa è molto grande e ben curata, come una prima casa, arredata di gusto, dotata di condizionatori in ogni camera ed elettrodomestici funzionanti. Il giardino e gli spazi esterni sono molto ampi e anche la cucina esterna è molto comoda. La spiaggia è a meno di 100 metri e il mare è molto bello. In sostanza una casa da vivere, con spazio da vendere, e non una semplice sistemazione per le vacanze

Abbiamo affittato la casa in un gruppo di famiglie per stare tutti insieme. La casa è inverosimile dalla bellezza: ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, possibilità di pranzare all'esterno tramite due cucine esterne, giardino bellissimo circondato da banani. Arredata con gusto e tenuta perfettamente. Ottima la pulizia e la cortesia del proprietario, disponibile ma discreto. Anche se eravamo in molti la vastità della casa permette di convivere insieme avendo ottima privacy. Zona tranquilla e vicinissimo al mare, si può andare a piedi anche più volte al giorno. Direi tutto praticamente perfetto, da rimpiangere il fatto di non averci soggiornato più tempo. Con affetto Cristina

Experience a wonderful home in a great location.

This house is an ideal place where to stay if you are looking for a spacious and very well equipped so you feel like you live there. The house is even better than shown on the photos. It is functional and comfortable and everything is in excellent condition, perfectly equipped. The place has perfect and quiet location, close to the sea. It is very nice - roomy, stylish, well developed with all amenities. It has friendly, helpful, correct and communicative owners with great hospitality. The villa is surrounded by a magnificent large garden which is well furnished to spend fine hours outside. We would highly recommend a stay at this place. We totally love it! Roger Homer

Casa stupenda

Abbiamo affittato la casa per un matrimonio il sabato. Arrivando direttamente da Milano abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di una casa che era ben al di sopra di ogni più rosea aspettativa. Abbiamo soggiornato in 16 adulti + 1 bambino di 6 mesi e siamo stati benissimo. La casa era pulita, c'erano bagni e cucine a sufficienza per vivere tutti insieme senza sovrapporsi minimamente. Gli spazi erano enormi, soprattutto il salone inferiore e la terrazza superiore dove era presente la stanza mansardata con i 2 letti matrimoniali ed il bagno all'aperto con vista mare. Il giardino era veramente grande e ben tenuto, anche con a disposizione diversi giochi per bambini (casetta, triciclo, ecc.) Location a pochi minuti dal mare e da bar / minimarket. Ampio parcheggio direttamente collegato alla casa. Proprietario molto disponibile.

Bella vacanza

Il mare è stupendo, acqua cristallina. La villa si trova a 200 metri da uno stabilimento attrezzato ed è è fornita di ogni servizio. Il proprietario sempre gentile e disponibile. Dotata di ogni confort immersa in un bel giardino con ampio parcheggio. Camere grandi e spaziose. Consiglio vivamente.

A VERY PLEASANT STAY

The very frienly owner Rosalia welcomed us with local delicacies and lots of useful information about the area. The villa is very spacious and was clean and tidy when we arrived. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchens and seating and the secluded garden, which is where we spent all of our time at the villa when not asleep. The villa is a short walk from a very pleasant beach and there are local shops for bread etc and some large supermarkets and fresh fish sellers a short drive away. There was off street parking in an orchard behind the villa (although driving in and out through the narrow entrance was a bit nerve-wracking). The villa is semi-detached and there was some noise from the family in the attached villa, but nothing too bad. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

OTTIMA SCELTA !!!!!! DA CONSIGLIARE A TUTTI

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per due settimane in Agosto 2013 con grande soddisfazione , la descrizione è perfettamente corispondente alla realtà . All' arrivo la villa era perfettamente pulita ed attrezzata e dotata dei vari accessori richiesti ai proprietari ai quali va il nostro ringraziamento per la cortesia e la disponibilità . Eravamo 3 famiglie per un totale di 12 persone , 6 adulti , 3 ragazze di 17 anni e 3 bambini dai 10 ai 3 anni e pur occupando solo metà della villa (nell' altra metà c' erano altre 3 famiglie ) abbiamo avuto sempre ampi spazi a disposizione , tranquillità e privacy . Molto ben fruibile l 'ampio giardino con cucina esterna da utilizzare in alternativa a quella interna . La posizione della Villa è strategica , realmente a 100 metri da una delle più belle spiagge attrezzate della zona (Fontane bianche) e a pochi kilometri da altre bellissime spiagge e da siti turistici favolosi . Nelle immediate vicinanze mini market e rosticceria da asporto con deliziosi arancini e non solo !!!!!! E due pizzerie di cui una molto rustica ma assolutamente da consigliare !!!!!!! Divertenti anche per le nostre 3 ragazze le attività serali e notturne proposte dai bagni attrezzati in spiaggia e dalla non distante discoteca raggiungibile a piedi . Sicuramente da consigliare !!!!!!!

Nous avons été déçus

La localisation de la maison est bien. Cependant, il faut savoir que cette maison est divisée en 2, ce que nous ne savions pas. Nous avons eu la partie de la maison avec cuisine d'été (dehors) et salon dehors également, ce qui peut être sympa quand on veut faire du camping (mais à ce prix là c'est moins sympa), et quand il fait vraiment chaud (ce qu n'était pas le cas en avril). Résultat : nous passions tous nos soirées dans nos chambres respectives. L'annonce mentionnait 5 chambres, il n'y en avait que 4. Nous avons trouvé la cuisine mal équipée : très peu d'assiettes, couverts, etc., nous étions obligés de laver entre chaque repas. De plus, les gens qui louaient l'autre partie (qui a l'air bien mieux) en même temps que nous étaient très bruyants. Le soir on avait l'impression qu'ils débarquaient dans nos chambres ! Bref, nous avons été déçus, très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Bellissima casa on una cucina stupenda all'esterno

La casa è bella, ampia e stupenda la cucina esterna. eravamo tre famiglie con 5 bambini totali. A pochi passi dalla stupenda spiaggia di Fontane Bianche, anche se abbiamo girato spiagge diverse tutte incantevoli da Cala mosche a porto palo, marzamemi, pozzallo, scicli, siracusa, noto. una vacanza stupenda, un mare magnifico. ovunque si mangia bene e si spende poco. la casa è accessoriata,pulita e molto spaziosa.

Fantastic Holiday

Had great time in Fontane Bianche with friends. House is really charming and furnished in every detail, great garden, bbq, and very smart rooms. The beach was nice and not so crowded.. Absolutely recommended.

"La casa corrisponde perf...

"La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Villa molto bella e lussuosa, e'' arredata con vero gusto senza sfarzo (credo il proprietario sia un architetto), con bellissime verande coperte in cui abbiamo trascorso davvero una bella vacanza. Sita a tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, non ha vista sul mare ma la tranquillita'' e il verde del bel giardino e del contesto in generale, molto curato, non lo fanno rimpiangere. Proprietari molto gentili, ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l''occorrente, cucina completa di accessori e barbecue, biancheria di qualita'', parcheggio. Ottimi ristoranti a circa 10 km ad Avola e Noto. Rapporto qualita'' prezzo ottimo per Fontane Bianche. Facile da trovare, e'' a circa dieci minuti dall''autostrada. Consigliatissima."

"Splendida villa, ma quan...

"Splendida villa, ma quando siamo arrivati abbiamo avuto due brutte sorprese: 1) il giardino era stato diviso in porzioni (e quindi non assomigliava affatto a quello della foto) 2) due parti della villa erano state affittate a compagnie numerose e rumorosissime, delle quali non eravamo stati informati. Non siamo mai riusciti a fare una cena tranquilla. Benissimo se la prendete intera, ma da sconsigliare se viene divisa per l''affitto."

The best thing about this area is the fact that you are next to the beach but you don’t feel too overwhelmed by the crowd. It’s a vacation spot but it’s not full of clubs or turistic facilities so you never feel too overwhelmed

What makes our property unique is definitely the style. We renewed the place in the last few years trying to preserve the original Mediterranean style.
