About the property

2 bedroom + office, 1 bathroom with Private Yard and Vineyard Views

Relax and enjoy yourself amongst the expansive vineyards, oak trees, and Sonoma countryside in this gorgeous, fully remodeled farmhouse. Situated on 5 acres of pinot noir vineyards – and surrounded by hundreds more – this two-bedroom home combines incredible historic charm and detail with modern comforts in a private setting. The 1,200 square foot farmhouse features a huge, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (king & queen), home office / play room, living room with a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace, and a luxurious walk-in rain shower. The private outdoor patio overlooks the estate vineyards and neighboring oak trees. Watch the amazing sunsets, spot the occasional owl, stargaze, or take a walk for some wine tasting at a nearby award-winning vineyard.

The farmhouse features an ideal combination of private country escape while situated in the heart of the area’s myriad attractions. With more than a dozen wineries located within two miles of the house, it provides an ideal location for enjoying some of Sonoma County’s finest pinot noir and chardonnay. Outstanding dining and shopping options abound in nearby towns such as Sebastopol, Graton, and Forestville – all within ten minutes. Experience one of the numerous biking or hiking trails, such as a stroll along the Santa Rosa creek, or catch a round of golf at Windsor Golf Club or Sebastopol Golf Course (10 minutes). Take a short drive up north to Healdsburg (20 minutes) or throughout the Russian River Valley; enjoy a picnic under the awe-inspiring redwoods at Armstrong Woods (20 minutes); or head for the beach with a drive out to the coast (30 minutes).

The Vineyard Farmhouse is intimate enough for romantic getaways, yet spacious enough for families, couples traveling together, and wedding parties. And as dog lovers, we welcome your pets with an additional cleaning fee of $50. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a wonderful experience!

Amazing little house

  • 5 of 5

I was rained out with only 3 days to find a place for my baby's 3rd bday. Tami rescued me she was amazing. Was able to have her frozen princess party with Elsa and Olaf. Tami had left balloons and candy for my baby. The house was more then

What I expected. From inside of the house to the amazing view. Will definitely be back sooner than later.

A Lovely Place

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here for two nights, just me and my dog. It was the perfect place for us. I wanted someplace quiet, and the farmhouse is back from the road and surrounded by vineyards. I wanted someplace that welcomed my small dog, and the farmhouse was a delight for him--completely fenced yard with grass and beautiful flowering trees. The house is charming, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Tami greeted me warmly when I arrived, and later I discovered she'd left me a bottle of wine, a chocolate bar, and a bowl of gorgeous grapes! The farmhouse is a wonderful spot for a retreat from busyness, and yet it's not isolated--stores, restaurants, and wineries are all a quick drive away. Definitely recommended.

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

We were blessed enough to stay here for a few weeks as we relocated to this beautiful area. The Farmhouse provided us with comfort and solace. It is cozy and clean. Its has a beautiful remodeled bathroom and darling open Kitchen. The beds are comfy with very nice bedding. The nights are dark and quiet, the mornings fresh and full of birds chirping. It is tucked away off The road with the vines all around you. You truly feel away from it all yet literally it's only 5 -10 minutes to shopping and grocery stores. Oh, and did I mention it's nestled around many excellent wineries! To make this all better Tami is one of the kindest people you

will ever meet!! We will cherish our stay here.

Our Own Little World

  • 5 of 5

If your looking for a perfect getaway this is the place. Only a short distance from downtown Santa Rosa and Sebastopol , but the feel of a secluded hideaway. Wonderfully cozy but not small. Perfectly set in a beautiful vineyard, you feel like you are miles from anywhere. So dark at night, you can see a million stars light up the sky. With the beautifully, sufficiently stocked remodeled kitchen and an outdoor Bar BQ, preparing meals for a romantic dinner or a family is a pleasure. Full size washer and dryer is a great plus especially if you have kids. There are many 5 star restaurants within a short drive. And if wine tasting is your thing, there are so many it's hard to count. The beds rival any 4 star hotel we have slept in. We have stayed here now 3 times and look forward to coming back. I would definitely recommend this fantastic place to everyone. Whether it's a romantic little world you're after or a family vacation this is the place.

Great getaway

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful farmhouse tucked away behind a vineyard! I loved the intimate feel. Close enough to wineries and tasting rooms to get the wine country feel, but also off the beaten path. I would come here again and suggest to others. I had a romantic weekend with my husband here, but it would also be a fun spot for a girls' weekend!

Fantastic wine country experience in a vineyard

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for two nights in this relaxing Sonoma farmhouse, which sits right in a beautiful vineyard. The owners were extremely thoughtful with the design and experience - the house has modern amenities (a new and fully functional kitchen, an awesome fireplace, among others) but also great outdoor and indoor areas with wonderful chairs for the afternoon nap you need after visiting a few nearby vineyards. I was surprised to see how many excellent wineries are located within a few miles, not to mention easy shopping in case you want to use the house's BBQ grill. To that end, every room was fully stocked with everything you might need - the owners are very detail oriented. With the house's thoughtful design and location, I would consider it equal or better to any luxury boutique hotel I have visited in Northern California, especially given the spaciousness and privacy.
